I called him out, but he tried to act oblivious so Vee apologized on his behalf. Reluctantly, I allowed her to convince me to keep coming. Today, I waited an hour for an appointment made yesterday. About 30 minutes into my session the tech informed me of a "new fee" for buffing. I asked for Vee and explained that I shouldn't be assessed this "buff fee" since I wasn't informed when she scheduled my appointment for the exact same service I've always gotten; in addition to the extended hour-long wait. She indicated she would speak to Ken, but when I approached the register he wasn't willing to wave the additional fee. When I reiterated the fact that I waited over an hour for my appointment he suggested that I was exaggerating until another customer spoke up on my behalf. Afterwards, he only offered to wave half of the extra "buff fee." While ringing up the other customer they tried charging her an extra fee for using her credit card; something they've done from the beginning, which is why I pay cash. She stood her ground and stressed that it's illegal to add a fee simply to offset the charges they're assessed by the credit card companies. Ken's blatant arrogance is easily remedied since I'll no longer frequent this establishment... But brazenly charging customers more for using credit/debit cards by calling the *cash price* a "discount" is criminal behavior that should be investigated.

I used to visit the salon a long time ago and never had any problems, I do not know what happened…read more I went in here to have a full set done with a pedicure. From the beginning the woman, I believe her name is Becky, but I can't be sure, did the worst job. I had to remind her to put a topcoat on my pedicure. This should've been the moment I said she wasn't doing my nails, but that was my mistake. I asked for almond shaped nails, I literally showed her the picture with the color. I asked for DND and they said they didn't have it, but they did. So weird. Anyway, she starts to do my nails and she makes them stiletto. I did not show her a picture of sharp pointed nails, I've showed her a picture of rounded nails. Then she put them on all wonky. I spent way too long telling her she was doing it wrong. So, she starts to take off the stilettos to put on new almond shaped and she type the nails that were wrong down to where my fingernail was and left the base of the nail on my nail. So basically she was putting another nail tip on top of the nail tip attached to my finger. I can't even explain it it was so dumb. She literally either doesn't know how to do her job or doesn't want to do her job, but either way she didn't do her job. In conclusion, my nails immediately started lifting, these were brand new nails on top of nails that hadn't been done in a year. There's no reason for lifting ever. Do not go here, you will regret every penny that you spend.
