I was a walk-in appointment during my lunch break for a pedicure. They got me in immediately. The place was very bright and clean and the music was nice. A few notes: They did not have my choose my color prior to sitting down. The nail technician brought the color book over to me to select. The water was nice and hot (which I love) and I didn't even have to request it. They gave me the beverage menu and I got a water (I already had a coffee), but look at those teas! My water was not in a bottle, but in a cup with a straw. Decent size cup (medium sized) so I would assume the other non-alcoholic beverages are the same size. My mail technician was very kind. She didn't talk to me, which I appreciate, and wasn't too rough. I would absolutely recommend this place for a pedicure, based on my experience. read more

They are the worst!! Mr Tom says he tries but doesn't, he took my appointment and 4 times lost it and refuses to fix it or compensate somehow. He won't talk to owner, won't take calls and ignores you once you have complained. I have driven and wasted my fuel, and time and effort. They have horrible customer service. I had hoped he would let me speak with owner, but no. My calls are blocked and all I want is a solution. And they have no honor! Don't trust them!! Even with an appointment, the wait time is over 90mins. They have not fixed anything nor apologized.....the need better management and to keep appointment a client makes and to make amends as some clients drive 2hrs round trip to go there. This place is amazing! We stopped by to get manis and pedis because we were in the area. Did a Yelp search and decided to try this place out. I'm super glad we did. The manager, Tom, was super NICE, easy going and accommodating. There was a lady trying to get her nails and a pedicure done with a baby in her arms. The nail tech was getting a little frustrated (understandably), but Tom kept his composure. He offered everyone a drink and even brought the baby a cup of milk. That was SUPER SWEET. Even when the baby spilled food all over the floor, they just cleaned it up without complaint. Most places would have been extremely annoyed. My pedicure was amazing and my manicure was, too. I remembered why I didn't go back to this salon. Service is great. But the staff clearly it needs more training. I came in asking for gel polish manicure. The nail techs technique was as if it was her first time ever removing gel, filing and applying a gel coat. She barely filed, and then went to town filing one of my nails so now they are all uneven. And when applying the gel there was hardly any polish on the brush and still applied it to my nail. My nails came out looking sloppy and uneven. Never again. Don't know why I try to give places the benefit of the doubt, but by this point should know to go to my normal spot even if it's 10 min further down the way. read more

You get what you pay for. I decided to try dazzle after years of not going here based on the latest reviews. The male behind the register was attentive but my experience left a lot to be desired. I got the ick after seeing half empty water bottles and/or half filled mimosas cups at multiple mani stations... there were only 3 customers - myself and 2 pedis. So honestly there was no excuse to be this unkept. It just gave messy vibes. I was in a rush so didn't care tbh. Now I know it's hard and almost impossible to do perfect alike shaped nails but my nails shape don't even come close to looking like cousins. Some were left round, others almond. Just a hot mess. $50 dollars just thrown away bc now I'll have to go to Gloss and get a new set asap. You may wonder why didn't you speak up but I simply do not trust the quality of work. Horrible When you first become their customer it's all good. They do a good job to keep you, but don't get too comfortable. 2.5 hours to do my nails and they look horrible!!! The man kept putting the clear after I kept telling him there were dust bubbles everywhere. He would polish and teen do the clear and the bubbles were still there. I kept telling him I need to wash my hands to the dust could be completely off and he kept saying it was ok... that no need for it. I finally got up, washed my hands and when I sit back down the cleans them with toilet paper to "dry them" and left the same damn bubbles again. All uneven and some thicker than others Definitely looking for a new nail place AND letting everyone in know how bad of a job this place does So disappointed!!!!! read more

Service was okay and fast but don't know how I feel about having to pay for my nails over chash app. Kinda weird. Also my nails ended up somehow bumpy and deformed by the end of the day. The girl had a tattoo on her forearm, i don't know her name but she left my fingers soaking in acetone for over an hour. *EDIT* this is one of the worst dip powders I have received. Within a few days the top coat started peeling off (hard to picture, look closely at thumb.) in less than a week I have has THREE nails chip. I do not work with my hands, havent done anything hard on my hands, there is absolutely no reason for these nails to be chipped other than a poor quality job. I always have dip on my nails that last 3-4 weeks. This one couldn't even hold up a week. Original post: Kelly did dip powder nails for me. She took her time and has perfected her art! Probably the first nail tech that hasn't cut my fingers when filing/buffing! Huge plus! I was there over an hour, which was long but if it's quality work I dont care! I gave only 4 stars because she didn't really do the shape I asked for. I wanted tapered square and showed her a picture and she just did square. Not a huge mistake, but next time I'm going to make sure they understand what a tapered square is. I paid $45 + tip so a little on the high side, but not over priced read more

I got my acrylics done by Jackie and my nails were preciously damaged from a terrible job done from another nail salon and she made sure she didn't damage it furthermore. She would make conversation so I wouldn't feel awkward and she took her time making sure my nails were done evenly and nice. She made sure she did a nice job and even stayed 15 minutes after the time they were suppose to close to finish up my nails. The shape was done nicely and the lengths are even. I came in and was quickly directed to Jackie. She didn't rush at all. Cost me $50 for the set. read more
