I'm grateful they were able to take me at last minute. But the the person who did my nails was just not it. My nails look big as heck, I showed him a reference and he told me he could do the specific shape, definitely did not receive that. I tried trusting the process but nope. I won't be back . Especially after me trying to speak up for myself and tell him to make them more square and sharp, he told me "you keeping me from going home". Lol they made me pay early which I understand cause people want to go home. But I would have not paid for what i got at all. I want my money back! I feel robbed!
Man, I wish this would've been a good place. It's so convenient for me. Maybe I can come back and give this place another try. This first time was horrible. I felt disappointed with my nails and with a couple of cuts, so I came in for a simple fill-in. Before I came in, my nails were overgrown, and they were French tips when I sat down to get my fill-in. I asked the lady only about acrylic powder. I wanted to keep it simple, and she asked me if I wanted the French tips redone. At first, I said no because I didn't think they could do it. I like my French tips a certain way. So we agreed to do the acrylic powder, just a simple filling that was perfect. In the meantime, she was cutting me. I moved my hand because she kept cutting me. And it hurt, I felt like after she lay down the acrylic. She asked me if I wanted to get my eyebrows done or my feet done, and I was like, no, no, I'm fine. I don't have time to go to work, and then she asked me if I wanted to do the French tip, but I was like, no, I don't want to do it because I just said I have to go to work. She told me she could do it and knew how to do it. I even showed her a picture, so I thought, OK, why not? Let's do it. Let's see how it will turn out. I did not like them. Afterward, she only did one coat of white, and you could see streaks of white. Because she only did one coat, the white wasn't pigment, so I asked her how much for everything, and she told me $55. I don't have a problem paying an extra $20 for just the lines, but I did not like them like I had to ask her to put another coat on them because they didn't look how I wanted them to like the pictures they end being lumpy and two-toned white I wish she would've told me that she can't do it. I could've just stayed with a simple powder.
Never again. The lady that did my nails was rude as hell and she rushed. She applied so much product that underneath my nail by my finger theres so much acrylic I'll have to file off myself . The acrylic on my toe nail broke the next day, I came in to get it fixed and I'm not impressed, they way they apply the acrylic on the toe is lumpy and they don't even try to smooth it out! THEN THEY CHARGED ME MORE MONEY TO GET THE NAIL FIXED. I just spent $70 there the day before... any other place would have just fixed it. NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN
I have visit this nail shop several times mostly, I am happy until this past week after going there for my vacation Nails my normal tech was not available so I let a new person do my nails after being on my trip. My nail began to pop off also the cuticles were not found correctly, so when I rubbed my hair the hair is getting caught underneath the Nails. upon getting back from vacation. I went to the nail shop on Monday was told to come back the next day to speak with management. I went back to speak to management explained that I was away on a seven day cruise. He tells me with a sarcastic smirk on his face that you have five days to come back. I explained I was gone for seven days. The manager offer is to fix the nail that popped off and it was nothing he was willing to do for the rest of the Nails. He didn't even offer to give me a discount on a fill in, the lack of customer service, I've seen several people complained about the service at this nail shop. their customers service is trash. I will not be returning to the shop ever. They do not care about their customers or losing business.
I have been getting my nails done for over 8 years, never have i been denied a soak off of my original set. They refused to soak off my nails one of the reasonings being it would take to long and the other reason they claimed was it would be bad on my nail. Me , being the client i would assume the customer is always right especially when it comes to his/her treatment. I let it be known my set was still pretty new i would say about 1 week to at least a week in a half old ; my nails to my knowing were not ready to just be " popped off" also ive never been comfortable with my nails to just be popped off ive only ever soaked . I tried to be patient with them still asking if they could just soak them please because they are as shown breaking my real nail, The manager wasn't listening ( who i was passed to, to finish removing them) i ended up leaving to another place because i refuse to be neglected of reasonable treatment especially when im the one paying and have always tipped my nail techs. The set i had was BEAUTIFUL also by a guy there who wasnt in today, but this treatment today was down right rude .

