This has been my go to salon since moving to the area, but after today, I will NOT be back! I will gladly take my business elsewhere. 1. I was the only person here and it took tech over 2.5 hours to do my pedicure and dip nails. 2. I paid to upgrade my pedicure - my feet are still rough, I don't get a massage that comes with the upgrade, she chopped my toenails so low without asking what length I wanted, three of my toenails are only half way painted and I still have a lot of dead skin all over my feet. I paid extra for gel, and at least three of my toenails are only halfway painted . I did not think that I had to watch every move that she made so that my pedicure would come out correctly, or else I would've corrected her before she ruined my toenails. 3. My nails are AWFUL. There are air bubbles under all of my nails, the topcoat is messed up on every single nail, the shape is not what I was asking for, three of the tips that were applied to my nails do not even cover my entire nail. Every time I spoke up for her to fix the shape, she told me that she was not done yet. I have never had nails look this awful. I asked for square round yet I got some type of fanned out, square shaped nails, that I did not ask for, and my toes nails are round and chopped off. Neither of which I asked for either. The thing that irritates me, the most is that this is the one time that I had a sitter come over so that I could get out and pamper myself for my birthday. I have young children and cannot leave the house for hours at a time just to go get my nails done, and the fact that I sat for over 2 1/2 hours and my nails, and my feet look terrible, is truly truly disheartening. Whenever I called to speak to the manager, she kept cutting me off telling me to come back so that she could fix them. She wouldn't even let me get two words out of my mouth before she would cut me off again, just to repeat herself. Unfortunately, you cannot turn back time, money is not the issue here, it's the fact that I wasted 2 1/2 hours and the fact that I never have time to get out of the house because I am a stay at home mom to two young kids. I got a $40 pedicure and it was an amazing experience the lady took her time cleaning my feet and massaging it! Worth every $. Will definitely come here for pedicures! I am only giving it 4 stars due to while I'm enjoying my pedicure my friend and her little sister are trying to get overlay gel nails they got cut a few times while buffering and cuticle clean. Be aware the color you ask will NOT match & they have it advertised everywhere in the salon. I thought at first it was a joke but like how will it not match the color pallet you show your customers. They charge $5 for nail shape and $5 for design or $10 if you do all designs on nails. There's an extra $2 on your total bill for the rise of prices. read more

It was an okay experience. The man that did my pedicure kept trying to upsell me on different things: he was quick to point out the most expensive pedicure instead of letting me look at the menu and then he was trying to encourage me to get an additional 10 minute massage for an extra $10. He also made both of my big toes bleed by digging into the sides of them, even though I kept telling him I was in pain. Don't get me started on him spraying alcohol on my toes- it freaking BURNS. He didn't take his time with my heels or the polishing. There was only one lady in the there doing nails. She was in a rush because the others were doing pedicures. The deluxe pedi by itself would prolly cost about $45-50 at another nail salon. It comes with a scrub, hot wax, hot stone massage, and hot towel wrap. Due to inflation, they only charge customers an extra $2 rather than increasing the actual service. I know many places have gone up $5-10 on each services so by them keeping the same price is a win! My mother and I decided to try this place on a whim. We has been looking for a new salon AGAIN because our usual place was beginning to give us really poor service the last three times we went. When we walked in it was rather empty but I was only about 10:30 and they opened at 9am. We were seated immediately after being asked what services we wanted done. Which I liked very much. There's a long row of about 10 pedi chairs along one wall and opposite there are about 6 work stations for mani's and such. I didn't get the name of the woman that did my service but she was the older looking one. Significantly older than the other girls. My goodness she was AMAZING. I needed to remove my old glitter powder full set to her a new color. No one has ever been so gentle at that ever, they alway yank them off after very briefly soaking them in acetone. This woman gentry scraped the stubborn powder layer by layer and applied the new powder like a pro. It's not thick or lumpy or uneven in the slightest. HIS ATTEMPT TO INTIMIDATE/HARASS ME ON YELP IS ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING AND WILL NOT BE TOLERATED. I told her I didn't mind paying, I just needed my toe fixed. She started asking me 50 questions, including where did I get my nails done before and if I am aware that this is a different shop? For some reason, this seemed to be an issue for her. By this time, another employee walked outside, the 3 of us are standing outside the nail salon discussing my toe. She then asks me what color was on my toes (she could see that they were clearly white), but after amusing her and telling her the color, she asked me the brand of the nail polish. I told her I didn't know the brand, but as long as it was white, I didn't care. After 5 long, grueling minutes of me being interrogated about my toe nail, with an attitude, she decides to take me inside. She told me where to sit down and walked away to get a towel. At this point, I asked her if there was going to be a problem with her fixing my nail, bc the attitude was still there and was written all over her face. I then said if it couldn't be done properly, I would have to another nail salon. She told me that it's my choice. EXACTLY! IT IS MY CHOICE!!! (This