I usually don't leave reviews but Im happy to finally find a decent nail shop close to home, and not having to drive 20-30 minutes to Houston. Kim is awesome on my nails! I do feel like the work is a little rushed, so it's hard to relax if that's what you're looking for. but the work itself is really good read more

Shadow Creek Spa & Nails - Gel French tip - Nail Salons Near Me - Pearland, Texas

I got a gift card for Shadow Creek Spa and Nails for Mother's day in 2023. Since then, it's been the only nail salon I will go to. They have you log in with your phone number when you first get in. This tracks your visits and you will get a $10 off discount after your 10th visit. They also periodically will text coupons for a percentage off. I love all of the ladies here, they are all so great and have always done a great job with my nails. I don't get crazy long nails, all Im getting is my natural nails dipped. At other places I have been to in the Pearland area, this dip, if I'm lucky will last up to 2.5 weeks. At Shadow Creek spa and nails, its consistency lasted for 4 to 5 weeks. I don't know if it's the brand they are using or what but I will not go anywhere else. They are also so good with my 10 and 6 year old daughters. They take their time and listen to what they want. They are both very indecisive, so the ladies being to nice with them is another reason I always come back. my daughters always pick some nail decals too, and there are so many options for them. Like other nails salons, they also offer refreshments while you're there. The inside isn't like the fanciest but it's all very nice, light and bright. I really will not go anywhere else for my nails. read more

Good quality nails at a great price AND most importantly to me, they do not try to constantly upsell you like other places do. I had just a classic pedicure for $30 (plus a $1 fee to pay with a credit card) and it was exactly what I wanted. They did a great job and it looked great. I wound up putting my shoes on before they were dry and messed up one of my nails and they were kind enough to fix that nail the next day for me. The staff was super nice. Would chat a little bit with me but also let me just relax and browse my phone. This is definitely my new go to nail place and I absolutely be coming back soon. read more

O M G ok so I quit paying for mani pedis and started doing them my self, because every place I went to they would mess something up! This place though omg they were amazing! Walked in got VIP treatment, no one clipped me in any way, my nails were painted perfectly, the massage chair wasn't brutal like some of them can be! I actually almost fell asleep!!!! I'm never that comfortable so I give these lovely ladies a huge recommendation. If you're ever in the pearland area, I can't recommend good food, BUT I can definitely recommend this amazing nail salon! Thank you Jessica for the amazing service!!! I will definitely be back!! The atmosphere was very calm and inviting! read more

First time visit and I had a great experience. The ladies were very nice and polite and friendly to us. Their prices are very reasonable. Their service was excellent. They did an excellent job on our pedicures. They offer complementary drinks. Their chair area is very neat and clean. They were very safe using all new tools and they wore their masks. Excellent visit all around. read more

I wasn't going to write a review because everyone was so kind and I loved that they accept Apple Pay but I'm dissatisfied. This is my second time visiting, the first time was great so that's why I returned. It was quiet and I was the only one there so that was cool. I got a gel pedicure and a basic manicure. For the pedicure, I loved that the lady doing my toes soaked off my previous gel polish but idk if she was new or something because my paint job is very mediocre (don't get too close lol). The real problem was she cut me very bad while removing dead skin. I'm telling her "ow" and she's still trying to take off the cuticle. I tried telling her that instead of cutting into my skin, clip the side of the toenail and clean it up that way, I was trying to explain to her that my big toe nails grow out into my skin and cause build up but I thought "maybe she's new and doesn't know that" or she didn't understand because the language barrier so I just let it go knowing that I will not allow her to do my toes again. My medi looks good minus some of the dead skin left behind. I didnt get gel or color because my nails are healthy and I like the natural look and I felt like she was rushing because she was standing the whole time, she did a good job though. All and all, I'm big on "3 strikes" so I would go back just because of the convenience and I like the energy of the people. I will ask for someone else next time and see if it's anything like the first time I went and if not I'll have to find another nailshop unfortunately. read more

I asked for my acrylic's to be removed then shellac. Was told $5 for removal. After the lady took 30 mins just to remove my acrylics I told her just wanted that service not shellac she then charged me $15 just for removal. Once I paid was charged $16. First and last time coming here. read more

