Josselyn Perez knew exactly what to do to correct my color, and suggested a very flattering haircut. Both my color and cut were fabulous! I received a lot of compliments and I feel so much better! She also suggested an eyebrow tint that I knew I needed, but was too scared to try. Now I actually have eyebrows you can see and my tired eyes look awake! I would definitely recommend Josselyn!! One thing to note: a few areas lifted slightly orange, likely because the bleach didn't take evenly in those spots. He explained that we had already done two bleaching cycles and doing more would risk damage, so we decided not to push it. He also offered for me to come back so he can fix those areas, which I appreciated. If you've never gone from dark to light before, just know it takes time and patience. Good vibes there. I'm going to try purple shampoo in the meantime, but overall I'm happy with the result and would return.

I was NOT disappointed. Monica is an amazing stylist. It's not easy for me to use those words, I don't meet many of her caliber so I was so happy to have been referred to her. She uses a product line that I wasn't familiar with, L'Oreal Professional (not to be confused with L'Oreal Paris AT ALL) so I was also hesitant about this. Not to worry, it was SO good for my crazy hair! I also did a conditioning treatment from the same brand and it made my hair just so soft. I'm super happy I did that. I highly recommend doing it! I told them no I want it lighten as much as possible and they put it to a dark brown ... I was mad but i understood ... because I didn't want to go brown I could have done this my self at home ... BUT NOW I was recommended by a family member to come here and she lighten my hair to blonde !!!
