I went back twice to get it fixed, and I could tell they were genuinely trying, but it still wasn't right. The tone at my crown didn't match my ends, there was brassiness that never fully went away, and now, a few washes later, that brassiness is already creeping back. On top of that, my hair ended up noticeably darker overall than what I wanted in the first place. I also went in for what should've been a simple trim, and way more length came off than I asked for (and I've spent years trying to grow out my hair). At the end of the day, I paid a lot of money and went through multiple appointments, and I still didn't get the color or the cut I asked for. Really disappointing for the price.

Too inconvenient and inconsistent for me to become a regular customer... The first time I visited to get my eyebrows threaded, there was no wait and they came out nice. The second time, an Asian lady had my eyebrows looking strange and there was a hefty wait time. Joe V's is usually crazy packed anyway so having to go through the trouble to find parking for mediocre work is not worth it. read more
