JO or JOEY The lady working the front desk as soon as you walk in is so RUDE. I explained before she started if she could help me choose a set that would save me the most time. After agreeing, she begins with the soak off process. She said she'll be back in a few minutes, which was not a few. After over 10 minutes I asked if someone could check on me, a lady said she was on lunch. So I asked if I could just get them removed and wouldn't want the set anymore. Joey comes out walking NONCHALANTLY and was like what are you in a hurry? and I said Yes that's why I chose a simple set, I didn't want to take forever. She was rude about it and was like do you want me to take them off because she obvious didn't want to. Told her no, she can go back to eating. I am also disappointed in the whole staff for not keeping her accountable, if yall know she has not eaten till 2:30pm and was eating, why not be a team player and check on me? Or have someone else not available check on my nails that have been soaking for over 10min. I have been a loyal customer to this location for almost 2 years but after this experience I will not be coming back. Nail tech is bomb! Inspiration from was from Instagram. I came in with a old set that had to be removed by soaking because it was green. And I wanted a clear affect. This took about two hours total time with new set. She did a pink clear gel and hand painted the French tip. No mask is required but each station have the shield. I came in yesterday for a refill and polish change on my toes. it was okay.. next morning my designs are chipping and cracking off, I called to let them know my nails needed to be fixed and I was told to come in and I'd be taken care of immediately, however when I arrived the male at the front desk seemed to not know what I was talking about asked me if I called the right place and I proceeded to show my call log which in fact had the shops number and I asked who did I speak with, didn't get an answer they then told me I would have to wait an hour to get my nail fixed. after being told to come in immediately and paying over $100 for my service plus I tipped the tech and my nails fell apart the next day, brought me to tears. so as I'm crying my boyfriend asked for the manager who of course was not there. the tech also cut my toe while drilling the acrylic. safe to say I'm very disappointed displeased and will not be back. read more

I hate complaining but this was the worst experience I've ever had. The person doing my manicure and pedicure was so rough and inattentive. She hurt my toe while doing my pedicure. When doing my manicure she didn't give me time to choose a color; once I chose a color it was the wrong one. I know sometimes it looks different once it's done but I asked her after she did a couple and she realized it was the wrong color, she went to look for the color and came back with another wrong color. She had started the process taking them off and went too deep with the drill and my nail hurted for a couple hours after. She then told me she didn't have the color I had chosen, I asked her to just take them off and suddenly she found the color. I've been going here for year but will never go again. read more

A few of the techs were rude toward me when I refused A specific tech to do my nails. 1st Helen was very rude toward me during my pedicure and more so after said that I only wanted her to do my pedi and not my nail. (Then she messed up twice on my toes.) She had to redo a tor causing my to miss my nail appointment. Then I asked to wait on another nail technician, the lady manager asked me to wait. I waited about ten minutes, then she called me to go to a young girl in the back. As I walked toward the young techs table in the back room, the young tech rudely told me to sit at Helens table. She treated me poorly for No apparent reason. (Possibly because I slightly refused to work with Helen, even though she'd messed up on my toes, ) Since I felt treated rudely, I politely asked to pay for my pedicure asked the manager why the tech was so rude to me and she couldn't even give me a truthful reason. Used to go there regularly until recently when they cheated me out of money. I always get a dip powder manicure which they charge $45. One day I was went and the tech I like was off so I went to someone else. I was charged $52. I have no problem paying for my services but don't try to cheat me. And I also tip always and tip well (20% minimum). I asked the person that was ringing me up why was it so much did the price go up and he replied yes. Ok fine. 2 weeks later I return and the tech I usually go to is back and I'm charged $45 for the SAME EXACT SERVICE I do every 2 weeks and the 2 weeks prior, which is a dip powder manicure. Just to note, I keep my nails short for work and don't do any design. So I ask the man ringing me up (it's always the same guy) why was I charged $7 more the 2 weeks prior. He plays dumb like he doesn't know what I am speaking of. He then tells me that the techs make they're own price and I need to work it out with them. So why tell me that the price went up instead of telling me to speak with the tech that charged me $52. What disgusted me was his absolute disregard and disrespectful way of handling me and the situation. Came here for a quick eyebrow wax. This review is for wax services only. The lady was super rough with this area. She left my eye brows visibly uneven. She seemed annoyed when I told her I couldn't lay down on the table when she walked in and found me in the chair, even though I smiled and explained that I couldn't lay down flat since I'm 9mos pregnant. She took off too much in between the brows too. Are they cheap? Yes. Will I return? Hell no! This lady took no care to follow my natural brow shape and ended up messing up my eyebrows bad. read more