I've gone to plenty of places and this is the best! I lived in Scottsdale, AZ for a year and would fly back once a month to get my nails and feet done. Alon, Selena, Mama and Vicky are the only ones I trust. Alon is not afraid to get down and scrub! They all make recommendations and laugh with you. This place is great!!!!!! read more

these people will scam you and lie and charge you $52 for low performative work What I wanted (French tips) what I settled for I walked in and said I wanted a pedicure and asked about the 20% apparently the 20% is offered for $140 nail sets that's for Halloween that looks like it should be priced at $60-70 nonetheless I proceeded with a pedicure as I initially wanted. I showed them the picture as I did in the post and was told by the guy in front it was $57. Now that the guy started putting the nail polish on I realized it was pink and not brown or clear as it is in the picture I had showed. Another worker had to converse since the older guy didn't speak English and told me it was an additional $5?? I communicated in English as this is my native language and said I wanted regular white this guy proceeded with gel white and charged me $52 on subpar service never ever in life will I go here and beware of money hungry low quality service read more

This place is like an 50/50 chance of your nails being done correctly. i got my nails done two days ago and the paint is already chipping as well as he didn't put enough acrylic on my nails. Mind you i was charged 92 dollars for these nails that look worth 50. Save your money. read more

I wrote my review a few days ago. The nail tech did a good job however I believe the product they use is cheap. I am from New Jersey and when I do my nails it lasts for a month. As for this fill-in, I don't see it lasting for even two weeks. $40 for this nail. read more

The staff seems a bit unconcerned compared to the pricing. They never offered us a drink from the fully stocked bar (i got one after I asked, it was decent for a nail salon) My daughter received a standard non amazing pedicure for $30, the gentleman providing the service didn't lead her to the dry station so of course that thick polish he applied was disturbed. He repolished her toe and we eventually found our way to dry station, I prayed her toes with quick dry and we saw ourselves out. I met an amazing lady while we waited, that's why they received 2 stars. read more

I've had my nails done here twice as I live across the street and after two mostly negative experiences I would suggest visiting Atlantis nails about five minutes away off 45. These nail technicians are rough and expensive and the quality is not near the price. If you have acrylic nails removed here be aware they will not soak them off but will rip them off and charge you lol. They are also unable to do any even slightly detailed designs and the male technician I had today was extremely rude and inappropriate, touching all of my tattoos and commenting on my personal life and asking extremely personal questions. I found the whole experience uncomfortable and unpleasant. This design was supposed to be a bat. read more

The women that was doing my pedicure was more worried about the people walking around then where she was buffing my toe which ending up cutting my big toe. I didn't notice how bad it was until my boyfriend pointed it out. And I told her that it hurt my toe and she continued doing what she was doing. Completely upsetting! I hate she had to share a tip with the girl who did my nails. My nails came out pretty good. But the older women that did my pedicure should stop. read more

These ladies are nice and professional, plus they offer wine! The decor isn't tacky and the most expensive package is 50$ for a pedicure. The owner and her has been a really nice. With my package and my refill with a color change on hands and feet it was $102 read more

I'm in town from Denver for my grandma's funeral. I took a chance on this salon despite the questionable reviews because it was close by. It was a good choice for me. Every salon has its good and bad days but I was pleasantly surprised. My technician "An" did a great job on my mani/ pedi. She was very attentive and very thorough when it came to my cuticles, most places just do a quick push and snip but An spent a considerable amount of time with attention to detail, even though I only chose the "basic" and she did not try and do a hard upsale when I requested a basic M/P. The best part was the other technicians weren't all gossiping in a foreign language like I see in most other salons. Overall it was a very pleasant experience for me. read more
I used to go to Casual Nails but sadly they seem to have closed. Paradise stepped in and fortunately didn't miss a beat. Friendly and professional service. I'm a man that enjoys the pampering and hygiene that come with a good manicure and pedicure and they have reasonably priced offerings for men right on the menu. No complaints here. read more

Amazing!!! I'm so impressed. It was busy for Valentine's Day weekend but they got to me quick and the pedicure was impeccable. Vincent was great! The buffet of fruit and egg rolls for the Valentine's Day weekend was a classy touch! I will return. Not a 5 due to wine shortages but hey it was a busy day. I'm sure they won't disappoint next time. read more

DISAPPOINTED. I called in to ask if they were available & about prices, they told me for powder $42 & shellac $45. Once i get there, i was greeted by a nice guy, i show him the nails & he referred me to another guy, the guys starts doing my nails... another worker comes & shes showing him stuff on her phone for a good 15 minutes, he's getting distracted by her the whole time. He proceeded to apply the powder & after he sees he can't do them he's starts peeling off the powder off of my nails ! I look at him like wtf ? so i tell him is there anyone that can do what i'm asking for, he then looks at me & says we can't do it like that it's too short . My nail length is not too short . Im letting him finish because i wanted to give him a chance & see if he could do them . Once he's done he says it's $60 . I told him i asked you if you could do something & you couldn't do that for me . He gets upset because i didn't leave a tip & he starts saying " well if you didn't like them why didn't you tell me ?! WHICH I DID i was pointing out everything i pay for the service which was horrible & walk out. I get in my car & i start crying cs of how mad i am . When i call i asked for a part of my money not even a refund & they say come back because we don't do refunds . DONT GO to this place. Also they don't clean their instruments. I literally called them crying read more
