Just a great spirit that I loved from the get go. She washed my hair and after I sat down, I showed her a picture of Selena Gomez with bangs. I loved her hair style and have always wanted bangs but never got them because I was afraid of a bad haircut. Raquel suggested since it was my first time with bangs, I keep them long in case I end up not liking them. I agreed. You can tell Raquel loves and knows what she's doing! She basically gave me a walk through about everything she was doing to my hair and I felt very at ease with her. I know I wore her out with all the hair I have but in the end, she did a perfect job. She recommend me come in every three months to get a touch up and I definitely plan on it since I loved her and she didn't charge me an arm and a leg. Although I know her arms wanted to fall off from all the blow drying she did on me. I had to cut 5 inches off of my hair after and it still didn't help because my hair was fried to the roots. i was in her salon for a total of 6 hours. she charged me 400$ and was pushy about me leaving a review RIGHT THEN And there and now I know why. I do not recommend this salon and I would STRONGLY advise to go elsewhere if you cherish your locks.

If you were one of the first to buy a package you were locked into that price from there on so I did. There were only so many available. I had them done and was pleased with the results. When I tried to book again several months later, the girl said she didn't know about it and would get back with me. I never heard back so then we were at a year so I called again. I was told they would need to find my file but they had moved so they would look. I called 2-3 times again over that next year but was put off and no one would book me. I never received a call from Dena either to verify the info. I wish I had saved the email from then. Unfortunately I think it was to draw business but since it grew she conveniently forgot about all the promises made.

She offered some samples of the products they sell to apply which did nothing but irritate it more. Now I have to visit a dermatologist and plastic surgeons office to try and fix what she did. I asked her for a simple apology and a full refund which were ignored. Pictures will be posted soon. I plan on filing a formal complaint with the licensing board and BBB. I hope she doesn't scar any more faces
