The first 2-3 times I came here it was great. Got my nails done exactly how I asked. I even started bringing my bestfriend, my sister, my mom, telling endless people to go to this nail shop. However the last two times I visited, the customer service was terrible. Somehow I received more services than I asked for. I asked for an overlay on my big toes and a square shape on all my toes and they ended up cutting my nails all the way down and adding acrylic which eventually caused all of my toe nails to break off. I spoke with a tech and asked him what did I say to prompt her to put acrylic on my toes and how I can be more clear in the future, he just shrugged his shoulders. I kept the acrylic bc she had already clipped my real nails down so far! So then I came back today and asked for a french tip with flowers. Was there for an hour when they told me not one nail tech there knew how to draw a flower which is crazy because Ive received very extensive designs from this place in the past. WONT BE BACK... extreme false advertisement!! These women were VERY unprofessional, laughing at customers & talking bad about people. Theres one specific heavy set asian lady that looks like a sumo wrestler (when you see her youll know exactly who she is). She came in looking like she just rolled out of bed & the first thing she pointed out was that there were 2 black customers there & the lady doing my feet was obnoxious laughing. The lady doing my feet kept sighing while doing my toes, making little faces to the sumo wrestler, then laughing. I had to ask for them to fix 2 nails that were crooked & slanted while getting them done.... When I asked them to redo my middle finger they refused, so it's still CROOKED. Y'all. It's black history month. I'm doing my best to support black businesses on a regular basis but especially this month. BLACK BUSINESS OWNERS... please don't make it hard to support you!!! I usually go to this nail shop by my house strictly for convenience, but this time I decided to support a black owned nail shop in Houston since it's BHM. My appointment was at 10:30. Website said the shop opens at 9 am and they accept walk ins. I made my appointment 2 weeks ago. I got here and the doors were locked and ppl were in their cars waiting outside the doors. It got back in my car and waited for about 10 minutes, they got out their cars and I asked are they regular customers, THEY WERE THE NAIL TECHS. Waiting on the manager to bring the key. I'm in here waiting and they don't even know what service I booked online for. They are moving with no sense of urgency, dragging their feet like THEY aren't late. No music playing or anything. Normally I would just leave but I drove 30 minutes to be here, apparently they "had a time last night" I asked did they have music, they couldn't find the remote to the tv, now I gotta hear about their time last night, and somebody church having praise dance rehearsal for the BHM program. I booked my appointment for my nails and toes to be done by the same person, she did my toes and put me off on another lady because she needed to take a nap cuz she was too hungover. She asked the girl to block off a fake appointment for her nap to be uninterrupted. the manager was late because she said she thought she had enough time to get something to eat. I have been coming here for about 4 years now. I am one of the first tickets here at 8:45. Linda does my toes and Nina gets here about 9:30 and she tells me she already had some one mind you her cust got here at 9:10. I should have been first they do this to me every time. I have spoken with manager Rosie she just tells me she will speak with workers but it's always somethin. The only reason I come is I love the way Linda does my toes, and I like the way Louis and Nina does nails but customer service sucks. read more

So I was in the area driving around looking for a nail salon and stumbled upon this nail salon. Luckily for me it was a Sunday and me and my two kiddos were able to be seated immediately. We all got the deluxe pedicure and I opted for a manicure. All of our nail technicians were super friendly and great at what they do. Our nails were done correctly. I been here a few times and I didnt have a problem until today. Today, went in for pedi and mani, I was lucky to have walked in when there was no one inside. Absolutely no one. Yay me! Or so I thought.. wasnt long until at least there were 15 people out of nowhere. By that time the lady doing my mani was trying to rush to be able to take on a couple to multi task.. I looked at my nails and told her to fix the shape, she did just to mess the shape up Again. She started to get upset after I had to ask her twice to fix my nails. Then apparently they called a man to finish my pedi. Probably thought I would complain too. To my surprise he did a better job than the ladies working on me.. the mani lady tells me that someone else will fix my shape. After third attempt. .of course they want their money! They proceed to tell me to wait for him to finish up with 2 more people. I was in shock. He said to come back and hell fix it or 5 bucks off. I sat there in disbelief. I could've caused a scene, could've said I wasnt paying squat. But I didnt ! After 5 mins I said f this I'm out. I paid the full amount and left. No tip. The shape was somewhat fixed however, I'm missing A LOT OF SHELLAC PAINT ON BY BED NAILS. I'm ok with leaving a Bad Yelp review..... never returning. read more

I came in just for convenience, I had a couple errands to do that day in the area. Overall the place is very clean and the inside is nice. All the tools they used were clean. Cleanliness is why it gets 2 stars. Why I can't give it more is that my toes didn't get an even coat and some of the tips of my toes weren't completely covered with polish. I couldn't tell right away, but you know sometimes you leave and are like wth I did shellac on my nails and the same thing.. polish not all the way to the sides of the nail bed.. some of the trimmings on the side of my nails too angled and looks weird. I mean, it wasn't the worst I've ever gotten but it certainly wasn't the best. The price was good, I only spent $45 for mani and pedi. Probably won't come back tho. read more

Stopped in the place while visiting the area and they did a fantastic job. Although short staffed due to vacations on this visit the girls did a great job taking care of me and never rushed the services while other were waiting. Had a great mani/pedi in a clean environment. If I was a tenant in this plaza I would be very upset with the pigeon situation as there are dead birds and bird shit all over the place; not to mention major potholes everywhere. Don't let that stop you from getting you nails done at this place, they are great! read more

Passed by because I was eating across from it. Nails looked good but as the girl did them she thinned out my natural nails way too much I could feel it on my nail it was hurting. Nail tip broke 3 days after and i went to fix it . 2 days later a different nail broke and I just left it like that the next day another one so I decided to take them off because off the tips were breaking for no reason. It was super hard for them to come off and my natural nails were super damaged. They also hurt my toe from the pedicure it was hurting for over a week. Would not recommend read more

I was out of town and stopped here, I got pedicure and a manicure. The pedicure drew blood and I have pictures to show it will be two weeks tomorrow and my toe is still not healed. The manicure was ok with the exception of the "gel" that was used was the same as clear coat and feel off after washing my hair in the shower :( buyer beware!
