terrible. i definitely won't be back. i was given a new nail tech for my nails without being notified. I was charged full price. i was very calm and asked multiple times for it to be thinner. i even showed her a picture. the other nail techs saw that she was struggling and didn't ever offer to finish the service. i spoke up to her but who wants to be a complainer? it was terrible service. i left without a top coat, paired full price and was offered for it to be fixed as i was leaving the door. embarrassing for this establishment and the employees. This place is a definite no no for me. I was in the area and wanted a mani pedi so I dropped by this establishment. I walked in and literally stood at the counter for 8 minutes am NO ONE acknowledged me. A couple of employees/owners walked right past me and didn't say hello, or even ask me if I needed assistance. A couple of the patrons were watching them and looked over at me but I NEVER received an acknowledgment. What happened to quality customer service????!!!! I love this place, Anne did the best job ever on my nails. She's so sweet and nice. My pedi was so relaxing I fell asleep. Definitely not over priced, but worth the money. Salon seems very clean , I like the fact that they put a fresh bag in the pedicure bowl for each use. read more

I got a simple manicure & pedicure. 1st the girl cut the hell out of my cuticles on my feet & my nail polish have bubbles in them. I told Kim who did my manicure & 1st she said I must've did something...umm I was sitting getting a pedicure so how did I do anything....Then she said it must've been dirt on my nails (8 of 10 have bubbles) ...How do my nails have dirt & I'm got a manicure? Then she said cause my nails have ridges & curve up is the reason for the bubbles.... I'm too thru. I asked for a manager of course none was available.... They overcharge for everything, they're quick to add on 10-15 dollars on top of what you're getting at the end without telling you while doing it, they charged an extra 5 dollars because they said I got long nails but they weren't long at all and I didn't get them shaped they were just square. Service started out ok, I went in for the works, eye brows, take off, overlay, pedicure, needless to say that my nail tech (KIM) apparently went partially BLIND when she waxes my eye brows because I started with full eye brows when she finished one was razor thin and the other just thin!!!! If i could give a lower review i would! I ask for a take off and full set and the lady start snapping my nails off and hurting me instead of just soaking them off like she should! Then tells me to try the dip and tries to over charge me! I tell her I'm in a hurry and have to be somewhere at 7 this time it's 5:45! She did such a crappy job i wanted to cry! Service was awesome! Mark did a excellent job on my full set and pedicure. The staff is super nice and friendly. I didnt feel rushed at all, I was there about 2 and a half hours. It can get pretty busy during the afternoons so I would recommend going early in the day during the week. read more

The last who did my manicure wasn't paying attention at all. She didn't make the shape I wanted AT ALL. I took my daughter, and was trying to take care of my daughter she then caught an attitude and started getting aggressive with my nails. I got them done Sunday 10/15 and they're already coming off.
