My wife read all the reviews before deciding to run by this past Saturday to get a few clusters of eye lashes on for HER BIRTHDAY. Saturday was her actual birthday and we had big plans. She wanted to fill beautiful on her day. She was greeted by a woman with a foreign accent - very hard to understand. My wife described that she was interested in getting a few clusters added to her already LONG eye lashes for a night out to celebrate her birthday. She made it a point to state she wanted them to be NATURAL looking and nothing too big and bulky. They lady there said she could do it and proceeded to sit my wife down and start. Total time took 10-15 minutes. The entire time my wife was saying OUCH! The lady doing her eyelash clusters wasn't really speaking to her and literally was pulling her eyes apart, as the glue sealed them shut!!! She finally offered my wife a fan to help since her eyes were burning horribly. She continued to just yank to pull my wife's eyes apart. Once she got them all pulled apart, my wife paid and left in terrible pain. Her eyes were bright red and she could hardly open them. The clusters were HORRIBLY clustered together and layers of glue could be seen. Her eye lids were so swollen and red - they actually STUCK TOGETHER from all the glue that was added. Also, the clusters were all different lengths as the lady who added them was cutting some as she was going. The middle of her lashes were very short and both ends very long - LOOKED A MESS! My wife cried on her birthday. She could hardly even open her eyes all night from them being so thick and all the glue. Sunday morning she woke up to extremely swollen eyes - she has since then paid to have them removed and has lost most of HER own long, beautiful lashes. She also has a doctors office visit scheduled as she probably has an eye infection now. She is super nice. Went in for a simple waxing. I was the only customer there to the time I left. She did tell me that she just opened up her business for 3 months now. After the waxing she did apply some after oil to remove any excess left over sticky wax but did leave some on there and my shorts were all sticking to my legs. i went around 2 pm, no wait time. there was only one employee. she was very nice and did the work fast. i did a full face threading and i'm glad she was patient because i did have ingrown hairs. my eyebrows weren't really what i liked, i noticed after i left that one brow seemed thicker than the other and in a different shape. however she did tell me to let her know if i wanted changes but i didn't say anything so i cant complain lol, especially since the cost was decent. overall the service was good :) read more
