I emailed the salon with pictures of my bleached damaged hair. I was emailed back by Gina, the owner and experienced stylist. Asked for me to come in and sit in her chair to do a consultation. Which I proceeded to do. I was there and we talked for quite awhile about my hair and she even had other stylist chime in on what they thought. I wanted to cover my damaged bleached hair with a beautiful ombrè that I had picked out and showed the picture again and she agreed it would be ok to do and wouldn't damage my hair anymore being that it would be a color. So she went and got a price and came back and told me and it was $120. (I also spent an additional $40 on a product and hair brush as well as a tip) when she got through, (4.5 hours later) I was in a hurry to get somewhere so she didn't blow dry my hair. I rushed home and had time to go ahead and blow dry it, only to find out it was really un even with the coloring and didn't come down where I wanted it too and where we agreed. Also the color was very brassy/red. I texted her and told her about it as well as sent a picture and she agreed it wasn't what we thought it would be. So I went in the very next day to re color the top and try and get it more even and not so brassy/red. This also didn't work out as planned. She put me under the dryer for awhile and then I got back in her chair so she could finish blow drying to see how it turned out. It was super gray in places somehow and on top, was splotchy as she called it.(to me it's just a mess) Its very un even and un attractive. Its blonde in some places on my roots and dark brown in others. The whole back part of my hair on top close to roots, is still very blonde. She wasn't pleased with it either and asked for me to wear it for a week and see what I thought. Well I did but I still don't like it. So I texted her telling her that I was un happy with it and her only solution is for me to wait it out or to color it again on top even darker. Which my hair is pretty fried as it is and very un healthy. I don't want to color it 3X in a week. I don't think that's smart at all. So here I am with un even and very un attractive hair and out the money for the coloring. Also the 4.5 hours the first day and 3.5 the next. Very sadden with this because she seemed so genuine in the salon and now it's basically like everywhere else, they get paid and don't care what happens when you leave. It looks like I won't be returning ever again :(

Yuki, one of the owners, did my manicure, and her attention to detail was exceptional. She showed me several color options, listened to exactly what I wanted, cleaned under my nails, and thoroughly cleaned my cuticles, something I haven't had done at a nail salon in a very long time. She mentioned that she and her husband own the salon, and it really shows in the care they put into their work. My pedicure was great as well. They never tried to upsell me, pressure me into add ons, or overcharge. Their pricing was very fair, and the service was outstanding. I've been getting manicures and pedicures for years, and this was honestly one of the best if not the best salon experiences I've ever had. Don't let the old reviews discourage you. Go and form your own opinion. I highly recommend this salon!
