Kim and Lucy did my nails and pedicure. Honey listen! This is the BEST pedicure I've had in a VERY long time. I wasn't in a rush so I'm glad she took time to do it right. I asked her to file one again and she politely did it. I appreciated that. Lucy is the nail QUEEN!!! I gave my request and was pleasantly surprised at how well she CLEANED and filled them. Times are hard with inflation, so things like mani and pedi trips to the salon is a sacrifice for some. I'm so glad this salon appreciates customers. Everyone who came in was greeted and serviced. I'm not in this area often, but I certainly plan to return!!!

I don't care if the other lady near me had to rush the nail tech to make her attention all to herself. it's not okay. Everyone was left well attended with care and great costumer service while i was left like I wasn't important. I am as equally important as the lady that was near me trying to get her nails done and with better care than me. Not okay. To the lady near me, I was being so careful and kind to your liking, allowing you to be close to me as we knew each other. Please stop acting like that to get something out of people. not okay.

From my nail tech Hayley, to Marlina at the front desk, to Cella herself, I've had an amazing experience so far. I've only been twice so far, but already know I don't ever want to take my business elsewhere. The first time I got a luminary overlay set with gel polish and the second time I got a fill in with gel polish as well. They didn't chip or lift for FIVE WEEKS. Hayley did the cutest designs, was very meticulous, and is all about the customer experience. The whole salon is, really... did I mention they offer complimentary mimosas?! I cannot stress enough how satisfied with the work they do and their customer service. They're in the process of onboarding some amazing new nail techs as well. I love my nails and always get compliments on them, you just have to make sure you tell them what you like and dont like and they wont disappoint. also a side note, i noticed some of the reviews mentioned complaints about how someone who walked in after them got seated first. They take appointments and walk ins, so if those people who walked in after them had an appointment they will be seated at their appointment time. i always schedule my appt a day or two ahead as jason is one of the most requested and have never had any issue, always get seated on time
