The area could take some sprucing up but overall the machines were clean and the area where your nails were actually done are clean. It's the area around it that needed some cleaning. During my pedicure, while she was scraping my feet, she did not remove my feet from the water and the dirty tool went back into the water while my feet were still inside. I found this very unsanitary and immediately mentioned it to her. After that, the service continued, but I was very uncomfortable with the experience. I tried contacting the location to see if someone could help address the situation, but the response I received was rude and unhelpful. It's not just the beautiful hand painted art she does but the dip manicure itself is always smooth and thin. So even if you want something simple, it's going to look stunning. As for the art, her ability to copy an image is pretty amazing to watch. Trust me, she won't disappoint!! A dip manicure is $55 dlls then the custom nail art can add around $15-$20 depending on what you get. If you're worried about cost you can always just show her a photo first and she will tell you how much it'll be beforehand so you can decide.
