Ive been contemplating on writing this review for almost 2 weeks now. But here we go. I went there 2 weeks ago. They were all so kind. Everything was well signed and straight forward about the pricing. I walk in they ask what i want and i say dip but they dont have it. They only do acrylics and shelac. I said cool ill do shelac and deluxe pedicure please. Let me repeat the vibe was great. And the service was even better. I finish and pay and tip and leave. Mind you im happy as a clam leaving there. The next day my finger nail starts chipping. I cut my nail and filed and they looked ok. The day after that my whole right hand came off. No chipping no nothing just fell off. I was livid about to head back there but my feet started feeling like they are on fire. I end up going to the doctors to find out i got a fungal infection on both my feet. The doctor asked me have I gotten my feet done and i stated that i did a couple of days prior. And he said thats why you have an infection. The basin that my feet was put in was not cleaned out thoroughly and thats what caused the infection. These infections are contagious. Its been 2 weeks and im still horribly fighting this infection. I can barely walk or do anything. I literally never leave my house and treat myself anymore and the one time i do i get screwed. I left with a big ass smile and now im crying myself to sleep because of the pain read more

Just got my nails done today and it went by super fast! I like how they had offered matte nails and was just so happy with my nails after. My birthday is this weekend so I wanted to get them done at a new place and I like it here will come again! Now I'll tell you I usually go to higher end nail salons (but was too lazy to drive across town) so I was a little weary. However it was very clean, they were very nice and sat me down right away. I loved my birthday nail set! They were pretty crowded when I got there but I was still seated quickly for my pedi and full set. Their prices are relatively affordable and they do REALLY good work. She seemed upset, and proceeded to be unnecessarily rough when removing my acrylic. Needless to say, I did not get my nails done there. Really great prices and staff, but longest wait ever!! Every.single.time! Low prices are just not worth my time. I have visited 4 times, left 2/5 because I was waiting on avg an hour and didn't see the end in sight. This place opens at around 9 am and closes doors at 5 I believe,they're phone number doesn't work, you cannot make appointments. You just write your name on the paper and wait for hours. Then you could also be skipped and others will go in front of you even after you waited hours and they just walked in 10 minutes ago. My nails were done by a guy who works very very fast and does a mediocre job at best. My nails look disgusting I showed him a picture and asked if he could do the shape pictured and I wanted them to look natural. He was rude left my nails a mess did a bad job and on top of it he charged me 28 when it was supposed to be 25 I in the other hand understand he did a job so I left him a $2 dollar tip. My nails were missed shaped they are super bumpy not filled correctly have and irregular all around aspect. They say they are affordable but only if you want super short nails and no popular shape like coffin or stiletto for everything the will charge you extra $3 dollar minimum. With that been said I don't recommend this place at all, it was a really bad experience for me will not be going back. read more

I just recently started visiting this nail salon because of my daughter. Tonya has been very consistent and my nails have been beautiful.

Honestly they deserve 0 stars. First time coming here, recommended by a friend. The owner/manager Victor was incredibly rude. I asked for a full set ombré and when he asked me if I liked the color I first said yes and then took a second look and realized it wasn't the color I asked for, when I kindly asked him if he had another more nude color he completely changed his demeanor towards me. Again the color was definitely off, so I said let's just not diombré and keep them all white to keep it simple and easier for him. He constantly kept mumbling to himself idk why You don't like the colors. I finally just said let's just soak them off and not leave them as is. He made me move to a different chair and did not bother to attend me anymore he took another customer and never checked on me again. Literally left me sitting for 49 minutes with my hands on a bowl to soak off, once done I got up left and he never once cared to ask or check on me.