conversation took place in front of other customers that were getting their nails done and a male employee who was at the front desk.) Sadly enough, it took me that long to realize that I would NOT be giving them my business/my money or anymore of my time. I'm not sure what exactly the problem was. Whether it was the fact that she didn't want to do HER JOB or that I came in 15 minutes before closing for a simple polish change FOR ONE TOE... Either way, it is not my job to figure out. I came across this establishment 2 months ago. I was initially happy with the service, I would always see Van for my dip powder. On the 4th visit I specifically asked for a certain color and received something completely different. I immediately brought it to her attention, she claimed that it was the brand of dip powder that I chose, and that sometimes manufactures of that brand send a certain sample but the actual powder comes out a different color. She then agreed to fix it free of charge but that I would have to return in 1 week at 11am which was a Monday. I arrived at 10:55, they explained Van was out sick but that one of them could help me. I explained the issue and also explained that Van stated she would fix it free of charge. As soon as I mentioned that, they stated that I would have to wait until Wednesday so I could speak with Van about this issue. I became frustrated and explained that I would have to wait another week because I work Wednesday's and wouldn't be off again until the weekend. I also explained that its ridiculous I paid and tipped generously every time I visited, yet I'm forced to walk around with nails that I'm completely unsatisfied with. I also explained that I would call my bank and dispute this charge because I was given something I did not ask for. I also became frustrated because there were 3 employees in the establishment and only 1 client at the time which was me, but no one was willing to accomidate the issue... They finally got Van on the phone and the resolution they presented was for me to wait on another lady that would do it, but she was finishing a massage at the time and would help me when she was done. At this point I was irrate and wanted nothing to do with this establishment. I refused service and left. I did not feel comfortable receiving service somewhere that made my time invaluable and on top of that YELLED at me when I mentioned calling my bank. I'm so relaxed when it comes to my nails and I usually dont complain when I'm not 100% happy with them because I figure ill change them again in 2-3 weeks but this was completely unacceptable. This is my go to salon for simplicity and peaceful comfort sake. I get long fake nails and I feel like this salon keeps it healthier and better than others for equal or less money. Ben is my go to man for removal of these nails because he is SO gentle and it makes the entire experience so pain free. I had an emergency today where I had ripped my real nail with the long acrylic backwards and up from the nail bed, it had bled so much and pus dried everywhere I couldn't clean. I had just had these nails put on and I was in PAIN, but ben took his time and saved the day for $10 (plus a big tip bc I SUPER APPRECIATE the way he took care of me). He has saved my nails on more than one occasion. I love that these nails, without removal services, last much longer than other places and come off pain free and my nails underneath are still healthy. They seem to be getting busier, I guess everyone found out the secret which sucks for me but they deserve it! My only negative is just that the pedicures dont impress me. I have paid for the basic and more expensive ones and the quality of my feet seems the same afterward and I still have to remove dead skin sometimes myself at home. read more

I decided to give this place a try because it was the only nail salon near my house that was open till 6pm on Sundays and the reviews weren't too bad. I was wrong. First off, I picked this salon because of their pictures of the pretty designs, so I went in asking for a simple line design. The nail techs went back and forth talking with each other debating on if the design was do-able. I told them if it was a hassle then forget it, but they insisted telling me "they can do it". Secondly, the nail tech doing my refill was so rough with my nails when buffing and filing down. Half the time, she wasn't even looking at my nails while buffing and hurt my skin. When I first say down, she complained at how "long" my nails were. It was making me very uncomfortable. Third, They made another nail tech come and do my "design" (which was just a simple gold line on the tip of the nails using nail tape). She kept persuading me to let her "free hand" the design with glitter polish instead of using the tape they had. At that point I was pretty over it, so I let her. When I left the salon and got back in my car to fully inspect my nails, I realized how sloppy the nails were painted and how uneven the line designs were. Also, I notice already some bubbles forming in the polish!!!! *LONG STORY SHORT: Getting your nails done is supposed to be an enjoyable experience, but for me I was just stressed the whole time. So I tried them out today and will NOT be going back...the service is subpar... I don't like the fact that they do both your nails and pedi at the same time that's very unacceptable to me! I go to the nail shop to relax not to be pulled in multiple directions. The guy that did my nails was HORRIBLE!!!!! I've never not washed my hands between getting my nails filed and painted. There was all types of dust embedded in the polish. My fill and polish looked like I let my granddaughter play with my nails. And why must I have a pillow on my lap so they can place the shellac dryer DID I MENTION I GO TO THE NAIL SHOP TO RELAX....I had to have the manager had to completely redo my nails and they still aren't up to my standards. The pedicure is decent. The eyebrow waxing was horrible as well. The wax was extremely hot. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE GO THERE!!!!!!!!
