If I could give zero for today's service I would. The lady was kind but had no idea how to do a pedicure. She cut both of my toes skin. I used to come here all the time and no issues with anyone. After she made the first toe bleed I asked if she could be careful because I didn't want an infection. I asked for a supervisor because she couldn't even paint my toe nails properly. Lines and streaks. No manager available, just another girl came to talk to me asking if she could paint my nails... I was over it. I asked to pay 50% because I was so uncomfortable and just go. The girl charged me the same price. I'm not hurting for money but the lack of customer service it's why I would never comeback. Paid $25 and left. No one came to talk to me or anything! I would not go back or recommend this place to anyone. Nail tech cut me and the paint job is below average at best. She kept sitting the uv light on top of the nail and had to correct several times. The massage left SO MUCH to be desired and that's usually one of the reasons I enjoy getting a pedi so much. I'm pretty sure the tech I had does not ordinarily do pedicures. I would have been happy to wait for a tech that didn't mess my feet up but I think they prioritized getting people out more quickly over giving them a good experience. Upon arriving I was immediately welcomed, offered a drink and seated within minutes. I'm a bit new to getting my nails done so I wasn't sure on what color to choose or if I should get dip or gel x. Sandy explained the differences and how applying a base coat will really make the gold I wanted pop! I decided to go with a thick French tip in an almond shape with gel x. Came as a walk in and was taken care of immediately. Lily quickly accommodated me and did the exact nail design I had asked for without flaws. I've been coming here often recently and Henry never fails to do an amazing job. He is by far the best, don't bother with anyone else! I gave 4 stars because as a whole, the establishment is not the best. Two weeks ago I had my nails done by one of the older women working there and they were terrible, uneven, and patchy with holes everywhere. I took them off three days after getting them! I'm giving this place a 4 stars rating and not 5 because of how small it is and because parking is very hard!!! It may not look the nicest but it's affordable and they do a good job. I would give this place 5 stars due to ONE PERSON. Her name is Anne. She is my go to!!! I'm from deer park and I always drive all the way to this place because of her. I always get shellac and my sister always gets acrylic and we're both very pleased with her. You show her any picture from Pinterest and she'll make your nails look just like it! And it's an affordable place. I believe it was $30 manicure with acrylics for my sister and $25 manicure for me with shellac. I've only ever gone to Anne so I'm not sure about any other person in this place. I do recommend her tho. I have attached a few picture of my shellac. I had a lady basically yell at me for not knowing which color I wanted after looking through them for 30 seconds. Que feas! Such ugly colors. Not to mention the place is filthy. I have been to this place 2 times and both experiences were unpleasant. My first visit I wanted to wax my underarms and a lady walked me to the back past what looks like curtain, but it's a bunch of beads hanging. She sat me on a chair in a corner it was not even a room with a door. I could still see thru the beads and see a lady getting her pedicure done. I took off my shirt and good thing I had a tank top under. It was really uncomfortable getting my underarms waxed in an open room. My second visit was for a pedicure and the way the lady cut my toe nails was horrible because I kept getting ingrown nails after that. I have been going here for about two years now and I have had excellent service here. Their prices are reasonable compare to other places I have been too. The place is always clean and the staff there are always friendly. The only thing I wish they could do a little more is, taking their time. I understand that when they are busy they have to get everyone in and out. But where they lack at is the pampering that us women love when we go to a nail salon.
