However, I have to say their customer service is probably the worst I've experienced at any nail shop. I would constantly experience nail techs that dont know how to do basic simple nails (will add a picture) and if a particular nail tech isn't there they would refuse to do your nails, even though you would state that you were fine with another nail tech. And everytime you request someone new to do your nails they would say sorry we don't have anyone who can do them. After so many years of giving them my business, I literally have reached my end. I will not be coming back to this establishment And I dont recommend anyone else does as well.

It had been a while since I had gotten my eyebrows done but I had time let them grow in order to get them to the thickness I wanted. The worker asked me if I still wanted them thick multiple times and I said yes meaning I just want a clean up. I should've known when she immediately started threaded before brushing my eyebrow hair that it was going to be bad! After her struggling on my eyebrows for over 20 minutes she called her coworker over to help her and the coworker made them even thinner! The whole time they were doing my eyebrows they continuously told me come back in two weeks cause your eyebrows take too long to do. She said this like 6x... 1st off if you know how to do eyebrows correctly it does not take that long to do mine. The older lady that used to work here before them would be able to get my eyebrows done in 10 minutes!

Well I'm the type that only let's a certain person do my hair but that person is very pricy. I was sure I'll go ahead and get my hair done. Well Kim is the one who did my hair and I loved it. She was able to get my hair lighter as I've been wanting and the price was very reasonable. For everything I got done from pedi eyebrows , chin and lip wax to color and highlights and cut &styled I paid less then $180.00 My hair is very dark from the roots but Kim was able to get my hair light as I wanted it to be. With the other person I went to before I paid $200.00 just for color, cut, and highlights. I would definitely go back to Kim and Helen is so sweet when it came time to my pedi she took her time and didn't rush as some salons rush to get the next customer.

I was relaxed and not nervous at all, mostly because the tone was set so perfectly. The room was impeccably clean and the decor was cute and spunky! The price was about average- $50 for a brazilian. I love how I felt afterwards, but there were quite a few hairs that were missed, to the point where two weeks later I'm on the verge of shaving again. It was uncomfortable for me near the end, especially when she started tweezing, but I would've rather bit my tongue and suffered through that than have some fuzz one to two weeks after the wax. It was also my first time getting a wax, so there was a lot more hair to deal with. If i do get a wax again, I'd still come back.
