They speak their language and if that bothers you, good luck finding a good place where only English is spoken. I don't let that bother me, I just come get my nails done. Whenever I go I get mani and pedicure and it's never over $100, this time I went showed her the picture of what I wanted she told me she couldn't do it, now mind you it was only hand painted artwork, no rhinestones or extra and if you have been a nail technician for more than 4 years I don't see why you couldn't do it, so I asked if someone else could, bc thats the style i wanted, they didn't do it but charged me $165 then im like no way, she went down to $135, I have not been back since. Also notice that if drinks/beverages are complimentary why is it not offered to EVERY paying client, I am African American and I always have to ask when I go in but other race get offered immediately upon service. And I always tip but they lost a loyal client with that picking and choosing. Treat everyone equal!

She no longer works here I've gotten my nails done with everyone else in the shop and they always come out wide, thick and far looking ! They don't care about the shape. They don't care to file. They just slap it on and want it to be over with. Sadly. I won't be going here anymore. Now I'm on the look out for a new salon.

I used to come here all the time and no issues with anyone. After she made the first toe bleed I asked if she could be careful because I didn't want an infection. I asked for a supervisor because she couldn't even paint my toe nails properly. Lines and streaks. No manager available, just another girl came to talk to me asking if she could paint my nails... I was over it. I asked to pay 50% because I was so uncomfortable and just go. The girl charged me the same price. I'm not hurting for money but the lack of customer service it's why I would never comeback. Paid $25 and left. No one came to talk to me or anything! Don't spend your money here. No one cares!

She kept sitting the uv light on top of the nail and had to correct several times. The massage left SO MUCH to be desired and that's usually one of the reasons I enjoy getting a pedi so much. I'm pretty sure the tech I had does not ordinarily do pedicures. I would have been happy to wait for a tech that didn't mess my feet up but I think they prioritized getting people out more quickly over giving them a good experience. I tipped $5 on the $40 bill but it was an awful experience. Look at my pics and decide if you wanna take your feet or hands here.
