The shampoo was super minty and cooling on my scalp. The actual hair washing was also really relaxing as they give a scalp massage and massage your temples too. I was running late, but they kindly rescheduled my haircut last minute and pushed it by 30 minutes, which I appreciated. Logan, who cut my hair, was really kind and efficient, and I could tell that he was really taking the time to make sure my hair came out the way I wanted.
