If I could give zero for today's service I would. The lady was kind but had no idea how to do a pedicure. She cut both of my toes skin. I used to come here all the time and no issues with anyone. After she made the first toe bleed I asked if she could be careful because I didn't want an infection. I asked for a supervisor because she couldn't even paint my toe nails properly. Lines and streaks. No manager available, just another girl came to talk to me asking if she could paint my nails... I was over it. I asked to pay 50% because I was so uncomfortable and just go. The girl charged me the same price. I'm not hurting for money but the lack of customer service it's why I would never comeback. Paid $25 and left. No one came to talk to me or anything! Don't spend your money here. No one cares! read more

Le Q Nails - Horrible paint job. Not careful. Shouldn't be doing pedicures. - Nail Salons Near Me - Houston, Texas

I would not go back or recommend this place to anyone. Nail tech cut me and the paint job is below average at best. She kept sitting the uv light on top of the nail and had to correct several times. The massage left SO MUCH to be desired and that's usually one of the reasons I enjoy getting a pedi so much. I'm pretty sure the tech I had does not ordinarily do pedicures. I would have been happy to wait for a tech that didn't mess my feet up but I think they prioritized getting people out more quickly over giving them a good experience. I tipped $5 on the $40 bill but it was an awful experience. Look at my pics and decide if you wanna take your feet or hands here. read more

Upon arriving I was immediately welcomed, offered a drink and seated within minutes. I'm a bit new to getting my nails done so I wasn't sure on what color to choose or if I should get dip or gel x. Sandy explained the differences and how applying a base coat will really make the gold I wanted pop! I decided to go with a thick French tip in an almond shape with gel x. Her and her coworkers have an eye for perfection and took each step carefully and checked for my approval each time. From shaping my nails to the thickness of the french tip! Seriously the best experience I've had in a nail salon! They're beautiful! Definitely coming back read more

TERRIBLE SERVICE!! If I could rate 0 stars I would, no greeting when I walked in.. they just look at your crazy and rush through the work. On top of rushing they will talk & giggle in their language, possibly talking about the customers. SHELLAC CHIPPED IN 2 DAYS, TERRIBLE! read more

Le Q Nails - Chipped SHELLAC - Nail Salons Near Me - Houston, Texas

me and my sister arrived at the place at 4:50, they close at 7:30,why were they rushing on our nails, and making them look bad? if they wanted to be lazy and chill back the could step back and let someone else do it. And they should consider that i still left a good tip regarding how bumpy and bad they look. If with one person would've been like okay they are having a bad day, but all three of us is just crazy and unacceptable. read more

Mediocre nail polish application. They left them all smudged and I couldn't tell until I took these pictures. Also I asked them to fix the toenail twice and they still left it all smudged. They don't take the nail polish off they just cover it with more coats of nail polish. I will definitely not be returning here. Zoom in on the pics and you can see how awful the application is. I asked her to cut my toenails because she left them so long and she did it while the nail polish was still wet. read more

Came as a walk in and was taken care of immediately. Lily quickly accommodated me and did the exact nail design I had asked for without flaws. I was in and out within less than an hour and my nails came out perfect. The place could be more hygienic with gloves or cleaning the drills and desks. Customer service was great though. read more

I've been coming here often recently and Henry never fails to do an amazing job. He is by far the best, don't bother with anyone else! I gave 4 stars because as a whole, the establishment is not the best. Two weeks ago I had my nails done by one of the older women working there and they were terrible, uneven, and patchy with holes everywhere. I took them off three days after getting them! Henry has consistently done an amazing job and for super affordable prices ($30 for a set $25 refills). Call and ask for Henry, he won't disappoint! read more

Horrible customer service! I literally walk in NOBODY acknowledge me nor asked what I wanted to get done. Waited for about 20 minutes without anyone saying anything and just staring at me. While they kept taking care of new people that kept coming in. I used to come to this place before but after today I will not return,. I'm giving this place a 4 stars rating and not 5 because of how small it is and because parking is very hard!!! It may not look the nicest but it's affordable and they do a good job. I would give this place 5 stars due to ONE PERSON. Her name is Anne. She is my go to!!! I'm from deer park and I always drive all the way to this place because of her. I always get shellac and my sister always gets acrylic and we're both very pleased with her. You show her any picture from Pinterest and she'll make your nails look just like it! And it's an affordable place. I believe it was $30 manicure with acrylics for my sister and $25 manicure for me with shellac. I've only ever gone to Anne so I'm not sure about any other person in this place. I do recommend her tho. I have attached a few picture of my shellac. I'm very picky on how I get my nails and on the color. And I'm never disappointed with Anne here. My sister has gotten lots of compliments on how natural her nails look! She loves it read more

This place is the worst. Everyone here has a stink attitude. They are rude and rush you to pick a color. I had a lady basically yell at me for not knowing which color I wanted after looking through them for 30 seconds. Que feas! Such ugly colors. Not to mention the place is filthy. Save your money and go down the road to the Nailery off wayside and the feeder. read more

Trent!! I love Trent. He puts so much focus and dedication into your toe nails it's crazy. I literally don't trust anyone BUT Trent. I live 1 hr away from this salon and I don't care how far I have to drive, just to be serviced by Trent. Lily is amazing with your finger nails, you can give her an idea of what you want and she'll make it happen. I love Trent and Lily! read more

New to this area due to my new job, I came across this shop. Anne did my nails and I loved them. I have been going to her since and will continue to. She's very patient and listens to what you want, makes her suggestions (which I have loved), and she delivers at 100%! I recommend Anne because I have experienced her professionalism and how experienced she is; trust me I am super picky, and have loved the results each time! read more

This place is fairly new BUT not all of they're staff is experienced I had two or maybe three different women do my nails. I have been to this place 2 times and both experiences were unpleasant. My first visit I wanted to wax my underarms and a lady walked me to the back past what looks like curtain, but it's a bunch of beads hanging. She sat me on a chair in a corner it was not even a room with a door. I could still see thru the beads and see a lady getting her pedicure done. I took off my shirt and good thing I had a tank top under. It was really uncomfortable getting my underarms waxed in an open room. My second visit was for a pedicure and the way the lady cut my toe nails was horrible because I kept getting ingrown nails after that. It took a couple months to get my toe nails to grow out and get them cut right. I would not go back. read more

I've been coming to Le Q Nails for years so has my family and friends. No complaints! The staff is friendly and attentive. The prices are very affordable. I have been going here for about two years now and I have had excellent service here. Their prices are reasonable compare to other places I have been too. The place is always clean and the staff there are always friendly. The only thing I wish they could do a little more is, taking their time. I understand that when they are busy they have to get everyone in and out. But where they lack at is the pampering that us women love when we go to a nail salon. If they can just improve on taking their time and not always trying to rush. (At times this place can fill like and "in & out" salon.) Other then that one thing, I recommend this place for their, expertise, the great customer service and wonderful free hand art work they do on nails/toes. read more

The language barrier between the customer and employee is beyond horrible. I do not recommend this place to anyone.
