As I began to style my hair for the first time since the service I noticed that my hair was not done correctly. You see orange spots , blonde to brown , not blended etc. I reached out to Michelle and asked for a refund but she refused because of the all "time" and "product" she used. I understand that part but you didn't do it right! And now I have to go spend Another couple $100 dollars to get my hair fixed and color corrected which is so expensive! It was totally worth the 40 minute drive to Webster. She is an excellent communicator and I knew exactly what to expect during my four hour appointment. She listened to my hair history, & current care/styling routine. She then cut my hair, one curl at a time, and the choppy layering was replaced by a smooth waterfall of layers. The wash and conditioning treatment felt like true pampering. She described each product and how to apply as she went along. Then we moved on to styling and a fantastic lesson on diffusing which may have changed my life! This isn't just a haircut- it's a personalized lesson on how to optimize your curls and hair health! I left with a printed instruction sheet personalized for my own routine- and she put it in a plastic sheet protector!!! She also taught me how to make my curls last for days. Her salon space is very comfortable and spa-like. I left feeling as if I had enjoyed a full spa day...music, special beverages, snacks, warming or cooling blankets- plus she is just a doll.