It is very insulting for the nail tech to tell me that my polish looks the way it does because she used one coat one even after she applied a second coat my nail polish is still spotty and I have an opaque color. I think the employees should have extra training or take classes to keep up with what it is they need to know how to do for this trade. I am extremely disappointed. This is my second time coming here and although my nails were done well the CUSTOMER SERVICE was terrible. If you prefer not being attacked for wanting your nails a certain way I suggest you go somewhere else because this is not the place. Once my nails were sanded down I noticed they were too thin because I could see the nail tips under the power. I asked my nail tech if she could put some more powder on top because they were too thin and I didn't want my nails to end up breaking. After arguing with me about how they weren't too thin and this is how she always does her clients nails, she proceeded to talk about me with other nail techs while pointing at me saying "remember her" so that if I come back they will refuse me service. I have NEVER in my life been treated so poorly or disrespected in a nail shop, and all of this because I wanted my nails done a certain way. If a client wants something specific, being an industry of service, this should be done without them being attacked for it. I suggest in the future all employees of this shop, including the lady at the front who thought the situation was funny, to think before they treat their customers like they don't matter because next time you might catch someone on a bad day and regret treating them like they don't matter. We came late on Sunday & the place was full we waited patiently for someone to help us & the lady we got was very rude! She complained my gf was picky & didn't want to do her nails & said that no one else would want to do them. I get it we came late & if you didn't want to take a customer so you can go home then tell us to come back next time instead of giving us an attitude & saying she was picky when no one really helped us but there were other people who came in 15-20minutes after us who got seated to do their nails. While we were waiting another girl that was getting her nails done there actually got her finger cut & was bleeding. You don't treat customers this way! When we tried to let the manager know about the poor service she just cut us off saying that her employee is never rude to people & wouldn't even let us speak. The customer service here is awful and the techs are subpar. I went here for an eyebrow wax recently and it was beyond terrible. The tech and front desk was very rude. They had me sit in a chair in front of a hard marble drying table to lean my head back on to wax my eyebrows (caused so much discomfort and pain to the back of my head and neck). The tech used one wax stick in and out of the wax for multiple people and was upset when I suggested she change it. My review is based on a woman named Long. My mom brought me here to do my nails when I was teenager- I'm 32 now and I still come to see her. She is very precise and does amazing work. Things to take into account- I've only done my toes with her. ( My profession only allows natural, bare nails on my hands) She tells you what is best for your type of nails. My nails are thin and she suggested to avoid chellac because it would cause more damage on me than for someone who had thicker or stronger nails. Once I tried it against her suggestion because I was going on vacation and boy was she right. It took 6 months for my nails to be healthy again. She's smart and knows what she is doing. The girls in the front will always try to put me with someone else but I just stay firm and say I'll wait for Long. I like a thin French tip but sometimes I do color from chellac without the actual chellac. Just the color. Long is the best! read more

They had them go pick their polishes and told them to have a seat they'll get called back in a bit. I was seated to get my full set and watched customer after customer walk in and get sent back to get their work done. All while my girls sat there patiently waiting. They never got called back. The tech doing my nails ended up doing theirs and said "you only wanted their fingernails done right? No feet?" I said yes only fingernails because It was clear she didn't want to do their feet. I go pay the woman in front, cash, because they didn't want to take card, all while she's talking to one of her techs. I walk out with my girls explaining to them why they didn't get their toes done. Then I hear the woman yelling after me saying I forgot to pay. I politely told her "I have you 3 20 dollar bills and you held them on the desk with your left hand while you were talking to one of your workers." She looked so confused but I'm assuming since I was pretty detailed she said ok. Overall, I'm tired of so-so nails (and that's being nice;) I'm not giving them any of my business anymore and would reconsider if you're thinking of going here as well. read more

I usually go here because it's convenient but lately I haven't been satisfied with their service. I got a full set and pedicure. When picking my pedicure the nail tech handed me a "menu" and I picked a basic pedicure which was marked at $25, i knew I would have an up charge for shellac but later they told me the pedicure was $30 and pulled out a different menu $5 isn't a huge deal i just think they should be consistent in what they're telling customers. My full set wasn't exactly what I wanted but it was decent, however the day after i got my nails done both the designs popped as the shellac was not cured properly. When i was done with my service i tried to pay with card and the woman pointed me towards the ATM to pull out cash, I asked why she wouldn't run my card and she said the machine was slow. I insisted on paying with card to avoid fees from the ATM and my bank and the woman gave me attitude and told me to bring cash next time. I will not be going back. read more
