They're cute but the older lady kept filing to my skin to create the shape. I kept tugging my hand and she would hit herself in the head and apologize. She tried to make me feel bad telling me about her sorrows and the loss of her husband. I apologize but I honestly didn't care to hear it. I felt she was tryin to deflect from the my disappointment. It took them three hours for a basic pedi/coffin nails. They were arguing over tag teaming me from the get go. The older lady stormed off out the door before proceeding back in to start on my nails. They were yelling at each other. The owner made a statement that they didn't want her to mess up because shed rush. He said he won't put up with that bs. And that the older woman wouldn't be able to find work- like he was doing her a favor. I do feel bad for her but my whole experience was disturbing. I was over it towards the end. read more

They close at 8. I got there at 7 and they still tended to me with the whole shop full of customers waiting. The owners were 100% interactive with their customers. I don't know their names but the guy was super social. The ladies were reassuring me that they'd get to me and they did. Even though they closed at 8, they stayed open until They satisfied all the clients. I left at 9:40. My pedicure is amazing. I love the shape of my nails and the color. I'm taking my little ones tomorrow to get their pretty little nails done too. read more

I went on a Tuesday for a pedicure and fill. My pedicure felt amazing.. I wanted pink and white ombre, they told me they don't do that so I had to get a simple gel polish so I did...my nails were not smooth, needed to be buffed better, it was so bumpy....on Thursday I returned because 2 of my nails were chipped and 1 cracked.. the employee acted as if they never saw me before (even though I was just there 2 days before) The female owner got nasty with me and told me that my nails did not get done at her shop. After the nail tech that did my nails finally acknowledged that she did indeed do my nails the owner did NOT apologize. Instead she says she should charge me $20 but will charge me $15.. COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE!!.After almost 20 minutes of back and forth they reluctantly repolished my nails but refused to fix the crack..I will not be back.. if u decide to give them a try maybe bring your own polish and dont except to be treated with respect. -Houston Tx read more

DONT GO HERE!!!! And Don't bother telling them what you want. You will get something completely different and the guy who did my nails (the owner) lectured me on why this and this would be better (not to mention more expensive). I hate my nails, I want to go back and get them fixed somewhere else to look a least a little better but I just don't have the time and money (I spent $70 when I just wanted a $30 simple set) so now I'm stuck with these nails and I have a special event tomorrow. Also, the guy who did my nails was such a perv, making weird (and some very sexual) jokes about me and my fiancé and how we shouldn't get married and that I was too young. Then my mom came in and he asked if I could hook him up with her.... like are you kidding me? I've never felt so uncomfortable at a nail salon in my entire life. If you go here, Good luck. read more

Never again. They don't shape right. I sat waiting for a whole hour and she starting helping a regular customer. I walked out and went down they way to another salon. That made my nails look a lot better. This nail salon needs to do better ! read more

Worst nail experience I've had. My nails ended up looking nothing like the picture I showed. She did not even try to make the lines straight. After I brought it to her attention she still had the audacity to want to give me a different price than what she initially said. read more

I was out searching for a new place to get my nails done for my birthday. I wanted to pamper myself which I rarely do. So I searched up reviews and came across this place because of the reviews. Worst decision ever. I had a picture of how I wanted my nails to be and presented it to them as soon as they asked me why I wanted to get done. Took them awhile to sit me down which is understandable. Johnny(I think that's his name) was doing my nails. Well twice in the middle of doing them he gets up to give one of his friends a massage leaving me there for over 30 minutes both times. His wife apologized to me so I let it go. Well he finally sits back down and starts holding a conversation with me which led to us talking about boyfriend. Well he didn't like the fact that my boyfriend was Hispanic and decided to ask me whether I have been with an Asian man and went on to say that he can handle me better then my boyfriend. He went on to talk about oral sex while his wife was across the room. Now I am a quiet individual so I laughed it off and stayed quiet so I could just get my nails done and be out of there. But he kept on pushing it further and further with the sexual comments. I had my phone on the table and my boyfriend just so happened to call me and the nail tech decided to pick up my phone. Which I snatched away from him. He then pries the phone out of my hand uses my fingerprint (because he's filing my nails) and tried to unlock my phone to text my boyfriend. Now I have been here for 4 hours and at this point I'm over everything and just want to leave because I was supposed to meet my boyfriend for dinner in about 1 hour. The nails ended up looking different from the picture. (Pictures attached) He made them long to then tell me he was going to charge me more when I did not even want them long and I asked for them shorter. I paid about 70 for nails that I hated. I left that nail shop upset sat in my car and teared up because I just wanted to look nice for my birthday. Never again will I go here again. The picture with the watermark is what I wanted the other one is what I got. I was to frustrated to have him start over. read more

Today was my first time coming here, they greeted me nicely. Their color range with good. It's Friday and i got attended pretty fast. Johnny did my nails.... I've gotten my nails done at so many places, and never has a nail tech been so rude towards the position of my hand. He told me "if you keep interrupting, you're going to be sitting here for another two hours" he was very rude. Then a sweet lady walked out the salon after paying and my nail tech starts saying sexual jokes to me about the lady who walked out. Not only that but he later stops my appointment to go finish someone else's nails. I sit in the chair for a good 40 minutes. He comes back and finishes up. My whole full set took 2 hours!!! Mind you, My set was a simple one color matte set, nothing fancy. I was charged $40 read more

If I could give zero star zero I would. They overpriced for no reason. It wasn't until I was drying my toes that I noticed their price board and they charged me over 10-15 dollars more. (Made me pay cash as well). Pedicures were overpriced and were not gentle towards my feet. Towards the end the lady cut/pinched my toe and I reacted sightly since she hurt me and she did not look up rather just laugh under her breath. I also took my bf for his first pedi and they burned his foot twice and also his pinky. My friend was also displeased with her nail outcome (as it DID NOT come out anything like the inspo picture) When she tried to get the lady to fix it(since the polish design was not straight) she tried to say it she would only fix it for 15-20 more. Never coming here again. read more

the this place needs to be shut down due to the laziness, sloppiness && unprofessionalism!! im assuming their mother & daughter. they were very inconsiderate which was a red flag and i should of just left. but i didn't i just waited as the older woman put her face mask on. oh and do her hair just to tell me sit down and wait.... them a boy comes to me and tells me to wash my hands, but nobody else was told this before they were seated. the lady was rough and burned me literally every nail... from jump her vibe was horrible... the lady stopped doing my nails 3 times to attend to other people even though i was already in the chair with nails on. when i told her the length i wanted she says black people always want long nails. them giggles...my natural nail is literally showing on all my nails on the side. as i was pointing this out too her all she kept on saying was ok ok im going to fix them.. never did and the thinest of my nails was even more disturbing as she said charged me $75 at the beginning due to people running out!! at the end i said this is not worth 75 dollars . this lady calls me n***** and tells me too get out!! the older lady was laughing while telling a guy to get me out. crazy world we live in read more

There is always a wait and even when they have no one in the chair they tell you it's an hour wait because someone's coming instead of trying to at least start you off!
