I love been coming to this location for a few years now. Every time I find someone I like they seem to leave a few months later. But that doesn't take away from the quality of the services i away receive here. I've been to several different staff for eyebrow threading and lip threading. They always do a good job and I always leave satisfied. I will say that they have gotten a little more lax with their COVID protocols than before (as I've noticed many businesses have). Before they were taking the client's temperatures and having clients sign waivers stating they are aware of the risks of COVID. When I went today there were no waivers or temps being checked. However everyone is wearing a mask and clients are still required to wear masks upon entry and while in the business. Its more expensive here in Pearland for the services. I pay $12 for my eyebrows and upper lip. My old place on the southwest side charges $8 for both, but I'm too lazy to drive so I pay the extra . read more

Aisha's does a decent job at eyebrow threading. However, they don't really thread, they just clean up around your eyebrows. Secondly, they are not sanitary. The ladies who do the eyebrows will just use a little bit of hand sanitizer in between clients. They do not wash their hands and then they go all up on your face which spreads germs and bacteria. Some people have acne prone sensitive skin. They also use the SAME duster brush on clients without cleaning it in between uses. I like your services, but if you don't start threading the brows instead of rushing and just cleaning up around it and if you don't start WASHING YOUR HANDS in between clients, then I won't be coming back here. I went in for hot oil treatment, they used oil and it was not hot put the dryer no where my head, not even warm, did not wash out my hair, and sent me on my way dripping oil not offering a towel or napkin even to wipe off, got all over my clothes. Could have poured oil over my head or bought store bought for better service. I was speechless, I was so disappointed at the Pearland location. I've been waxing my legs for ages so I know a bad technique when I see one. Last week I went to this location were a technician called Naz took 1 hour to wax my legs and arms. She burnt me several times and ripped my skin- I asked her to stop and complained to the manager who said it wouldn't happen again. Of course it won't as I'll never go back. I had my first appointment at Aisha's today, and they did not disappoint! I had a hair appointment with Bina and she did an amazing job. She gave me great and honest advice on what would work best for my hair, for both style and colour, and I am so happy with the results. I was especially impressed with how clean they keep their salon especially in light of the pandemic (masks and social distancing are definitely in practice here) and how safe I felt despite the risks I know there are, being out and about. I used to love going here until Shirley left, and the last time I got my brows done by some random lady they made it so thin. So I grew it for three months. And then I come back to get them cleaned up so they can be thick like how I like. The lady I had today messed them up so bad, she made them so thin, and I told her I wanted them thick! May be this center has one or two good professionals and the rest has to be trained really well before providing service the customer. Throughout my waxing and threading exp, I kept telling her it's hurting, she said it's going to be alright and she brought some lotion from inside and said it's going to be ok in few mins. She also cut my skin in 2 places on m eyebrows. When I got home, I was really disappointed. This past 2 days as the skin starts to dry from this burn, it hurts more and more that i could not talk or eat and have been avoiding work. Very friendly, clean place. I always used to go to Saba who would always remember your name and do a great fast job. I could be in and out of there in 10 mins. I didn't trust anyone else with my eyebrows. Once day I walked in and request her and the receptionist says "Saba is not with us anymore, our manager fired her." I was shocked that she would tell a customer that but she was able to direct me to another person. I was unsure about trying someone new but Fatima listened to how I wanted them done and even though it took a little longer than usual, they came out great. I only go to this Aisha's because it the one that's nearest to my house. But with that convenience in mind, this Aisha's isn't very convenient to go to at all. The front desk receptionist who is always the first one you see is never friendly and always has a sour look on her face. She talks crap about customers who don't speak Urdu to other co-workers which does not reflect professionalism. They've forgotten me as a customer and taken people who come to the salon after me first (and they don't have an appointment) so I find that rude and very inconsiderate of my time. I have super thick eyebrows naturally so I am very picky about who I go to to get them shaped nicely. I used to get them done by a lady named Saba but unfortunately she no longer works there. Aisha's is a good, reasonably priced spot for eyebrow threading in the Pearland area. I usually go to a place in Sugar Land, but my schedule doesn't always allow me to drive out there. I have found that Leila is my favorite at this location. I don't always catch her when I walk in. It is a good idea to make an appointment if you know you're going to go. Sonya is my personal favorite. She has reshaped my eyebrows, as well as my girlfriend's, into the perfect shape. She's very friendly, patient and listens to what you want.
