UPDATE: The Lash Lounge contacted me and scheduled me next day to come in for a second opinion by their lead stylist, and added some more lashes for me! Had a great consultation and was in and out quickly. Thank you Faith!!! This last appt, I asked for the stylist to essentially recreate a look I had them do during a previous appt. I'm assuming this is the reason there wasn't a consult beforehand. No questions were asked besides asking if I was allergic to the glue. The service was painless and quick which is great, but upon looking at myself after the service, I was disappointed. I booked for a level 3 classic. What I was looking at is giving level 1-level 2. The stylist saw my shock and explained to me that my lashes were not long enough for the length I have requested, (have never experienced this in the 6+ years I have been getting extensions), that my outer corners were to sparse,(once again, never had this feedback), but I still *somehow* met the "count" for level three. I paid and left. If everything she said about my lashes was true, that should have been explained to me before she started applying lashes. It may have swayed me to either ask her to proceed with the lashes I asked for with my permission, or to seek out a different stylist or second opinion. read more

Unbelievable. First, they give me a few lashes to see if I'm allergic. I call the next day in a panic as my eyes were swollen shut. The response..."We don't have anyone who can help you for two days. Please don't try to take the lashes off yourself". Had to go to the doctor and get a prescription for steroids to get the swelling down. Decided to give them another chance on brows. Successfully got an appointment for tomorrow. I then received an email saying "don't forget your mask!" I called back and asked if that was absolutely necessary. They said yes, so I cancelled my appointment and won't be going back. Unreal, how uneducated these people are. I wouldn't recommend them to an enemy. read more

I came to this place because the place I usually go to was closed and the reason I'm not giving one star is because the people here are friendly but the eyebrow service I received was terrible the girl clearly had no idea what she was doing she took off the end of my eyebrow and then cut me with the thread under my eye several times after I confronted her about cutting off the end of my brow she gaslit me and told me she didn't, that she only took about 2-3 hairs off. Not sure how well the lashes are here but the eyebrow service is not good here. read more

I have attempted to get lashes at this facility not once but twice and was denied on both attempts. The delivery of the "no" was very professional, so that is not my complaint. What bothers me is what they consider to be a "lash-able length" and what a "gap" is. So for anyone who desires an extension for your lash and you have short lashes, this is not the place for you. Also, please do not waste your money on the recommended serum for lash growth, I've tried it and still got denied. In addition, I have been lashed by other facilities and had no issues. As my review is about the service that I received and not of another customer. Which I thought is what reviews are for. OF THE ACTUAL BUSINESS ... as all experiences are different. I was treated poorly I'm happy others might be treated better here, however I definitely was NOT ! Seems they had another person review me on another page review (not the business) being upset with their service. Is that how you get good ratings? Have your friends review and trash unhappy customers about the event that they only know a piece of and the info they have is mostly incorrect Better business bureau might be next to hear about this actually. It's not cool at all Owner is very rude. Speaks condescending. Very poor customer service It's very funny how of course they had someone (a friend of theirs) post saying that I was rude when they did not know the entire story and did not see the owner standing over me while talking Down To me. Because I was unhappy with the service. I wanted merely for them to uphold their own customer satisfaction guarantee, however that was to much to ask. If wanting what you paid for and getting upset with not getting it is rude then yep I am. Because that is all I asked. Only at the end did lose my composure and I did tell them I would rip the Effing lashes off after they berated me and disrespected me. They Asked me to remove my review which is how I imagine there are more negative ones than just mine. LASHES DID NOT STAY. LOST THEM After 4 days. Lash removal And new set. And very disappointed in the fact that I feel mislead in what I was getting versus what I received. I went in for consult and advised I wanted thick and full lashes and she advised would recommend a 1 or a 2 volume. So I make my appt and they say it's for a 2 volume set. Apparently she only did a 1 and AFTER told me that she knew it wasn't the volume that I wanted, that I could do yet another consult to get mega lash volume. When I didn't even get level 2 volume as was described at the consult . Very disappointing to trust that you will get what you describe and they say it's possible to not provide what was described. Sadly this business is and was not interested in keeping their word on a guarantee of satisfaction as I went back to get some kind of solution and that review will be coming soon. I'm curious exactly what does satisfaction guarantee mean to them. At least now I know why they only have good reviews. The owner actually asked me to take down my negative review knowing I'm still unhappy with their services and her doing nothing to even try to adhere to her own satisfaction guarantee. After a very uncomfortable ordeal of the Owner telling me that I was bullying her for a refund as she was standing over me very close and I was sitting down. I did get some money back. If asking for services that was supposed to be getting or for them to adhere to their own satisfaction guarantee is bullying. Hmmm I just don't know. The way the owner treated me I would never go back nor would I refer my worst enemy to this place for any services!! FINALLY after first being told that I was getting nothing back I was Offered half back but didn't even give me half. I got 70 back and the service was 174. So someone needs help with math as well as training on how to treat customers and how to back up their own guarantee of satisfaction. AND NOW only four days later all lashes are gone and I got a eye infection it seems. read more

