You WILL wait for 45-60 minutes past your appointment time. Ironically, you will get reminder texts every day the week before the appointment threatening a $25 fee if you miss the appointment. (You get nothing when they waste your time, though.) They will not care, and you will NOT get a response to your phone inquiries at all. It's a shame. They used to be good.

I needed to find a new dermatologist for my acne because the one I had wasn't doing the trick, so I found Dr. White. She only sees patients in the first half of the day (must be nice to only work half-days...), so space to see her is limited. I got there about 10 minutes early, filled out the new patient paperwork, and then was called back within 5 minutes of sitting there. Dr. White really took the time with me to talk about the problem, the history of what I've tried in the past, and ways that she can work with me. I was in and out in 30 minutes. I always go prepared with a book to read at any doctor's office, and that book in my bag was completely unnecessary for the trip to Dr. White's. Great experience and great doctor.

If you were one of the first to buy a package you were locked into that price from there on so I did. There were only so many available. I had them done and was pleased with the results. When I tried to book again several months later, the girl said she didn't know about it and would get back with me. I never heard back so then we were at a year so I called again. I was told they would need to find my file but they had moved so they would look. I called 2-3 times again over that next year but was put off and no one would book me. I never received a call from Dena either to verify the info. I wish I had saved the email from then. Unfortunately I think it was to draw business but since it grew she conveniently forgot about all the promises made.

She offered some samples of the products they sell to apply which did nothing but irritate it more. Now I have to visit a dermatologist and plastic surgeons office to try and fix what she did. You have to call multiple times in a row (10+) for anyone to answer the phone, and then you're immediately put on hold to wait for minutes on end. They don't notify you of your appointment time/date. It took months for a prior auth to be submitted for my husband's biologic. I don't know what is going on at this office, but it's being so poorly managed. We will unfortunately be looking elsewhere for our Dermatologic care.
