I've been coming here for a while now on my sisters recommendation and I'm hoping I'll never have to go anywhere else for many reasons: 1. Lee and his wife Lily are so very thoughtful and personable. I love to see them and every other nail tech interaction I've had has been very pleasant. They also are quick to make sure you are comfortable and they offer drinks. 2. Every pedicure/ set of nails I've had here are always top tier and the prices are fair. There have been times (at other nail salons) where I pay a good chunk of change for nails that break/scuff/only last a week. Not here! My nails stay looking good!!! 3. This place practices great sanitation and has patrons wash their hands upon entry and I just love that. 4. My last visit was extra special as I was getting my bridal nails done for my wedding. Lee made sure I was perfectly satisfied and was extra attentive. I paid an amount similar to other visits. That meant a lot to me because in my dealings with other business for the wedding, some people will charge you extra or try to upsell you if they know it's for a wedding. Not the case here. In summary, I'm one of many happy customers. My whole family practically goes here now! Thank you for awesome nails!!!

I've usually had a great experience at Posh Nails, but the last few visits have felt like the…read morequality has been going downhill. Unfortunately, my most recent experience was the final straw. I'm not usually one to complain because I understand everyone is human and mistakes happen, but this was by far the worst service I've ever received here. I initially requested my usual tech Mimi but more recently she has been staying busy and have had a few different techs these last few time. My pedicure tech started off well, and the foot massage in the beginning was honestly the only positive part of the experience. After that, things quickly went downhill. She would reposition my foot herself, then somehow end up pushing it and blame me for "moving," even when I wasn't moving at all. At one point, she kept readjusting my foot and lightly slapping it while saying, "No move," which felt rude and uncomfortable. While clipping my nails, she repeatedly tried wiping the clippers on the towel under my feet, but in doing so, she poked/stabbed my feet several times. Thankfully, she didn't fully break the skin, but it was still painful and concerning. When it came time to paint my toes, I watched her smudge the polish herself, yet she again blamed me for moving. I asked if she could fix it, which she did, but then she dropped the polish brush onto my pants and leg, leaving polish on both unknowingly to me, ensuring me that it was not on my skin or pants. She also smudged the same toe again during dropping the brushed, proceeded to look right at it, tapped my foot, and smiled without properly correcting it. The final part that really upset me was the massage. I had paid for a 5-minute massage, but she did it dry without using any lotion. When I asked if she would be using lotion like in my previous appointments, she simply said, "No, no worry." It was extremely tense and uncomfortable -- honestly the least relaxing massage I've ever had. To make matters worse, she started the massage around XX:50, realized around XX:51 that she hadn't set the timer, and then changed it from 5 minutes down to only 1 minute and 30 seconds, ending around XX:53. At that point, I was so frustrated and uncomfortable that I just wanted to leave. I had somewhere to be afterward, which is why I got the pedicure in the first place, and once I left (changed clothing) my friend noticed there was still a very noticeable spot of dried polish on my leg from when the tech dropped the brush. I was honestly embarrassed and extremely disappointed. This is the first time I've ever felt the need to leave a complaint about any service. I've always enjoyed coming here, which makes this even more disappointing. I truly hope management addresses this, because the level of care and professionalism I experienced today was unacceptable. I wasn't even able to get the tech's name.

I called to make an appointment and explained that I had builder gel on my nails and I wanted it removed. I wanted the builder gel off because it was lifting in certain spots and I generally get light colors and I didn't like the spots showing through. While making the appointment, I was never asked for my name, they said "ok, see you at 5:30!" I arrived around 5:15, 5:20. I was not greeted nor was I ever asked what my name was. I then again explained my wants another employee and she asked if I wanted a pedicure as well. I agreed to the gel pedicure and I was shown to the pedicure seat. A woman named Jenny, never introduced herself (there was a name on her equipment) starts going to town all while having a lollipop in her mouth. She never tried making small talk with me, but she was speaking in her native language with other employees. Every person that walked in, she'd turn around but never greeted them. She put the color on one nail and asked if I liked it and I said "as long as it covers the white spots, that's why I wanted them off". She swears that I didn't say that, but I know for a fact I did, because I had no problem telling the other 3 people that I had spoken to prior! She then proceeds to file off my builder gel and asked me to soak my nails in a small container filled with acetone. The container was smaller than a salsa bowl at a restaurant, and one on the containers had acetone with red flakes in there, as if it was already used or not clean. Once she had the base/foundation of my nails on, she asked how I wanted my French tip to look, at this point, I wanted to hurry up and get out of that place. I told her to leave my nails the way they were because it wasn't getting any better. By the end of the builder gel application, she cut my thumb by "filing" my nail (she used her drill under my nail, by my free edge). The pedicure, which I opted for the deluxe shellac, she "massaged" each leg for a solid 2 minutes. She tried to save the appointment by saying things like "that's a nice color" and "it looks so pretty" but it was too late! My first and last time ever stepping foot in this place. I still paid for whatever services were rendered, but I will have to go and get them fixed elsewhere.