Got my lashes done with Shelby! I love this location. It's new and so clean! The staff is friendly. Shelby did an awesome job; the process was painless and she explained everything she was doing. This is the best experience I've had getting my lashes done. Seriously. they even have headphones if you want to listen to your favorite podcast or choose from their music. Blankets to keep you warm while you're on the bed. And they use collagen&biotin gelpads for your under eyes that tighten the skin while you get your lashes done. They feel sooo good. read more

Do not get a contract with these people they do only want your money they do not worry about customer satisfaction and even if you express your dissatisfaction they find any reason not to refund you. I had a contract with them and I went to them for a few refills after my refills I would have to call back and let them know that my lashes were falling out and I needed to be refilled again, I went back in March for a refill and they told me I could not do a refill I would have to do a full set because I did not have enough lashes. I expressed to them that I had been back once before to get a lash refill refilled ‍ because they continue to fall out I even bought the serum that they advise me to buy and I'm still having my lashes falling out. Since they could not see me on this day that I plan to be there I told them to cancel my contract I was still charged two times on the contract after my request after speaking with the owner she said they would need 30 days prior to the for your contract to be canceled. I expressed to her my experience that I had and I could not give a 30 day notice because I was there on March 17 for a refill and would have to go elsewhere to get a full set. First she said it was a lot of he said she said and miscommunication but in the end she went by what her employee said in the notes and not what I expressed. I clearly stated I was not happy I did not wanna be charged and I have not scheduled another appointment I requested for the two months of March and April to be refunded back to my account instead of her understanding she said she could only do April I was not asking her for any extra refund I did not use anything in March and you guys couldn't fo my lashes. I did My refills on the two week notice I have never missed an appointment so there wasn't a pro long period of time between one refill to the other the owner talked about she is the owner and I'm the only one she could talk to. She came up with every excuse in the book not to give me my refund so I did file a complaint because I just want a refund for the service that was not rendered. How hard is that? I would not go to this place again nor would I ever signed a contract with any of their franchises. I do not recommend this place because they are all about collecting your money. They call you after the appointment so make sure you're happy but no one called about my cancellation that I requested while I was in store nor about my experience of why I was dissatisfied. This is not the way to do business! They cannot keep stylist either I seen three different people that had left with in the amount of time that I had My contact. I knew it was kind of strange for for an employee turnover. That was the sign, unhappy employees = unsatisfied customers -- Please read the reply, from the Owner, she is not a truthful person, she read the notes on my account from March 17th, then stated she didn't know And now stating what the contract states. I can read the contract I know what it says, but as a business owner customer loyalty should come first so I donated my March payment to the business to help treat others with care! This place is absolutely wonderful with amazing staff to match. Destiny, the front receptionist, is a friendly and welcoming person. She graciously made accommodations, not only for myself but the aestheticians so that I could add a last minute service request and the next appointment wouldn't be affected. Schawann, was so full of life and very talented. Not only is her work good but she has a matching outgoing personality. We talked the entire time and time went by so fast. My experience was great, I barely felt the lashes as she was working. I really just remember feeling the tweezers every now and then and didn't experience any irritation from the glue. I also didn't have any issues with maintaining my normal face wash routine but I did avoid my eyes. I waited a day to see how my lashes would look after 24 hours and I'm still a happy camper!
