I've had 2 bad experiences, the first time I told them I was in a rush and needed a quick set they told me they would be able to finish in time. They took 2 hours to do a basic full set on me.. I went once more thinking maybe it was because they were short staffed. The second time was worse, and they had more employees. It look 2 hours for a pedicure and then rushed my nails to the point where there was missing dip powder on the sides of my nails which took another hour. My mom and I tried a new place. We really liked it. We thought maybe we couldn't get in since it was Saturday afternoon but there was no wait at all. In fact not busy but I don't think that reflects the quality of the place. It's very clean, bright, and has a positive atmosphere. The ladies who did our pedicures were very kind and gentle with my mother who has a lot of sensitivity in her feet and legs. The price was great and they had so many nail color options. I came here for a pedicure and an acrylic set and I'm severely disappointed. It's my best friends wedding and we came here for a bridesmaids day and I got the worst service. The nail techs were rude and didn't do the pedicure I asked for. She didn't clear the dead skin from my feet, the cuticle trim hurt really bad, didn't shape my nails, and was aggressive with my legs when moving them. Don't get me started on my acrylics. They're all different shapes and sizes. I asked for coffin and some were almond or just square. There's bumps all over my nails. Not impressed what's so ever. read more

So I walked in and I asked for the Blackhead removal service. Then she asks me if I want my nails done. She's like oh you can do nails first and then the other thing.So I say no and the lady keeps on about it. Then I cave and I sit to get my acrylic nails put on. As someone who's been going to the nail salon for the past 8 years I don't just sit there. I've watched the process many times. Maybe I haven't gone to the salon in a month , but I doubt they change things that fast. I remember that they would glue the nail on and then cut them. Then on to blending the nail in with your natural nail . Then shaping and oil to make the nail smooth . Then letting it dry . If you're getting a powder color (picture below) they usually put a clear powder first so it hardens the nail. Then put the color powder on. And so forth . Also after my nails are done we go back to do the service I initially came in for and the lady tells me that the products are in the mail. I'm like you have to be kidding me . I was like you could've told me before we went back to that room. I think If she would have done the nails right they would of been great. There was bubbles as well. Anyways I don't think the lady who did my nails was licensed by the state of TX. They don't have their cosmetology or nail tech licenses anywhere in sight. Honestly my nails are flimsy and when I got home I had to put nail glue so they wouldn't pop off. Adding another lady came in to shape my nails. By the way I paid $30 for this overall they look nice , but kind of sucked I had to put nail glue. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. I know $30 is average for nails .but not for this mess. I am literally still here having this atrocious $40 pedicure and figured I'd go ahead and leave this review while the agony is still fresh on my mind. The deluxe pedicure is like flying a bargain airline where they herd you through like cattle and don't even give you a cheap sack of peanuts. The hot stone massage consisted of two cold rocks. I timed it. It was a total of 18 seconds on one leg and 26 seconds on the other. The massage was no more than 30 seconds long on either leg. This was the #5 deluxe. I must be honest, I only came here because they were open and on the side of town I was stuck on. The young girl doing my pedicure's name is pronounced (knee) not sure of the proper spelling. She looks like she's not graduated high school yet and doesn't seem to have a great deal of experience with pedicures considering I had to ask her to cut and file my toenails. I had to ask her to rub the skin off of the bottom of my foot to make it smooth. This is a pedicure that I'm paying for right, or am I in a bad dream? I'm sure she's quite nice if you get to know her, but I'll never be back to find out first hand. The new boss did my nails today and let me tell you, she cut my fingers all up. And did a BAD JOB. When she started cutting my cuticles off, she wouldn't fail in cutting me. She kept saying it was "new cuticle clippers". Like, if YOU KNOW THEYRE SHARP WHEN THEY ARE NEW THEN BE CAREFUL. I kept looking at her in confusion, and she would just tell me "It will stop bleeding ok". When she was painting them, she wanted to clean the side WITH HER NAIL, and she dug her nail in SO deep in my skin, she cut THROUGH my skin. I raised it up like "Are you serious?" And she just said "I know i see, I see". WTF. More people started showing up, and the faster and sloppier she got. She was more worried about them leaving, than doing a good job with me. She didn't even let me check my nails before putting the top coat. I told her I wanted to check them before she applied it and she lied to me saying "This is not the top coat." And when I said "oh ok." She said "Now I put top coat." I was so pissed off I wanted her to finish. She wanted to charge me extra at the end for nothing and that's when I caught an attitude. Also, I wanted her to PLEASE clean around my nails since there was polish on them, and she grab my fingers so rudely and push it away and said "You can take that off at home. It will come off". Horrible customer service. The nail tech yelled at my mom, was on the phone loudly the whole time during the apt , kept going to the back room to talk on the phone, and didnt want to do the shape my mom requested. My mom asked if she can get her nails less chunky and straight very kindly and casually since they were bulky and in different directions, and then the nail tech yelled at her saying they dont do nails like that and gave my mom an unnecessary lecture about nails. We then left the place due to the treatment, even paid even though they didnt finish the job. When I told the nail tech she shouldnt yell at customers and make them wait on their calls during service, she dismissed me and said she didnt do anything wrong. Never going there again. read more

