In the past when I would get a lash lift, my eye shape was not taken into consideration, in my opinion. I was left with a curl that didn't give the look that it was lengthened or lifted. Just overly curled like a CC curl or a L curl. I thought maybe my lashes weren't a good candidate for this service. Then, I went to see Emily P. and she did such a meticulous, gorgeous job. When I questioned the fairness of the fee, considering her cancellations, she sent me an unprofessional text saying she would no longer service me. It's clear she doesn't value her clients and is only interested in their money. While Hailey may be talented, her handling of bookings, cancellations and client relations is disappointing.
