I got a gift card for Shadow Creek Spa and Nails for Mother's day in 2023. Since then, it's been the only nail salon I will go to. They have you log in with your phone number when you first get in. This tracks your visits and you will get a $10 off discount after your 10th visit. They also periodically will text coupons for a percentage off. I love all of the ladies here, they are all so great and have always done a great job with my nails. I don't get crazy long nails, all Im getting is my natural nails dipped. At other places I have been to in the Pearland area, this dip, if I'm lucky will last up to 2.5 weeks. At Shadow Creek spa and nails, its consistency lasted for 4 to 5 weeks. I don't know if it's the brand they are using or what but I will not go anywhere else. They are also so good with my 10 and 6 year old daughters. They take their time and listen to what they want. They are both very indecisive, so the ladies being to nice with them is another reason I always come back. my daughters always pick some nail decals too, and there are so many options for them. Like other nails salons, they also offer refreshments while you're there. The inside isn't like the fanciest but it's all very nice, light and bright. Good quality nails at a great price AND most importantly to me, they do not try to constantly upsell you like other places do. I had just a classic pedicure for $30 (plus a $1 fee to pay with a credit card) and it was exactly what I wanted. They did a great job and it looked great. I wound up putting my shoes on before they were dry and messed up one of my nails and they were kind enough to fix that nail the next day for me. The staff was super nice. O M G ok so I quit paying for mani pedis and started doing them my self, because every place I went to they would mess something up! This place though omg they were amazing! Walked in got VIP treatment, no one clipped me in any way, my nails were painted perfectly, the massage chair wasn't brutal like some of them can be! I actually almost fell asleep!!!! I'm never that comfortable so I give these lovely ladies a huge recommendation. I asked for my acrylic's to be removed then shellac. Was told $5 for removal. After the lady took 30 mins just to remove my acrylics I told her just wanted that service not shellac she then charged me $15 just for removal. Once I paid was charged $16. First and last time coming here. read more

I wasn't going to write a review because everyone was so kind and I loved that they accept Apple Pay but I'm dissatisfied. This is my second time visiting, the first time was great so that's why I returned. It was quiet and I was the only one there so that was cool. I got a gel pedicure and a basic manicure. For the pedicure, I loved that the lady doing my toes soaked off my previous gel polish but idk if she was new or something because my paint job is very mediocre (don't get too close lol). The real problem was she cut me very bad while removing dead skin. I'm telling her "ow" and she's still trying to take off the cuticle. I tried telling her that instead of cutting into my skin, clip the side of the toenail and clean it up that way, I was trying to explain to her that my big toe nails grow out into my skin and cause build up but I thought "maybe she's new and doesn't know that" or she didn't understand because the language barrier so I just let it go knowing that I will not allow her to do my toes again. My medi looks good minus some of the dead skin left behind. I didnt get gel or color because my nails are healthy and I like the natural look and I felt like she was rushing because she was standing the whole time, she did a good job though. All and all, I'm big on "3 strikes" so I would go back just because of the convenience and I like the energy of the people. I came here with my wife for the first time and service is excellent. She was seen right away and they were very nice. They gave me an ice cold bottled water and made sure I was comfy. She had her nails done quickly and to the way she wanted them done. I will come here again with her and recommend this place whenever people ask. Jennifer helped us, so I would recommend her. I just left this place yesterday and I'm highly offended by this service! They promote you to sign up for birthday promotions and so on when I come in in a very slow day to show my patriotic service to them, they tell me, I can't use a birthday promotion because my birthday is in 2 days! That's bananas, who would come to get nails done on my actual birthday, especially when they took an hour and a half to do a simple pedicure and shellac on my real nails, no acrylic or fake nails at all! I'm heading out of town trying to get myself together. You can't promote one thing and do another, that's bad business and I will not ever come back to this location again! I have been going to this place for a long time and I always call ahead and make an appointment with my favorite girl Tammy. Today I called to book an appointment and they told me Tammy moved back overseas. So I went anyways and got the exact same pedicure I always get, The Classic. The lady that did my pedicure literally spent 11MINUTES on the entire pedicure, start to finish! My feet did not soak in the water before she started. I have been going here for almost 2 years and Kim the owner was my nail tech I needed a refill and pedicure and unfortunately I'm not sure of the name of the lady that did my pedicure but the pictures attached shows the result from my pedicure. The first nick I was going to let it slide but the second one I was stunned at the owners reply. The owner stepped in to begin polishing my toe nails I stated that I should not have to pay for this she stooped and said she wasn't going to polish and mistakes happen, I told her yes but Two mistakes Kim? She commenced to raising her voice and basically having an attitude as though me being a loyal customer was no longer appreciated and as though my business did not matter. I usually Tip $8-$10 on top of my service and told her I have no problem paying but where is your customer service your tech have me in here bleeding and you can only say mistakes happen! They then begin speaking in their language I asked them to speak English. Kim polished my toes then walked off. Had a mani (shellac)/pedi (regular polish) today picked out my color which appeared to be an iridescent white on the sample which is acrylic. It had more of a pink iridescent look on my real nails. Went on a Sunday because my usual spot was packed. There were two of us in the salon upon my arrival. - Acrylic nails were poorly done. I had to ask her to fix the visibly uneven coating of clear gel polish, as she rushed her way to greet the third guest that walked into the salon. - The pedicure was pretty, but I developed toenail fungus on my right big toe that has yet to recover over a month later. I am pregnant, so perhaps I was more susceptible to germs. Nevertheless, tools should always be sanitary, no excuses. I had a pedicure done and she explained everything they were going to do, she didn't tell me that they automatically give you the most expensive one. I'm only giving this place 1 star because Tina did a great job on my pedicure. She was super gentle and pleasant. She did an amazing job. I got a powder dipped manicure done by Cindy and am super disappointed. Not only did my nails come out lumpy and uneven for the really expensive price, but she physically drew blood from me 5 times. She was extremely rough. She handled my left hand very carelessly and jammed it at the knuckle. It feels slightly dislocated. She has this nail dremmel tool that she is not careful with and she ground down on the skin around my nails 3 times. She left me bleeding. She was very rough when filing down my nails and cut the skin under my nails with the file. She physically filed down my finger. I have never had such a terrible experience with a manicure like this. Cindy was horrible. Don't go to her. I will never return to this location even though it is conveniently located by my house. I had a bad first experience and will never return. read more

Just got a mani-pedi done with my sister. Mine was done right, but her manicure was terrible with nail polish not done right (the nail polish is past her cuticles or it is on the side of her nail and not cleaned off). Furthermore, I had brought in a coupon from their OWN website under the "promotions" tab. They refused to accept a coupon from their own website saying they don't have have coupons anymore even though it was clearly on their own business website! I've been here before and they've accepted their OWN coupons, but they refused. Won't be back if that's how they do business. All businesses should honor their own website and advertisements (tip to the owner: false advertisement can be sued for so you might want to 1) fix your website and 2) train your employees better - unless the lady who refused to accept the coupon was the owner). read more

This is my favorite place to get a pedicure! Consistently beautiful, relaxing and exceeding my expectations no matter who does it. I hate when you have to request a specific person to get quality service and you don't have to do that here. I always opt for the Deluxe which includes the foot wrap, scrub and wax.