I came here with my wife for the first time and service is excellent. She was seen right away and they were very nice. They gave me an ice cold bottled water and made sure I was comfy. She had her nails done quickly and to the way she wanted them done. I will come here again with her and recommend this place whenever people ask. Jennifer helped us, so I would recommend her. Everyone else was very helpful as well. The environment is elegant and clean. There is a wheel chair ramp right in front that is highlighted blue. Thanks again ~ read more

If Kim don't do your eyebrows.. DONT LET NOBODY ELSE DO THEM.. this is the second time they have messed up my eyebrows!

I just left this place yesterday and I'm highly offended by this service! They promote you to sign up for birthday promotions and so on when I come in in a very slow day to show my patriotic service to them, they tell me, I can't use a birthday promotion because my birthday is in 2 days! That's bananas, who would come to get nails done on my actual birthday, especially when they took an hour and a half to do a simple pedicure and shellac on my real nails, no acrylic or fake nails at all! I'm heading out of town trying to get myself together. You can't promote one thing and do another, that's bad business and I will not ever come back to this location again! I also had my eye brows done! They are not customer service focus and instead of focusing on the slow day they having, which is clearly contributed to their horrible service and consistency! They must do better! read more

I have been going to this place for a long time and I always call ahead and make an appointment with my favorite girl Tammy. Today I called to book an appointment and they told me Tammy moved back overseas. So I went anyways and got the exact same pedicure I always get, The Classic. The lady that did my pedicure literally spent 11MINUTES on the entire pedicure, start to finish! My feet did not soak in the water before she started. She did not rub my feet or legs, spent about 5 seconds scrubbing the calluses and the paint job was not great. Very disappointing and what a waste of money!!! read more

Hands down Kim is the best!!! I've been a client for a few years and followed her from another shop. She pays attention to detail and listens to what the customer wants. All the other ladies in the shop are nice as well. read more

I have been going here for almost 2 years and Kim the owner was my nail tech I needed a refill and pedicure and unfortunately I'm not sure of the name of the lady that did my pedicure but the pictures attached shows the result from my pedicure. The first nick I was going to let it slide but the second one I was stunned at the owners reply. The owner stepped in to begin polishing my toe nails I stated that I should not have to pay for this she stooped and said she wasn't going to polish and mistakes happen, I told her yes but Two mistakes Kim? She commenced to raising her voice and basically having an attitude as though me being a loyal customer was no longer appreciated and as though my business did not matter. I usually Tip $8-$10 on top of my service and told her I have no problem paying but where is your customer service your tech have me in here bleeding and you can only say mistakes happen! They then begin speaking in their language I asked them to speak English. Kim polished my toes then walked off. I'm very disappointed in establishments not having a problem taking our money and feeling as though they can treat us any kind of way! We must put a stop to this! read more

Had a mani (shellac)/pedi (regular polish) today picked out my color which appeared to be an iridescent white on the sample which is acrylic. It had more of a pink iridescent look on my real nails. Went on a Sunday because my usual spot was packed. There were two of us in the salon upon my arrival. - Acrylic nails were poorly done. I had to ask her to fix the visibly uneven coating of clear gel polish, as she rushed her way to greet the third guest that walked into the salon. - The pedicure was pretty, but I developed toenail fungus on my right big toe that has yet to recover over a month later. I am pregnant, so perhaps I was more susceptible to germs. Nevertheless, tools should always be sanitary, no excuses. Needless to say, I will not be returning even if free services were offered. read more

I went to this place for the first time and left pretty disappointed. They really try to up sell you and you don't quite understand what they are asking. I had a pedicure done and she explained everything they were going to do, she didn't tell me that they automatically give you the most expensive one. I'm only giving this place 1 star because Tina did a great job on my pedicure. She was super gentle and pleasant. She did an amazing job. I got a powder dipped manicure done by Cindy and am super disappointed. Not only did my nails come out lumpy and uneven for the really expensive price, but she physically drew blood from me 5 times. She was extremely rough. She handled my left hand very carelessly and jammed it at the knuckle. It feels slightly dislocated. She has this nail dremmel tool that she is not careful with and she ground down on the skin around my nails 3 times. She left me bleeding. She was very rough when filing down my nails and cut the skin under my nails with the file. She physically filed down my finger. I have never had such a terrible experience with a manicure like this. Cindy was horrible. Don't go to her. I will never return to this location even though it is conveniently located by my house. I had a bad first experience and will never return. read more

