the room is very friendly, comfortable, clean, highly recommend going. The wax that she uses feels like silk and smooth. it does not burn and not hot at all, very painless. i have been going to Ashley off and on and i will say that i am very proud that she has her own business and doing great. I have pale skin and when i get my eyebrows wax, there is always redness, with the wax she uses i have no redness. there is no discomfort after showering and no redness. I use to go to EWC and found that the difference is that she does not rush and makes sure that she has plenty of time to complete the waxing. she does not push products on you. when i would go to EWC that the wax is hot to the skin and feels like it is burning sometimes, the tech is trying to get everything done in a 15min span and their pagers are going off before they finish, fells like an assembly line. if you are looking for a person that is professional and knowledge to the business, make an appointment to see Ashley, you will not regret the change. read more

Ashley has been waxing me forever! When she left EWC to seek a new journey, I couldn't find another esthetician as perfect as her, and it was terrible. Unfortunately, I couldn't follow her at the time but the second she returned to EWC, I was immediately on her books for an appointment. I was so happy she was back because no other esthetician has been so skilled and detailed with her clients. She once again left EWC to follow her dream but this time, I followed her! Ashley is one of a kind waxer and you will never have regrets! She is knowledgeable, skilled, detailed and passionate about skin care! You walk in to her cozy place, and walk out feeling clean and sexy! Ashley makes her clients feel special and VIP! She knows exactly what products to use on you especially if you have sensitive skin like me. Thank you, Ashley! You're amazing! God bless you always girly! read more

Literally the nicest , coolest and most professional waxed I've met. She did suck a good job to say that it was the first wax I had in a long time and my hair was short ! It was not as painful as the waxes I've gotten in the past and she even talked to me the whole time a bout what she was doing to me and why . Not only that but she gave great tips on how to get my skin moisturized and didn't try to force me to get an over priced ingrown hair serum like other wax bars I've went to .All in all she is amazing and I would recommend her to ensure the best results! Will be going back every time I need a wax . read more

I had my first wax with Ashley yesterday. My first impression of her is that she is very knowledgeable about skin and waxing. You can tell that Ashley really cares and loves what she does, from the decor down to the vegan wax and natural products she uses. She educated me about my skin. I learned a lot from her during my first visit, things I never knew or heard before. Ashley is very down to earth and makes you feel very comfortable during your appointment. I have been waxing for almost 8 years and I can honestly say that I've never had a Brazilian wax that was almost painless. I will be returning! read more

I have gotten a Brazilian wax from Ashley twice now and have had the best experiences both times. The first time I went to her I hadn't been waxed in a while, so my hair was thick and it was slightly painful due to the thickness. She was so gentle and gave me many tips and even oil samples to help soothe my skin afterwards. Fast forward a month to my second visit and my hair was very noticeably thinner (some spots still hadn't even grown back), so the wax itself was basically painless. I am so glad she was recommended to me and will definitely continue seeing her for any of my waxing needs. read more

Ashley is VERY professional. Her space is clean and bright and classy, just like going to a mini spa. I love the wax she uses. Doesn't pull and hurt like the wax some other places use. I had been finishing a package at another local corporate establishment and hadn't seen Ashley in quite a while. It was like seeing an old friend. She remembers names and conversations from who knows when. It's hard to come by that kind of personal attention anywhere these days. I highly recommend her services. It's good to be back! read more

Ashley is by far the most phenomenal waxer I've experienced in my 10 years of getting waxed. She is extremely knowledgeable about all her products and skin care, and continues to educate herself. She always takes her time to make sure that her work is perfected and does not believe in letting you walk out the door unhappy with any service. Additionally, Ashley is super hygienic and keeps a clean and serene environment. It is obvious she truly enjoys what she does and that alone makes me happy to be her client! read more

I have been waxing with Ashley for YEARS. I think six months after I moved to Houston four years ago I found her and it's been amazing. She is fast and gets everything you want gone. For me to have a great experience I need conversation and she is one of my favorite people to talk to, remembers what we talked about previously (despite her numerous clients) and keeps me calm the whole time. I get the Brazilian from her and it's quick and easy. 10/10 recommend and if I could recommend higher I totally would. read more

Ashley has waxed me since she was with EWC. She's always been an awesome waxer, and with the new wax she has..it's upped the ante! It's taken her services to a whole new level. Not only is it vegan and hypoallergenic, it feels buttery/velvety as she applies it on the skin and removes more hair in one pull than it did at that other place. My skin wasn't nearly as red and angry afterwards either. On top of all of that her space is beautiful, and welcoming! I highly recommend her and will be back! read more

Ashley was recommended by a coworker. I usually go to a waxing chain store but they had closed pretty much as soon as COVID came. Fortunately, Ashley wasn't closed yet. I took advantage and scheduled a session. Although I was not new to waxing she still explained what wax she used, her waxing training, and step by step everything she was going to be doing. Her magical waxing space is serene and calming. Loves my experience. Absolutely will be going back. read more

I've been getting Brazilian waxes for over a year now and gone to a couple of different chains. This was by far the best waxing experience I've ever had. Ashley made me feel completely comfortable. She is extremely professional and a perfectionist. I honestly only went here because it's the place that could get me in the soonest since things have started reopening, but I'm a client for life now! I won't be going anywhere else!!! read more

This is THE best waxing experience I've ever had in my 30 years of life! Ashley (the owner) definitely makes this sometimes nerve racking experience as easy and smooth as possible! She pays attention to your skins needs as well! Every persons skin and hair is different and she most definitely understands the science and nature of that. I was extremely pleased with my service and will most definitely be back! read more

What can I say Ashley was amazing. I was a little hesitant and scared to be honest to get waxed but Ashley made the experience very good for me. She knows her stuff. She took time to explain information about how to care for my skin after the wax. She took her time to talk to me to make me feel comfortable and went above and beyond with my Waxing. I definitely recommend her to anybody looking to get waxed. read more

Ashley does an amazing job at minimizing the pain from waxing! She has great techniques! I've even been to European Wax, and I can say Ashley has been the best! (The wax she uses is actually less painful for me than European Wax) She knows what she's doing and is very careful, she communicates with you through the whole process to make sure you're comfortable. She's really sweet, professional, and honest! read more
