I had been a loyal customer for about 10 months, and at first I was really happy with the service. Unfortunately, my experience has gone downhill because of the poor communication and time management. Yesterday, one of my nails broke, so I asked if I could come in to have it fixed. I was told me she couldn't that day and asked me to come back the next day instead. The following day, I called ahead to make sure she would be available, and she told me yes. After I had already driven there, she called me saying she couldn't do it anymore. She claimed she was the only one who did builder gel, even though there were other employees in the salon who also work with builder gel. Instead of taking responsibility for the situation, the staff started making excuses instead of admitting their poor communication. This wasn't even the first time. I've had multiple appointments where I was scheduled, only to find out they had double-booked or suddenly couldn't see me after I had already made plans around my appointment. It's incredibly frustrating and disrespectful to customers' time. Constant cancellations, double-booking, and last-minute excuses show a lack of professionalism and responsibility. read more

Three of my nails have been burning/painful since this service, so I'm leaving this review to warn others. They claim they have a "no refunds" policy posted, but when I told them I didn't see a sign, they didn't offer to show me. In fact, while they were on the phone with the owner, the gentleman speaking with me was literally looking around the walls for the sign and there wasn't one. (Video) The pedicure was fine, but the manicure was not. The nails are uneven/lumpy and the French tips are thin/see-through and inconsistent (photo). I asked more than three times for the French tips to be corrected and this was still the final result. I went back to request a refund and was told they have a "no refunds" policy, but I did not see that policy posted anywhere. Save your money and go somewhere else. read more

My husband and I selected the Luxury Spa Pedicure that included a shoulder massage, but weren't told until the end of the pedicure they do not have the license to do shoulder massages. The pedicure is a $75 service! So, image getting towards the end of the service and being told they don't have the license to touch their customers. I selected this salon because it's close by. My first visit was decent, but I was not even offered a bottle of water. I requested a glass of wine and I was ok after that lol. Tony did my pedicure and it was decent. My second visit with an appointment went the same way except Tony was not there. I feel like any business establishment should offer at least water to the patrons that are spending at least $35.00 for a pedicure. My 4 star review is based off the pedicure that received. I didn't have an appointment and that was not a problem. They had my feet in hot water less than 3mins after arriving. I chose to try the deluxe pedicure, $38, to get full experience. That choice turned out to be a good one. My feet were scrubbed, cleaned and rubbed for a desirable amount of time. The deluxe package also came with a leg scrub, , hot stone, hot towel and massage. I did read other reviews while I was here. Reading what others said made me pay attention to how sanitary this place may or may not be. I took a photo of where the technician placed the utensils as she was finishing my pedicure. To my surprise, she placed them in the exact same place they were before she started my pedicure. I don't know if that whole tray is swapped every time or if the utensils aren't cleaned after every use. Either way, that's my experience. read more

Found this place on Yelp. The ratings were the reason I tried it. When I arrived, there was a strong order. I am pretty sure it wasn't acrylic. They were busy and offered an appointment to come back. I accepted the appointment and returned 10 minutes after my appointed time. They were still inviting and got me right to my seat. The person who worked on my manicure was attentive and very pleasant. I realized why their schedule was so booked immediately. They took care to ensure I wasn't in pain or discomfort. It is recommended to make appointments if you plan to visit on a Saturday. They don't know how to properly install Dip aka sns.. I had to teach the young lady as she was doing nails then it still was lumpy and she used the electric file on my nails and filed off way to much of my real nail. The dip is suppose to help your nails and my nails hurt and bleeding after I left this salon. read more

I understand we showed up 45 mins before closing, but regardless the effort you put COUNTS. She was getting up to assist a customer complaint, which didn't bother me since it looked like she was the one in charge. I started to get bothered when I saw no quality in her work. Rushing & talking to another lady via facebook messenger video chat is annoying when you're the paying customer. The reviews about sanitation being bad are legit, in my opinion. The nail clippers she used on me were disgusting! I wish I had a picture of all the nail crust on it Also, didn't appreciate that I wasn't advised the nail length I went with was going to be $10 extra. All in all, I'd never go back. I wasn't planning on spending $53 for a plain set of acrylics (all one color, no design) & crusty cuticles that I've never had before. Even lotion couldn't help my nail edges look better, they're legit peeling away. Side note: the place I usually go would've only charged me $35 for the same exact work. This places is completely unsanitary. They drew blood from me and my mother's nails during a pedicure, and put the tools back with others without sanitizing. While my nail tech was filing my nail, she filed too close to my nail bed, which is fine it can tend to happen. However, when I went to put my foot back into the water, it burned! The nail tech proceeded to tell me that I had an infection. Which I was baffled because previously, my feet were soaking in hot water for 45 minutes (oh yes, I waited that long to be serviced) with no problem at all. She then went on a rant with the other technicians regarding our situation (I know because all the other nail techs were staring at me while she spoke) Did not leave a tip, left without a full pedicure. On Monday, I went to red Red Nails Day Spa for the FIRST time for a refill. I got the mirror chrome nails for $40.00. The next day, not even 24 hours later the tips of my nails are peeling. I wish there was a 0 star option. I use to love coming here to get my nails done back in high school. Back in June 2019 (between the 10th - 20) I got my nails done for pride month. The job was shit and the girl didn't really seem to know what she was doing. I paid for it anyway (I like to avoid confrontation). The day after, all in my cuticles was harden acrylic powder from the colors she used. It made my nails look even uglier then what she already ducked up. After about 2 weeks I gradually started to take that monstrosity off of my nails. My pinky's were so MESSED UP!!!! That woman dug waaaay to deep into my nail-beds and both of the pinky nails were cracked in the middle. The rest of nails had the HUGEST indent from her still digging waaaaaaaay to deep into my nail-beds. It is now August 4th 2019. Look at this crap. Have been here several times over the last six months. I came here because someone else recommended it and it's relatively close to the house. Out of all the times I've been here, I have not been happy. I've had several different technicians doing my nails and each time they've cracked before a week was up, were crooked, got knicked and cut, or were simply just plain not right. My final time going was this weekend. I requested a gold shimmer powder with solar. They came out terrible! The technician added acetone to the acrylic and now my nails have what look like bug scuffs in them. He added white powder to the gold and now my nails have some kind of cloudy look to them. I would have asked to have them fixed, but the last time I requested they be fixed, the technician got an attitude with me and started saying something in Vietnamese to the others, as if I couldn't tell he was talking about me immediately after I just said I wasn't happy. Those cracked before the day was even over. Just have not had a good experience anytime I've gone. If anyone knows of a good nail shop in this area, please let me know! I originally visited this location on 5/20/19 after leaving work in The Galleria area of Houston to have my nails and toes done before going home. I received a rushed job and had to ask several times for the correct color. The next morning I woke up to find that the gel polish had bubbled up on all of nails and the nail color had peeled off of my thumb nails. I had to sit at work ALL day like this and after work I returned to the salon to ask that my service I paid for be redone. I was first told that it was my fault and she would only fix the thumbs if I wanted anything else done I would have to pay extra. Well that didn't set well so I asked the manager/owner if that was right and she said she would fix this one time. Well my nails were done over after 3 times of correcting at this time only to wake up on Wednesday morning 5/22/19 to the same problem. All 10 nails have bubbles in them and the thumb nails are peeling again. I'm very unhappy with the service I received both days.
