hi, my family and I come here when we need to get our nails done but today was awful. the nail tech rushed her way to the other client and left my left had horrible. when I was done paying and left her a tip, she was taking her sweet time with the other lady. it's horrible. I don't care if the other lady near me had to rush the nail tech to make her attention all to herself. it's not okay. Everyone was left well attended with care and great costumer service while i was left like I wasn't important. I am as equally important as the lady that was near me trying to get her nails done and with better care than me. Not okay. To the lady near me, I was being so careful and kind to your liking, allowing you to be close to me as we knew each other. Please stop acting like that to get something out of people. not okay. read more

I was in the area for a tournament and decided to get my nails done. After reading several reviews, I decided to try this salon. I called and was told to come in since it wasn't busy. Kim and Lucy did my nails and pedicure. Honey listen! This is the BEST pedicure I've had in a VERY long time. I wasn't in a rush so I'm glad she took time to do it right. I asked her to file one again and she politely did it. I appreciated that. Lucy is the nail QUEEN!!! I gave my request and was pleasantly surprised at how well she CLEANED and filled them. Times are hard with inflation, so things like mani and pedi trips to the salon is a sacrifice for some. I'm so glad this salon appreciates customers. Everyone who came in was greeted and serviced. I'm not in this area often, but I certainly plan to return!!! read more

The ABSOLUTE BEST PEDICURE of my life! They take their time cleaning your toes & genuinely listen to your concerns (mine where 2 ingrown toe nails). They took an hour & a half for a "mini-deluxe pedicure" for $42 with shellac (shellac adds $10). If you ask me that was a bargain compared to the attentive service they gave me. read more

Worst nail shop I have ever been to .I wanted my nails and toes to match for thanksgiving.the colors did not match at all and the design the lady drew on my nails was crooked .i only had them on for three days and 2 came off .spent over 100.00 and came back today the day before thanksgiving to get my broken nails fixed and I sat there for 45 min .I just walked out .I will never be back again and I don't recommend any one spending their money here read more

Worse place to get a nail set, i went in with a positive attitude and great spirit but sadly came out unsatisfied. Prices are way too high especially with the service they give. Not the best place to go to. I do recommend for pedicures but for a nail set i absolutely recommend to go somewhere else. They do not go by what you ask for, they always do what they please to do .. I am sorry to have to give one star because the woman who did my pedicure rose did a good job. The woman who.did my nails however did not have any respect as to how I wanted my nails done. I asked her at the very beginning if she knew how to do powder nails it was an ombre she said she could. I asked her to place a small nail on my nail bed which is my preference i don't like big thick nails . She continued to say she would file them down. She then placed the powder very sloppy there was no color fade for the ombre placement and they where way to thick. I told her I needed them thinned out she thinned them down entirely to where she would have to place powder all over again ! 4 hours later she still wasn't done she started working on another customer had no consideration for my time. I needed to leave told her I was unhappy with my nails didn't appreciate her working on another customer. She rebutted with an argument saying she went to school and she knew what she was doing . Regardless she should have respect and understand she shouldn't try and do someone's nails how she likes she should do them as the customer likes . If she would have listened since the beginning there would be no need to completely redo them ! Her attitude towards the entire situation was your typical nail lady, disrespectful, inconsiderate, and insulted instead of being more hospitable. I would not recommend you go get your nails done here. Try elsewhere. read more
