Went in the morning to get a pedicure. I had been here before a few years ago and remembered they had done a good job. When I sat in the chair the nail technician gave me a laminated piece of paper with prices and services. Told her I just needed the basic. She stripped off the orange color I had and trimmed my left foot, as she was doing that she commented that the top of my feet were rough and I needed the more expensive deluxe package. I declined, and she continued to trim. She got to my left big toe, and said, you sure you don't want deluxe? I said no, I don't. She then proceeded to butcher the outside of my big toe. Never, in the 20+ years that I've been getting pedicures have I gotten out of the chair bleeding and in throbbing pain and left a nail salon mid pedicure. She either had no idea what she was doing or she hurt me intentionally because I wouldn't get the more expensive deluxe package.
Loved this place! I got a basic manicure and pedicure and it came out to $45!!! Even though both services were basic I was still taken care of! It was super clean in there and as people started getting there ( I was the first person there ) they made sure to tend to everyone as soon as they walked through the door and then they had two nail techs to each person that was getting a pedicure so they could do the manicure at the same time. I didn't catch the names of the ladies that tended to me but they were both super gentle and made sure I was comfortable! 10/10 and will definitely be coming back!!
!!CUSTOMERS BE AWARE OF OWNER! This Jay is you would like any nails service done please feel free to contact me, via Instagram @ JT.Nailzguy to book your appointment, CUSTOMERS BE AWARE OF OWNER! **ITS NOT THE EMPLOYEES ITS THE OWNER** She is very shady and scandalous with the employees, If you are goin to TIP your tech MAKE SURE TO BRING CASH IF NOT SHE WILL RIPPED THEM OFF AND NO GIVE THEM ALL THEIR HARD EARN MONEY, SHE DOESNT TELL THEM WHAT THEY GOT JUST SUMS IT UP FOR THEM AND PUT A RANDO NUNBER ON THEIR CHECKS ALSO SHE PUTS THE TIPS IN CHECK SO THEY CAN CLAIM IT ON THEIR TAXES SO SHE CAN HAVE A TAX BREAK! That's against the law. I had left and step away from working at this establishment because the owner is very greedy and unfair to the employees, I hope that there are labor law and protection for those employees, and I will be contacting state board and also health to report the working situation, As for what I work and what we agree on once I told her I was quitting she cut my pay and then didn't show up to the shop so that she could avoid me, SHE PROMISED me $150/day And Then Goes And Say $140/day That's fine but that's didn't add up to $140 Os is my math wrong? So she included my tip into my pay as if it was commission instead of CLIENTS TIPS For 2 weeks I worked 8/days she paid me $843 With my tip being $107 that IF I GOT ALL OF IT! NOONE TO LIE THE TEXT HAS OWNER PHONE NUMBER WITH PROOF OF HER TEXT AND DENIES.
I needed to remove old powder and have my nails cut down. I will post a picture of what I was left with. I didn't want to say anything because I'm not very confrontational. I just won't be returning. There are multiple nail salons in the area so my search for a new nail salon will continue.
I've been searching for a nail salon that is professional and delivers beautiful quality nails in a timely manner. I believe I may very well have found my new place. I came in around 930am on a Thursday. I was their first customer of the day. Every technician made eye contact, smiled, and greeted me good morning. I felt welcomed. The ambiance is clean and modern with neutral wall colors and minimalist decor. The tv was turned on at a low but audible level. All the workstations were clean. I noticed my nail tech brought out a sealed new set of tools before beginning my services and I appreciate their attention to hygiene. My technician consulted w me about my current powder/tip nails and I expressed I wanted to remove them completely and get a manicure w shellac on my natural nails. She took her time, did greAt quality work and made sure I was happy. She informed me of their 20% discount Grand Opening special running now until February 1st. My total for removal and shellac mani came to $30 and I received a $6 discount so, $24 and I paid the tip separately to my tech. I would recommend this place to any and everyone. When I go back I will try out their design specialist. I can't wait actually. Great service great business.
Ok y'all, my nails look great but the experience was horrible. I told the nail specialist 4 times I didn't want shellac on my toes. She huffed and puffed and seemed like she finally got over it. We started to have a conversation about how I'm usually too busy to come in but I really need to make an effort to come every 2-3 weeks, she decided to try to get me to do shellac again bc f how busy I am..I said, "m'am, I said no already...thank you"...she got so upset and started a slamming things. Like wth, lady?! She then asked me if I could stay under the uv light, I said, "no thank you, I brought open sandals bc I have to go pick up my son from school right afterwards." Her response? "Ugh, ok..I tried!" Worst customer experience ever!
Palace Nails Spa. I have never felt so humiliated in a nails spa. I asked for tip polish. The nail tech said "Nails are short I can see the tip" yes I'm aware of these) I didn't want all my nails polished. Just the tip. I wanted this gray color. So she tried and she said no no I don't like it, let's get a darker color. I don't want a darker color. After she paints the whole nail to see if I liked it, I told her I would like the tip only. She continues to paint the whole nail. Mind you she is on her ear piece talking to someone the entire time. She cuts me twice and doesn't clean under the nails as I asked her. Tried to explain that the filing was a little off. She gets upset and at this point I just want to go. I told her that okay just leave it, I will fix it later. I have to go. She raises her voice at me in front of others in the spa. I was besides myself. She said that's just me and I'm sorry, but I just raise my voice, not mad just do that. Yes she did apologize but this was not professional and I will not return. In tears, I pay and walk out. Should I have been more upset? Should have I raised my voice back? Should i have said I'm not paying? I was embarrassed to the point, I just wanted to go.
Loving my nails! Very nice ladies, did an excellent job on my pedi as well. I was so relaxed had me a glass of red :)

