i come in for my hands, full set with shellac. tony used to do my nails but he moved away and jason has been doing them since. I love my nails and always get compliments on them, you just have to make sure you tell them what you like and dont like and they wont disappoint. also a side note, i noticed some of the reviews mentioned complaints about how someone who walked in after them got seated first. They take appointments and walk ins, so if those people who walked in after them had an appointment they will be seated at their appointment time. i always schedule my appt a day or two ahead as jason is one of the most requested and have never had any issue, always get seated on time read more

if there was a zero star review I would give it some dude that works there has a side slik hairstyle in his 40s SUCKS! i went to do a removal on my nails and he cut me with the nail drill like 7 times I keep telling him be careful and he kept doing it he started getting mad that i keep telling him and he st started being really rough when he would file down my nail that it will hurt me and open up small cuts even the lady right next to him working looked at him like "WHAT THE HELL YOU DOING" And grabbed the oil for the nails and poured it in my hands with some type of lotion and when i say Pored it he put a unbelievable amount it of it ,usually they put it on and massage it until it gone he left it my hands drenched in lotion and oil but he purposely did it it to make me get up and wash my hands with out being able to grab my belongings he also grabbed the pillow thing you up your hands on top and tapped it where all the nail stuff was on my clothes and face , he need to get FIRED! read more

The workers are very nice and they are very respectful. the only reason i'm giving this review a 4 star is because the lady messed up and forgot what i had. i got ombré nails and the regular brown nails were supposed to be on the ring finger and middle finger but she put them on the middle finger and pointer finger. and the little heart was supposed to be on the ring finger but since the ring finger was made ombré, we put it on the middle finger. they still look great but that's my only complaint. i recommend this nail salon! read more

AWFUL! Never again! They took 2 hours my pedicure because they didn't turn off the water bowl and there was water all over the place. All they did for a regular pedicure was trim cuticles without cuticle softener just water and she cut the sides of my nails making my ingrown WORSE! And remove dead skin for $23 and + $5 for revoking my shellac . The polish was bumpy because she didn't even buff my toe nails after she filed the shellac off! I let her know that my ingrown were still hurting and she just kept cutting them on the sides instead of pulling the ingrown out LIKE THEY ARE SUPPOSE TO . When she applied the polish so thick it wouldn't dry I was literally sitting there for more than an hour and my toes did NOT dry and Ended up smudging . Got a pedi that was level 5 or 6 not sure but it's one of the higher ones and the only difference is a sea salt scrub so not impressed but not mad. Girl did a great job cleaning cuticles , nails etc . Also had a shellac mani . Hand and foot polish were applied by different techs and both were terrible . Just scrub them and paint and send me on my way (express pedicure$23).Well they tried to upsell you of course but damn I said "no thank you" like 15 times to manicure, eyebrows and massage and she got offended so she wouldn't scrub my feet she did the soak and paint and told me she was done. However, she was very pleasant. Here is why I will never consider this place again: they had a dog in the shop. Random employees were petting the animal as they worked. The dog was allowed on the chairs and even the waxing bed. Beside the waxing bed is a box containing dog food and dog treats. Because the people were really nice, and my pedicure hasn't chipped, I'd prefer giving 2.5 stars instead of 2. This is a 4 day old shellac manicure. I lost a whole nail of polish for 3 consecutive days and after a page of my journal flaked the 3rd one as I was turning the page, I had to stop and post. I have a busy schedule and don't have time to run to a nail salon for them to fix what I paid good money for. Additionally I was charged $2 for a polish color change for my 2 accent nails. Not a design... but simply a different coat of color. I also noticed the polish trick that where the polish is far from the cuticle requiring a quicker return to the salon. I'm very disappointed. I've been wearing nails over 20 years and I always go to the best techs we moved recently so I decided to give them a try since my nailshop is about 30-40 mins away now. I came in on a evening they had 2 men work on me one older one on my feet (who seemed uninterested) that kept having to repolish my toes over and over and another on my hands. The guy on my hands absolutely did not shape my nails and the shellac came off the same day, went back for them to fix and the shellac still came off. Throughout the span of the nail tech doing my set, she kept filing at my skin instead of the actual nail, causing irritation. Almost every nail stayed extremely lumpy and my thumb nail didn't have a full top coat on it, causing my thumb nail to look and feel like sandpaper so to speak. It was the first and last time I ever visit this place. Only visited bc I heard great review about it and was well recommended but I recurved bad service. The lady seemed annoyed and just want to get things over with she didn't use the thing that separates ur toes when painting my toe nail(ask for her to put and she said I didn't need it?) and after she was done she just left me there instead of moving me to the fan so they can dry quickly another nice lady then folded my sandals down out them on and told me to go to the fans... after leaving I realized I still had was on my legs/feet.
