I used to come here all the time and no issues with anyone. After she made the first toe bleed I asked if she could be careful because I didn't want an infection. I asked for a supervisor because she couldn't even paint my toe nails properly. Lines and streaks. No manager available, just another girl came to talk to me asking if she could paint my nails... I was over it. I asked to pay 50% because I was so uncomfortable and just go. The girl charged me the same price. I'm not hurting for money but the lack of customer service it's why I would never comeback. Paid $25 and left. No one came to talk to me or anything! Don't spend your money here. No one cares!

The quality, consistency, and experience have kept me coming back year after year. Everyone is always so kind and welcoming, the salon is clean and relaxing, and my nails always turn out exactly how I want them. They somehow manage to make appointments feel both efficient and genuinely enjoyable.
