She's a great distractor as much as someone can be when your having your pubes pulled out. I actually ended up getting so nervous I started shaking halfway through but she handled it great. She kept asking if I was okay and that made me feel safe. Seriously I'm so happy with my service! I was so nervous and it makes me so happy to know my first Brazilian didn't have to be a nightmare! Also Ndidi offers GENUINE SUGARING!! Not the misleading waxing with sugar paste. Her new office is nice and in a good location. When we arrived, we were provided a space to securely leave our clothes and belongings, given comfy robes (which were more than large enough to accommodate us), and taken to our therapy room. The full body scrub and mud mask we received left us feeling cleaner than ever before. The therapists very excitedly showed us how much dead skin was coming off our bodies. While my wife's therapist was a trainee who wasn't as vigorous with her scrubbing as mine was, both were still very thorough and attentive to every inch of our skin. When they say your skin will glow after, they don't lie! Our skin looked and felt great after about a 90 minute session. The delicious baklava and tea after the session was a nice way to enjoy a moment more of calm together before we left. This facility is entirely service based, meaning there are no lounge spaces like hot tubs, pools, steam rooms, etc. All the same, this was a great experience to have before our special day.

I had to reschedule about a week out and it was a super easy process to text and change the time. I appreciated the reminders in the mean time up until my appointment. I have been to Phenix Salon Suites for other services so I knew exactly where to go and park. I arrived about 10 minutes before my appt and checked in on the app, there is a small bench in the hall right next to the entrance of the suite. My esthetician, Ella arrived shortly and was ready for me a few minutes before my appointment. The suite itself is a lot smaller than I thought, there is only room for one client at a time. Ella was very friendly and took the time to assess my needs. It has been YEARS since I've waxed (I said would never again in life and here we are) and I wasn't pleased with it enough to keep it up. Ella definitely worked to make me a believer in getting waxed regularly. She took her time and coached me through and gave updates to let me know her progress.