Kim did an amazing job on my nails . I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she executed it perfectly and even did a little bit of her own creative ideas with it . Mimi did my pedicure . They are both great and I will continue to request them read more

The service requested has always been excellent, the nail techs that have attended me have been exceptionally great. I've become so fond of Kim and Mimi. And even the girl that helped me today Ann, at first she was not too friendly but then she seemed to have lightened up. But The Manager of the salon however gives off a very nasty and ugly vibe. I'm not sure if that is her personality as she claims, but to be honest I don't think I will be returning to them simply because of the few times I have been there and she has been so rude to me. She claims that's her attitude but trust me I know a vibe when I feel it and she is always nasty and rude to me. I'm sorry, for the girls that I have had the honor and pleasure of doing my nails and pedis but I just can't keep giving my money to a business owner who doesn't value good paying customers. read more

Every manicure she does for me is beautiful and lasts long. I get so many compliments and my nails are so healthy with each and every do. Ms Tiffany also did a great job on my pedicure. read more

I used to come here regularly but noticed a decline in their work. Rushed. Always getting cut. Not clean crisp jobs. I decided to go back after a break and that was the last straw. Never again. I went in for a quick pedi. I get my toes done every 2 weeks so my feet and nails are well taken care of. I got an older lady who started the pedi process and right away I experienced a lot of discomfort, she was digging into the edge of my toe nails and ended up cutting me very very deeply and took a big chunk of the side of my nail. My toe looks like a coffin shaped nail and is in extreme pain now. I bled a lot and she painted my toe terribly. She tried to say it's because I have an ingrown??? I get my toes done so often and I've never experienced this nor have I ever had pain in my toes on a day to day basis so I know she was just saying that to make up for the fact the she injured me pretty badly. It hurts to walk and I have been bleeding on and off for a day. This place used to be good but save ur self the pain and trouble and stay away read more

Today I went to Palace Nails Spa, and I have to say that they did a really good job. Mimi did my pedicure while Hannah did my manicure. It saved me so much time instead of waiting after my pedicure to do my manicure. All of this was done in an hour and fifeteen minutes. They were really nice and I will come back. read more

I have been coming here since they opened never fails on customer service. Tom the owner is always helpful and their nail techs are always on point with pedicures and nails. I highly recommend this place of you want your money's worth and if you do encounter any issues which I doubt he is always there to fix ASAP whatever is needed. read more

Fresh nails done by Lily! Full set with acrylic powder #12!!! I am new to the area (moved here about 1 week ago) and was looking for a convenient, yet nice place to call my new nail home. I called to hear prices and the guy who answered the phone was so friendly and helpful which drove me to schedule a next day appointment. I was greeted by who I think was the same guy who answered the phone the previous day and felt so welcome! He even addressed me by my name which makes me feel that he really cared and I wasn't just "some customer". They made sure I was comfortable and I had a fantastic experience. My only complaint that I have was when I had to dry my nails... I accidentally hit them on the inside when sliding them in, which I know is totally annoying but the reaction I got made me feel a bit uncomfortable... She sighed pretty loud and smacked her teeth which in my eyes is a bit of an over reaction seeing that it was totally an accident. Other than that though, I do plan on going back. read more
