I am not sure why this place only has 3 reviews because it gets packed and it's great! I've been staring at the work they do on Facebook for a few months now. I am always working so when I noticed they would be open thanksgiving day I was super excited. The location is very clean and smells and looks new. I was immediately greeted and got a pedi chair after I picked my color. The water was turned on for me and massage chair adjusted. There was a bit of a wait but it was fine Thanksgiving day reduced staff I get it. A nice gentleman gave me a menu for the pedi and a drink menu for a complimentary drink. It was great! The person who did my toes was so good and so sweet. My overall experience here was above and beyond what I expected. Although I live in southwest Houston I will not hesitate to come back. ****Update*** I was reached out to from the owner to go in and fix my nails, J was very understanding and nice, and even offered to change my nail color since i was not happy about it on top of everything else, they fixed the two nails that popped off, (all free of charge) and were not rushing to get me out as it was already past closing time. Amazing customer service, and ill be returning, i do believe in second chances as they were willing to correct the issue i had. I was really hoping to "LOVE" this place since it's close to home and the reviews from FB were great, but i don't plan on returning, unfortunately. I gave 2 stars based on customer service, the nail tech that assisted me was very nice, the male at the front was very friendly and helpful with finding the color i wanted. Ambiance was relaxing! Jodie was very sweet and was happy to have us as we told her we found them online. However, it is a week from the date i visited and my nails are already lifting and the color is very dull, they no longer have that "shine" to them. My sister also got her nails done, "J" was her nail tech, and her nails are also lifting. My nails don't typically lift until a 3rd week after a new set. read more

I am a huge fan of this nail salon. I love their pedicures. Like with most salons, they have several options for what level you want to do meaning what all services you want to include. I have gotten a lot of services done and even when they are a bit busier, I still don't feel like they are rushing or shorting me on services. I appreciate the consistency. And they do a great job no matter what technician that has completed my services. Definitely would recommend to anyone! Also, you have to love that they have a rewards program! read more

Love this place so much! Even though I don't get my toes done often they always know me when I come in. It's relaxing. The remodel looks great! And they even give you a free drink with your pedi. And I'll say this my pedi always lasts forever... I've tried other places and it never lasts as long. And I wear socks and shoes all the time at work. read more

I found out that she was the manager and the place gets pretty busy so she had to greet and attend while trying to finish my nails as well so that took up a lot of time. Everyone else was great but the lady that did my nails was awful, like she was so rude to me and kept giving me dirty looks, and rolling her eyes at me. Like usually I never write a bad review like if I didn't have good service I just say nothing about it but the way this lady treated me yesterday was awful, I felt so belittled she told me that my nails look ugly the way I wanted them to be and Every time I would try and correct her on how I wanted my nails done she would sign roll her eyes at me and I understand I came in like an hour before y'all close but that's no excuse to treat me like that on top of that my nails are lumpy they look ugly they're not even what I wanted and I showed a reference picture the first time she messed up, I may go bad just ask for her name just so no one can keep it now since I heard because it was just awful and a waste of $50 read more

I was charged $103 for a French tip manicure and regular pedicure. I asked the technician to remove my ingrown toe nails and she acted like she didn't know what I was talking about after pointing to where it was located. I didn't get that "10 minute massage" you get when getting your nails done, they didn't properly remove the dead skin from my heels. Technicians switched in the middle of my manicure to assist someone else. Then I was charged $15 for a "design" which was literally 2 hearts on my nail for "Valentine's day". Then I asked for my toes to be a Lilac color and instead got pink because "it was prettier". That was not what I had requested. This place sucked. And I even told them I was trying out new places. If I could put 0 stars, I would. I would never go back here again. I requested my money back from the bank and explained to them what happened. Don't bother going here. read more

So disappointed. I called ahead and came in at 630 for a pedicure, full set and paint for my 4 year old daughter. I did not leave until 9 (YES, after hours the salon was still full) The powder set was not what I picked and at all and I was cut. The man doing my nails said it would look different at the end, but they're completely the wrong color. I have only had my nails 1 week and my thumb already broke while I was literally putting a blanket on myself to go to bed. I drove out of my way 30 minutes twice to come here and I doubt I would ever come back. I have been going to this salon for over a year now. I've been loyal to them because I love the girls. Most of the time the service is okay but the new people they always give me mess up my nails always and then I have to get them redone or come back because I've been there forever already. I recently booked an appointment for 5 people for mani pedis full sets fills everything. My aunts were coming into town for a cruise so we booked an appointment to all go together. I spoke so highly of this salon because I personally loved them until I came with my family. Like I said I BOOKED AN APPOINTMENT! Normally meaning that they would work on my party and then work on other people. We were there for 5 1/2 hours and it was a nightmare. I got a design on my toes that my aunt wanted the same person did them they look totally different. My aunt wanted French tip they did pink and white which is way more. My mother in-law had fresh clean nails and they did a terrible job filing them and they all broke. My pedicure I always get the highest one because I go once a month and the lady barely took any skin off my feet burnt me with the hot wax and took forever. The lady that did my fill did a terrible job my nails are bumpy literally crooked my real nails show on the sides and the acrylic was done so thin they are chipping every where. We were there for 5 1/2 hours after all of that there was two payments. My aunt paid for everybody's nails except my toes and my mother in laws. Tell me why when we tried to leave they started yelling and freaking out like we didn't pay because the lady didn't add all of the rest to my aunts tab. I was so disappointed with this salon especially because I made an appointment for us all to get done together and we were there for so long and after my forever terrible pedicure then my fill was started. Two of my aunts left and walked to the stores next store. I will NOT be going back! I always tip good and my nails always suck but I would go back because they'd take care of me. After this experience I will NOT go back. I've spent so much money here and it doesn't make a difference. read more

Don't recommend this place at all what so ever. they just want your $$ Came Two days to get my nails done and i left unsatisfied because i was there for 3 hours and didn't even like my nails. Kept telling the guy to file them more and fix them because the coffin shape wasn't even coming out right. They looked oval and what not so i was frustrated for being there already and told him to just leave it and i left. My nail came off today and it's only been 2 dayss and when i went i told the lady one already came off, and told her that i didn't even want them to put another nail i just wanted them all removed.
