I love the service from the ladies at the front to management, Terri Sours. Super Duper great quality! Now if I tell y'all my most favorite person there, y'all will book and keep coming back. If I could give it 0 stars I would . Worst service ever . I been here since 1:45 pm because my daughter had an appointment and they cancelled me 5 mnts before the appointment. They moved her to 4 pm.. so we just waited cause we live 35 mnts away and then came back . They dint get her in until 4:40. They told me they will take 30 mnts to remove her lashes , and it's 6:30 and they are not done.. what a way to waste my day and my time, never coming here again. read more

100% satisfied with my lashes. I got a volume fullset. They are natural looking and full just like I like them. I can't remember my lash tech's name but she gave me a great experience. She was a level 2 stylist who has been doing lashes for 5 years. She had good conversation and did very fast work. It only took her 1 hour to complete my set. I will definitely be back! read more

At the risk of her schedule filling up and not being able to get in to see her - I have to tell everyone about Bianca. I've been getting lash extensions for the better part of the last 5 years, and have been coming to this location for at least 2 years.. so this review is extremely overdue. Because I've been getting my lashes done for so long, I'm pretty particular and I know what I like. Bianca always takes the time to listen to changes I want to make etc. recently I've been getting hybrid sets which really allow her to work her magic and create a custom set of lashes that look perfect every time. I've had stylists at other locations rush my appointment, leaving my lashes clumpy and unfinished but Bianca takes her time to make sure every lash is where it needs to be. I appreciate that she also uses a mirror to look from underneath my lashes to make sure there isn't any pulling or gaps. I know how awkward it can be seeing a new lash stylist or getting lashes for the first time (laying there for an hour with a stranger and all) and I genuinely look forward to catching up with her at our appointments. It's like hanging out with a friend! Lastly, it's not just about the positive experiences I have with Bianca, but also the service I receive at the front desk here that keeps me coming back. Terri and Sydney in specific are accommodating to schedule changes and so friendly. I'm never upset if I get to my appt a few minutes early to chat with them or show them pictures of my dogs and baby haha. Overall, grateful for Bianca, Terri, and Sydney for being so awesome. Really wanted to give them a chance despite the other bad reviews but the website shows a special for first time clients "69.99 for full set", they actually charged "89.99". I got hybrid so they charged $45 extra dollars for volume. Which would have been $65 if I didn't sign up for the membership (you can cancel anytime and I will be). I chose 'cat-eye' and they were uneven, didn't even flow smoothly into a cat eye look. There's a random long lash at the start of my inner eyelid which I have to continuously brush different ways in order for them to look semi-decent. A few of my lashes fell out the very next day so one eye looks more full than the other. I'm really unhappy with the results and I'll be shopping around for a better lash salon to try out. Sucks because this place is near my home but I'll drive across town if I have to in order to get my moneys worth and leave genuinely satisfied. If you are beginner lash techs, you shouldn't be charging the prices you are and if these are "experienced techs", my goodness you have to do better... read more

first and last time using them. the degree of customer service was very very minimal. there was no effort to make me comfortable despite the blanket for my leg. on top of that, this was my first time getting eyelashes done and she basically left me in the dark. she could see i was very nervous and asking questions to ease that anxiety...only to be ignored or given a brief response with a sigh. seriously, go somewhere else! they didnt give me an aftercare sheet so i looked it up. even after following the care sheet...2 days later i start losing eyelashes. read more

...I got my lashes done here and they were HORRIBLE! The glue that the tech said should dry up "clear" left my lashes with a white film and stuck together. They were not applied correctly and the style I asked for I was not given. They didn't communicate an up charge that was applied to my first time appointment rate which is supposed to be discounted. Weeks later when I called a manager to complain, she honored a free set and when I came in for that appointment no one knew what I was talking about? And expected me to pay a membership fee price for the tech's mess up? CRAZY! That was my first time there and is SURE my last. One manager shouldn't offer something and then double back on it and then not have a clue about speaking to me in the first place..... The managers here at this location suck and I will never ever go back to any Amazing Lash because the false advertising is in their name. read more