This place performed eye lashes and the outcomes was totally something my wife did not ask for. Would not recommend. This place is extremely conniving and pretend not to understand English. My wife spent 4 hours waiting for the procedure for a 40 min job. It was painful experience. I'm writing this review because I know people who really love their nails will listen ... these people suck! And the manager Vivian is the worst nail tech/lash tech ever!!! They have very limited still very limited colors and have the nerve to try to force you to get nails done their way. If you're basic you might like this but if you really care about the way your nails look this is not the place and she said no they don't care About the way your nails look!!! read more

My first experience here was before my wedding. I didn't want to spend an arm and a leg on my nails with other expenses so I found somewhere different. This place is great. PROs: -Spa Music -Got me a pillow for my kindle -Easy to understand front desk man/boy -Did not ask me if I wanted my eyebrows done -Great Spa Pedicure (yes, I upgraded, but I intended to and heard someone else say no and not get pushed and prodded) with Hot Stone Massage, OPI leg treatment, and little hibiscus flowers on my big toes! -Working Chair with TWO mini desks. (One for purse, one for remote) -Offered me drink and had visible wine cabinet -Very sweet -Pretty lights in spa water -Had obvious repor with lady that walked in after me (good customer service and regular customers) -Open on Sunday (isn't that when we think of it... on the only day they're closed) and Walk-Ins Welcome CONS: -Hard to understand (but VERY sweet nail artist) -Massage chair hit me a little high, and I didn't want to ask because I'm not sure we would have understood each other. -The name is a little silly. read more

Had a great experience at Shadow Creek Nail salon on 27Aug2021! I got a gel manicure, classic pedicure, eyebrow waxing, and volumous lash extensions. My gf got a pedicure. The prices were great, the technicians were friendly and professional, and the complimentary Moscato was the cherry on top! No bites from getting my cuticles trimmed, nails came out super pretty, and my lashes were a hit with strangers as soon as I left. Thank you all! I would definitely come back next time I'm in the area and I completely recommend others to go! read more

Unfortunately they do not have respect for people's time. I made an appointment for 5pm for a pedicure and full set with my friend. I finally got my pedicure at 7:40pm... so many new people walking in and taken care of with no appointment. Because I am a regular at this salon they might've felt comfortable with me and think I would always come back but no. 8:10pm.. she finally finishes and takes care of someone else who has been waiting 30 mins. I walked out. I am furious. 3 hours at 10 mins for just a pedicure. Never got my nails done. Horrible. take my money but don't take my time. Done!!! read more

Just got a mani-pedi done with my sister. Mine was done right, but her manicure was terrible with nail polish not done right (the nail polish is past her cuticles or it is on the side of her nail and not cleaned off). Furthermore, I had brought in a coupon from their OWN website under the "promotions" tab. They refused to accept a coupon from their own website saying they don't have have coupons anymore even though it was clearly on their own business website! I've been here before and they've accepted their OWN coupons, but they refused. Won't be back if that's how they do business. All businesses should honor their own website and advertisements (tip to the owner: false advertisement can be sued for so you might want to 1) fix your website and 2) train your employees better - unless the lady who refused to accept the coupon was the owner). read more

This is my favorite place to get a pedicure! Consistently beautiful, relaxing and exceeding my expectations no matter who does it. I hate when you have to request a specific person to get quality service and you don't have to do that here. I always opt for the Deluxe which includes the foot wrap, scrub and wax. Very clean, quiet, professional, peaceful nail spa. The first time I got my nails done here I wasn't so impressed, but on my visit yesterday they were done perfectly (solar overlay on my natural nails). Overall, a very nice nail spa that I would recommend to anyone in the Pearland area. read more
