I decided to give Devine Nails a try due to it being close to my home. I had to wait a short time, but nothing drastic. I was offered a beverage, upon me sitting for my pedicure. Of course I choose wine and whine down. My technician was great. I had the deluxe pedicure which was $37. It came with hot stone and hot towels. The pedicure also came with a massage. The massage was performed in a massage chair. The massage was the best part of my pedicure lol. The only negative, My technician put the wrong color on my toes. I didn't trip bc the service overall was outstanding. I was giving a coupon for $6 off my next shellac nail color for my next visit. The staff was very nice,friendly and tentative. Went in on Saturday 6/30/24 to get a pedicure and refill. The young lady who did my pedicure put the wrong color on my toes and might not have added the clear coat after because the next day my polish had chipped off on one of my toes. I've had a hard time trying to get them to fix the polish. I went in to try to get the color corrected and they wanted to only fix my chipped toe polish. Tracy said I should have stopped the nail tech when I saw the color was wrong. The problem with that is that I didn't notice until I was home. Do not recommend this place at all. read more

I decided to treat myself to pedicure, worst mistake ever. I called first to see if they were busy. No one was there, tech started my pedicure, had to tell her to cut/clean cuticle skin on big toes ok no biggie. Relaxing quiet. As soon as another customer walks in she began rushing. The paint job was messy and She had to clean polish on most of my toes. Wait 10 min to dry just sit there no fan. I pay at counter show my Yelp check in for 10% off owner acts like she doesn't know what I'm talking bout but proceeds to type in discount. I step outdoor all I see is residual polish on my big toes and a few others. Ugh I'm so pissed this ruined my afternoon! Who wants ugly paint polish on there toes! This is unacceptable if she can't polish toes why is she a nail tech. Reason why they keep lights sim so you can't see imperfections. Waste of time and money. read more

Don't go to the salon unless you have 2+ hours for a full set. This was not my first time there and every time I'm there I end up spending hours for any service. The most recent time the owner (or manager) did my nails and the whole time was yelling and griping at the employees. She got in an argument with a customer in front of me and made excuses for not having enough people to take care of guests. I wanted to like this place because the pedicure includes neck massage but I have left Divine stressed out due to atmosphere and the time it takes for services. I won't be back. read more

I love this place. Only salon I will go to for mani/pedi in the area. Everyone is nice and great at what they do.

The service here was horrible took over 3hours the get out of the salon I arrived @6:10 didn't leave till almost 9:30. Then eventually when she came back to do my nails she was rushing and they came out so horrible on top of that i was charged 77$ for these terrible nails. I was skeptical about visiting nail salon after reopening but once I read the rules wasfor reopening I decided to go for it. Divine has calm and inviting atmosphere. Place is new and clean. Now here's why the rating is low: Observed only 1 technician wearing masks Clients were not required to wear masks No technicians wearing gloves. After technician finished client, chair nor tool were sanitzed. Did not witness hand sanitizer being used, nor hand hygiene. I was there waiting 45 minutes in pedicure chair and others were allowed to wait inside too. I decided to leave for my own safety after business manager said another 20 minutes before being serviced. If the rules for opening is this relaxed, we are in for a huge surge of new cases. Wow!!! I have finally found my permanent Nail Salon! I moved to Manvel, Texas in October 2021 and have been to at least twelve different nail salons , which seem to be on every corner out here. This place is clean and extremely quiet too! It has soothing music playing and I was one of about 6 other women getting a pedicure and most of them were fast asleep due to the serene environment. This is the cheapest place by far AND if you can afford the $47.00 Deluxe Pedicure you also get an upper back, neck and shoulder massage!! After your beautiful pedicure is finished they ask you to get yourself comfortable in there back massage chairs , similar to those you see inside malls for a quick massage. Women out there, listen if you want your money's worth at a Salon ...PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR make an appointment at Devine Nails or just walk in. They even gave me $5.00 off my already low priced experience for leaving a good review. I would have done it for FREE, no need to give me a discount!! While in there the nail tech went off, yelling at one of her employees and at some random lady that walked in. Their customer service is very poor, especially for a place that just opened up. Do not go here if you want professional dip nails! I came in and the salon was empty. A nice young man quickly started the service. Since I already had a previous dip manicure, the old set had to be taken off first. He drilled my nails for 15 minutes, which for me is unusual (red flag already). I'm used to soaking majority of the polish off with acetone, and only using the drill briefly. After feeling pain with the excessive drilling, I asked him to just soaked them off. He declined and said that the drill makes it faster and continued to drill. Side note, the color that I picked from the nail samples provided look absolutely nothing like the nail color that he used. But, I decided to let that slide. After he finished my nails, before putting on the top coat, he pulled out the UV light for the last step. Yes, I'm aware that some techs cure dip powder nail with a gel polish, but the reason I choose dip is to avoid UV lights in the first place. I told him that I do not want a gel top coat and to just use the regular dip top coat (which I've had done several times at other salons without even asking). He then told me that a gel top coat was needed to make the nails last longer, which I knew wasn't true because I always get my dip nails without a gel top coat...just the regular dip top coat and never have an issue. I told him again, no. He then spent 10 minutes looking around the entire salon for a top coat for my nails, he even had to call the manager on his phone to find a top coat. I'm sorry, but what type of nail salon doesn't have the appropriate top coat for dip powder nails, if that's a service that you offer? After 10 minutes of searching the entire place, he comes back with a bottle of top coat. My gut told me that this was just regular polish top coat and not the correct one for dip powder, but I regrettably let him continue. After the service, my nails felt extremely thin and bumpy, nothing like I'm used to. I paid for my service and left. To my surprise, not even 2 hours later, I noticed a chip in one nail followed shortly by the nail beginning to break and another nail with shattered polish! I'm writing this review the same day I got my nails done and they are already ruined! This was a complete waste of time and money! I will never come back here again, and I suggest you don't either. Find another place that actually knows what they are doing. read more

Majority of stuff was lovely! I believe it was the owner who was very ugly and unprofessional, I recommend going on a day where she isn't there if possible. Also, if you see a fat lady with purple hair don't go in either she doesn't quite know how to mind her business and talks loudly about things people don't want to hear... I don't even want people to know about this place. I've waited three weeks to write my review out of pure selfishness. I live in Houston but I drive down to Pearland for this place. Divine nails is my new favorite place. They are perfectionists. Tracy (also goes by Trang) is the owner and she is so sweet and caring. She did my dip nails and at the end she said she said they weren't perfect (even though I could see NOTHING wrong) and offered me a discount because she wanted them to be perfect. My pedicure was great and lasted 3 whole weeks. They just opened and so the wait time is long (my only complaint) which is understanding considering they are new. I hope they get more nail techs and figure out a good system. The nail salon is very clean. They only use disposable tools and everything is spotless. They are running a 20% off special for every service. Additional 5% off for cash. That means that the dip, which is normally $36, is $27 when I paid in cash. THIS IS UNHEARD OF PEOPLE. Loved my experience at DNS. The owner Trang is so professional and attentive. What I love the most is that she is a stickler for cleanliness!! All of the equipment was clean, she used disposable files and pumice sets. She is super knowledgeable and trains her staff to do things to high cleanliness standards. (My daughter and I have each had our share of getting nailbed infections that classic of nail shops that cost me thousands to correct...so I'm a little paranoid). So glad to have a clean place nearby home so that I don't always have to drive all the way to West Ave to get my nails done.
