Aisha's does a decent job at eyebrow threading. However, they don't really thread, they just clean up around your eyebrows. Secondly, they are not sanitary. The ladies who do the eyebrows will just use a little bit of hand sanitizer in between clients. They do not wash their hands and then they go all up on your face which spreads germs and bacteria. Some people have acne prone sensitive skin. They also use the SAME duster brush on clients without cleaning it in between uses. I like your services, but if you don't start threading the brows instead of rushing and just cleaning up around it and if you don't start WASHING YOUR HANDS in between clients, then I won't be coming back here. Just because you have a long wait line doesn't mean you have to rush. read more

I love been coming to this location for a few years now. Every time I find someone I like they seem to leave a few months later. But that doesn't take away from the quality of the services i away receive here. I've been to several different staff for eyebrow threading and lip threading. They always do a good job and I always leave satisfied. I will say that they have gotten a little more lax with their COVID protocols than before (as I've noticed many businesses have). Before they were taking the client's temperatures and having clients sign waivers stating they are aware of the risks of COVID. When I went today there were no waivers or temps being checked. However everyone is wearing a mask and clients are still required to wear masks upon entry and while in the business. Its more expensive here in Pearland for the services. I pay $12 for my eyebrows and upper lip. My old place on the southwest side charges $8 for both, but I'm too lazy to drive so I pay the extra . read more

Throughout my waxing and threading exp, I kept telling her it's hurting, she said it's going to be alright and she brought some lotion from inside and said it's going to be ok in few mins. Very friendly, clean place. I always used to go to Saba who would always remember your name and do a great fast job. I could be in and out of there in 10 mins. I didn't trust anyone else with my eyebrows. Once day I walked in and request her and the receptionist says "Saba is not with us anymore, our manager fired her." I was shocked that she would tell a customer that but she was able to direct me to another person. The front desk receptionist who is always the first one you see is never friendly and always has a sour look on her face. She talks crap about customers who don't speak Urdu to other co-workers which does not reflect professionalism. They've forgotten me as a customer and taken people who come to the salon after me first (and they don't have an appointment) so I find that rude and very inconsiderate of my time.
