This is possibly the worst business I've ever come across. 1. First off, I wanted a regular manicure. They didn't ask me to wash my hands and just went straight to filing. They filed my nail to the bed! And the worst shape possible! The guy didn't even try shaping at all. He just filed straight. 2. My mom complained that the color she chose was not the right color and nicely asked to change it. They retorted with "sometimes the manufacturer colors are not correct" and argued that she shouldn't change it 3. I was bouncing between two colors 617 and 618. My nail tech was Britney and she was fabulous! She was very attentive, asked me multiple times while working on my feet if I was ok. The spa was very nice and clean and everyone was friendly. I had the worst experience at the Oasis Nails Spa. Their customer service= Zero communication = Zero I went for a regular manicure today. The staff who did my nails didn't understand that I didn't want to cut my nails short. She cut the first nail short and I told her that I want to keep them long. She said okay, but when she started filling my nails, she shortened two of the nails too short again. At this point, I stopped her from doing my nails and showed my nails to the manager. My boyfriend and I came to get pedís We didn't mind the 40 minute wait to get our toes done. But once they started the water was already really really cold, then at the end of the service she told me to go sit under the dryer for my feet. She didn't give me the option to put my sandals on ( I've never had that issue before) and I wanted to stay until my toes where dry so I could put them on. But she kept rushing me out. She even took my card and rushed me to pay. There was plenty of other feet dryers open for me to have sat there and waited for them to dry but she refused to let me sit there. Worst experience in Cypress. They did a horrible job. Was there 1hr 30mins plus and my nails look hideous. Cheap acrylic. There was private discussion about what acrylic to use and it appeared to be under quality, cheap acrylic. My nails look fragile and lumpy. The acrylic texture was like denture cream. So I just want to update my horrible experience. The last time I came here was the absolute worst I've ever experienced when it comes to nail salons. I came on a Friday afternoon and was rushed by the man doing my nails. I came in and took a look at the shellac color wheels and and he started rushing me. After a couple of minutes of trying to decide, he told me to sit down even though I didn't pick my color yet. I barely got to soak my feet before the tub even filled up and then he started. I had a pedi shellac previously done so he had to take it off. The worst mistake of my life, instead of wrapping my toes individually with a cotton ball and aluminum foil, he laid a long strip of cotton, soaked in acetone and laid the whole strip over my toes horizontally. He couldn't even wait, so then he takes a nail file and starts to file away. He nicked my skin on both my feet! I still opted to get shellac even though he kept pressuring me into a more expensive pedi with paraffin. I had to tell him SEVERAL times I didn't want any extra stuff. The UV lamp burned the crap out of me because he had nicked me. His excuse was that was normal. The hell it is! The work was crap because the color was leaking onto my skin and he didn't even put on the correct color that I chose. I don't like to complain so I'll just be bringing my business elsewhere. And by elsewhere, I mean CITRUS NAILS. They're awesome! read more

