Great job on pedicure BUT....not great customer service. A poor lady next to me was having stomach issues and had to leave mid pedicure- they laughed and you could tell they were talking bad about her. A tech doing someone's nail was screaming across the room loudly right next to head. The tech who did my pedi did a great job but took forever stopping every few mins to talk to the other workers. They also made fun of me when I came in. They put me straight in a without me picking my color. I told them to match my nails & the tech next to me was talking mess and copied me "just match my color" It was easy it is one of the newest DnD colors. I'm giving this place 4 stars. It was my first time visiting this place. Overall I am satisfied. I was there for about 1 hour 45 minutes. But time flew by so fast so I didn't mind, this time. I requested a new set, coffin style, nude color. I like the way my nails turned out. I came here to get a full set with one gel color. I had an appointment at 1pm and the person doing my nails took so long to do my nails that I didn't get out of there til 3:45pm and they looked terrible. The managed did reach out to me and she asked me to come back but I couldn't go back for a few days cuz they scraped them so thin they were throbbing. Worst nail place I've ever gone to. They would ask me what I wanted then walk away and talk to someone else. It took me till my third time to finally get this lady to chill out and listen to what I wanted. She would keep answering her phone while doing my nails and I'd have to wait. Took 2 hours to do my nails and they look HORRIBLE. Transparent, lip sided and did the backs of the nails are so thick. There is powder all over my fingers as well. I am so astonished. She would continue to yell for her co workers in the back to get them to come help other people. There was no need to scream the way she did over and over. Originally I asked for long nails. The original length was perfect, she continued to file down over and over and they were so short that I should have kept my real nails. Talk about obnoxious people. read more

DO NOT COME HERE. I went with my sister and law and her mom. My $35 pedicure that I asked for a GEL polish (normally adding $5 anywhere else you go) was hiked up to an added $15. I was charged $40 for my basic color powder full set that wasn't even long. Everyone else was only charged $35. Plus, they forgot to even do my sister in laws full set and she sat there for an hour. My nails weren't long, I even told her they couldn't be long because I need to be able to type. It was outrageous. Do not come here. They are scammers. read more

Got a basic pedicure and acrylic nails with ombre coloring. picture shown and my hands are not the same even though the example came from their own website. Feet still looked crusty on the bottom because they didn't scrape them with the "cheese grater." They said that cost more. Powder still left on polish after shellac done and on hands as well. Came in to get a full set and a pedicure. Showed a picture of what I wanted on my nails to the tech, and she put the tips on and cut them down. She asked what shape I wanted and i told her an almond and she told me she couldn't do it because she cut the nails too short. I asked her if she could take the tips off, because I was paying $50 and wanted what was in the photo. She then tried to convince me that I was wrong and I had asked for short nails. Confused, I showed her the photo again, and asked her if she could just remove the tips and put on other ones. She then attempted to ridicule me in front of the salon (good luck, I am not the one babe lol) and started protesting. I then asked for another nail tech to complete my full set. I went here in the hopes to get a decent manicure done but I left so horribly disappointed and in pain. I'm not sure who the guy was that did my nails but I got there and they talked to me super fast about what I needed, they weren't too busy so I was expecting to get in quickly. They told me they were ready and had me sit down in one of the stations, I sat there for 15 minutes until I turned my chair around to see if anyone was going to take care of my nails and they had forgotten about me or something because one or two workers were sitting down just on their phones, and only after I turned around to look did they say they were getting the tools for the manicure, and then it took another 10 minutes after that of me just sitting with my nails in the water. I was starting to get impatient but I just wanted to trust the process that everything was going to turn out okay. Once he started doing the scrub on my arms, he was going so rough rubbing it on my skin that it scratched my arms up, and after he did this horrible rough massage on my arms, in which I told him he was being rough and he softened a little bit, but then he would just go back to being rough. Then I had the paraffin wax on my hands that were so hot I felt like it was burning my fingers, but this part wasn't so bad, after a while it cooled down. And now onto the actual manicure after 30 minutes of painfully scrubbing and massaging, he started my manicure with a super clumpy base coat, followed by an old and dried out nail polish, and they bubbles up so much that after trying to see if they were gonna maybe turn out okay, I just decided to take it off and put a clear top coat, and even that one was bubbling up as well. Overall was just an awful experience, never returning here AGAIN!! read more

The place is filthy dirty. I was not offered anything to drink. The lady that did my pedicure did not speak English. Everything had to be explained to her by someone else. The whole time I was trying to relax and enjoy my $60 pedicure I couldn't because about 6 of the people doing the pedicures were yelling back and forth in Vietnamese across the shop. I knew what color I wanted but could not find it. Never was there an offer to help. The tools used to do my feet were rinsed off in the water my feet came out of and returned to the cart. They have a card to give you a stamp when you pay in cash to work towards a free pedicure. TERRIBLE! Just left from there. My nails are different shapes and sizes. Kept asking her to fix them. After 2 hours of her trying to correct I finally told her to stop trying cause she ruined them enough! Im now sitting at Aplus nails cross the street and they have to soak them off and start over.
