One Star. Things…read morestarted off well--the space looked nice, they soaked my feet, and I appreciated the complimentary Thai iced tea. I specifically told both the host and the nail technician that I wanted my cuticles pushed way back and my nails cut very short. They said they would. Two days later, looking closely, the job just isn't good. My nails are still long on the sides, they snag on my bedsheets, and the cuticles barely look touched. For a $32 pedi (plus a 20% tip), that's disappointing. This was my first and last visit--I don't recommend this place.

She talks you through everything and gives great detail. she also tells you what to expect and knows her products in and out. She can tell you why and how she chooses each of her products and how they have responded to people's skin. Each time I get waxed it's like my first time because of how long has rally between waxes. So I was very nervous! But she's so reassuring and she does a great job without snatching off your skin lol she applies the right amount of pressure and and keeps things clean. So she canceled her membership and tried Lash Envy and to my amazement did not disappoint. They took there time with her.......went in a 5:30 out about 6:45 or so but the results were beyond expectation. We will definitely be using this location for all her future lash appointments.