I had to keep telling them to fix something and when she was done I was looking over my nails and she kept telling me ma'am go , go wash your hands . Then I pointed out she missed a corner of my nail and instead of putting more polish she wanted to just fold my nail . They also did a bad job on my daughters nail polish . I went here on Christmas Eve and had the pleasure of getting my nails done by Kristine. She was awesome and gave me exactly what I asked for.. However, I ended up breaking a nail (after trying to move my couch) and when I went back in the following Tuesday, my experience was much different. For starters, I told the gentleman that I had powder #30 and he began to ask me what letter.. I told him I didn't know, as that information wasn't given to me, but I saw that the top said 30. After several minutes of them talking amongst themselves in their native tongue, they finally find the nail swatches with my powder color and sure enough it was #30.. then, they didn't want to fix my nail because it had broken that day. They wanted me to either come back or take my nail off.. which wasn't going to work for me as I was afraid of it breaking off.. finally, they agreed to fix it and had me sign some paper about them not being liable. All in all, after my two visits here, I'm not sure this would be a place I'd recommend to other people. The quality of work I received was great, but customer service sucked and as a result left me with a bad impression of the shop. Kristine only works weekends and it tends to get very busy, very fast. They are okay at shellac, not the best. My nail lady was filing down my nails in a way I had never seen before, and she poked my so bad. She was waaaaay too rough. Their customer service skills just really get me every time. They are terrible at being proper and nice with the paying customers. This was my first time coming here and I brought my own nail polish and top coat because I have had bad experiences before with other nail salons. With that being said, I decided to come here because I was visiting my parents and needed my toes fixed and I figured I give it a try. So I get to talking with my mom (she was with me) and noticed the nail tech only used my polish, she used her own base and her own top coat.. oh and she was air drying and accidentally scuffed a nail so she used a brush and a dip to make it even and repainted the scuff. They were really nice but I just hope that I do not get fungus. I gave two stars because I specifically brought my own nail polish and top coat for a reason and she did not listen. Let me just start by saying the only reason that they get one star is because I can't do zero stars. Also let me first apologize for the VERY LONG review but this place needs to be shut down. As someone who has worked in the service industry for 10+ years and also was a receptionist at another nail salon for over a year while I was pregnant and went back after my son was born Part of my job was to help set customers up for the techs so maybe I just had my hopes to high because I always tried to go above and beyond for customers I also know quite a bit about the steps and process of the products so I didn't write a review last night because I tried to rationalize my anger. I tend to try and give places a chance but let me say yesterday was the absolute worst experience I have ever had at a nail salon. I feel I am a very easy customer I do very simple natural looking nails everytime just because I work in a professional atmosphere but my nails are important to me because people look at my hands all day. Sunday's are my only day off so I trying to get everything I can done and not to be difficult but when I walked in first thing I noticed as it was very CRAMPED and UNORGANIZED ( first red flag) I asked if there was a wait and was told no wait and they could take me right away. I was led to the back and told to sit anywhere so I picked a chair and sat down and was instantly told NO NOT THAT CHAIR and moved a women walked over to me and started the water put in a bowl liner at this time a second lady comes up and sits beside me to do my nails I thought perfect they are doing same time. I then asked if they had a pedicure MENU and was handed and very dirty paper (second red flag) I thought to myself maybe they are just old so I looked at the different pedicures and decided to go with the VIP PEDI ( which was said to include the paraffin wax and hot stone massage) the lady turns the water off and takes my feet out of the water and pulls out a Pumice stone from her cart and put soap on it as I looked at it you could clearly see it was USED!(third red flag) after she was done painting my toes she proceeded to put a scolding towel around my legs to the point I was actually burning my pedi took a total of 23 minutes yes I timed it. at this time the lady doing my nails is using a nail tip to slide under my current nails to pop them off which was extremely painful (your supposed to soak them off in acetone) I asked the lady to please soak them off she replied oh no that takes to long and continued to rip them off then she started gluing on new tips for me mind you she kept getting up to do other things like make her a coffee and talk to the other techs after she gets the new tips on she said now you wait and I finish 15 minutes later she asked me to sit at her station where she begins dipping my nails 5 times each which made them extremely THICK I didn't say anything because I was thinking she still had to file and shape my nails she then has me turn sideways so another tech could file the nails and then she put shiny top coat on one hand and the dip base on the other hand which made the nails look even worse when I was ready to pay and leave I walked out to my husband to get the card and started crying because I was about to hand over more then 130$ of my hard earned money for a very crappy service I received I go back in to pay and very politely told the lady that did my nails that I was not comfortable paying for the nails because they were so bad she then told me to wait 30 minutes and she would have someone fix them. At this time I was so upset I didn't want to wait nor did I have the time so I paid for the so called pedicure and left. Also be aware the salon is very dirty and not sanitary at all. This was my second time at this spot and my toe nails where cut very short and round the lady that was doing them was an older woman and she was struggling with the color. Of course she kept saying I'll fix for you but I didn't want her to continue because was the worst. Another younger lady came and fixed my toes the best she could meanwhile the older woman begged me to tip her so I did no big deal. I also got a shelliac manicure and the boy with the ugly finger did a seemingly good job or so I thought... but 9:30 the color of one of my nails had already peeled off. I returned this morning to have it fixed by not by him this lady was very nice and skilled. This place is clean however but they don't compete with my regular salon in Austin. read more

seriously never coming here again, please don't waste your time coming to this salon.. i went in for a pedi & the young lady doing my nails didn't know what she was doing. WHAT SO EVER. she had three other ladies coming back and fourth checking on how she was doing and i knew they were talking about her work. she didn't know how to cut down a nail & ingrowns so the lady working next to her stopped working on her client to try and fix my toes. embarrassing, i felt like all eyes were on me. she then went back & the girl originally doing my toes, continues. i wanted french tips & she cut my nails all crooked so i told her just paint them all. she painted my toes & the paint work was HORRIBLE too. i had a feeling the other ladies were telling her stuff about the paint work & she then removed all the nail polish & had another lady paint them. even then, still horrible paint work. the side of my toe hurts & i shouldn't have had to pay for this horrible experience! read more

So this is your typical shopping strip nail salon. My mom is a regular, and has always said they're fast and not very busy during the week, so I gave it a shot. She was right. I walked right in around lunch on a Tuesday, and was seated immediately in a spa pedi chair for pedi and shellac mani. 2 techs working on me at once, so I could finish fairly quick. I like my nail service this way, others don't and choose the long relaxed way... I'm sure you could request one at a time if you want. Both of them did a great job, and were quite thorough and precise. I liked that they didn't try to upsale me a million times with deluxe this and design that... I like to get in and out with pretty nails! If they didn't talk so much and so loud, I'd probably give them 4 stars. Just about every tech ( maybe 6-7) were all talking to each other, on the phone, etc. and so loud. Oh, one gross thing I encountered... During my pedi, another tech walked up to my spa water (yes the water my feet were soaking in) and dipped a bowl in to fill it. As nail salons go, this is pretty run of the mill but they did a great job on my pedicure and nails, so I can't complain. I hadn't had a pedicure in a really long time, due to a severe ticklish foot problem but after all the work I've been doing this week - I decided it was "Treat Yo Self" Day. I walked in and they were able to start my pedicure right away. The water was the perfect temperature and my massage chair was hitting all the tense spots. Needless to say, if I wasn't in public I probably would have passed out for a quick cat nap right there. The offered all the bells and whistles (scented bath salts, etc.) but I declined...I'm just a regular gal and the regular pedicure is good enough for me, and at $22 a good bargain. They offered me water and then began to work on my nails. The girl that did my nails was a bit of a perfectionist, but I can't complain as they look good. I did draw tired from sitting for so long, but after all was said and done I was very pleased with my service. It's the burbs so it's definitely not as fancy as the inner city salons, but for being close to home it's worth a stop. read more