Geeez! Came here on a Thursday with my Girl around 2pm. Salon wasn't to busy got us both in for two pedicure. And got us both out at 2:15pm. They rush through everything so fast. Somehow one of the nail lady cut me on my big toe. Hopefully I don't get an infection. They gave us the fastest massage, I blinked and they were done. Basically they just rub some lotion on. I walked in thinking this was gonna be a good experience but it wasn't. I asked for the long coffin nails and an idea for my nails. But the staff was giving me negative comments and why it shouldn't be done. But I was being very adamant of what I wanted and I wanted to make more changes on my nails but they kept complaining and not wanting to do the job that I requested. I wanted a very specific design and such as a ombre and a drip design, but the drip design looked like a paint ball on the wall dripping right side up. Not what I envisioned at all. As for 10 foil tinfoil on my nails it didn't come out exactly how I wanted either and when I confronted the associate who was helping me at the time she kept complaining and again not wanting to change it again, her comments consisted of "it's not gonna look right", "it's gonna be too full", "it's gonna take away from the design" and such. Another thing, she was not gentle with my hand she kept twisting and pulling my hand and fingers very harshly. And even when making a sudden little change she would not be optimistic she would just stare and downgrade my comments. By the end of my experience I came out with a techie drawn designs and an over priced set of nails that should have been around $50-$55 but instead I got charged with $100 bill and now currently after 2 weeks later one of my nails fell off along with one of my stones... never coming back again. read more

First let me start by saying that this is my place! I love it. I started going here when they first opened bc I'd been looking for a good, clean place that is close to home. There are only certain tech's that I will let do my mani and pedi, they are phenomenal! Sooo since I'm always telling everyone about how much I love it here, I've had several friends and family try it recently. WELL for some reason or another, none of the techs that I recommend are ever there lately, EVER!! The couple of tech's that are usually always there do not know English and are extremely hard to communicate with. My sister went in and tried it today and had a horrible experience. I knew she would bc none of the tech's that I referred were there, so she settled for the 2 tech's in the pic. The pedi girl (I don't know her name) tried to leave some old polish on one of her nails, TT filed her nails extremely crooked/wavy looking, and both were very sloppy about every little thing, including the clear coat that goes over the shellac polish. She had to ask them to do a lot of things that they normally should do without someone asking. I'm embarrassed that I told her to go here. My other sister went last week and same happened with her, no one that I referred her to was there and she had to settle for other tech's. In her case though, she said they did an okay job. This is my favorite salon. Tina does an excellent job. I am very picky and I have a standing appointment every two weeks. Others should try making an appointment. I would expect them to take me at my appointment time, which they do. If someone is offended because they walk in before me but I am taken first, they should try to make an appointment. This place has been open 3 months and it is great. I was the only one there, but it was the middle of the day on Monday. They are very clean and sanitary with packaged tools and a bag in the foot bath for everyone's protection and convenience. Danny is very sweet and attentive. He was always checking on me and the temperature of everything. It was a great deal: pedicure with hot towels, paraffin wax, hot stones, and an awesome foot massage for only $30. I went over my Christmas break and got gel nails done along with my older sister. It was my first time getting gels on my sister's recommendation. The woman doing my nails buffed them so hard that of my cuticles started bleeding and she just kept going. I decided that I just wanted to get the polish taken off after a week so I went back. The same lady who did my nails took an electric filer to my nails (the kind you use on acrylics). Three months later, my nails have finally grown out the damage, but my sister wasn't so lucky with having her nails grow quickly. About half of each nail on her hands is still damaged from the manicures we got done. I don't think I'm every going to get gel nails done again after the experience I had. read more

I will say they do a good job on nails . However I gave 3 stars because of the service . I have been in several times with a friend where one woman will start on my nails and the other will do other things instead of start on my friends nails so we can get out and go about our day, people have places to be . I recently relocated to the area and I was looking for a nail salon....what I got was a disaster!!! I asked for a mani/pedi with an eyebrow wax. In less than 24 hours, my polish has chipped; she did not do a good job on my cuticles; when waxing my brows she kept putting her hands in my mouth and her breath stank!!!!!
