In the past year, they moved to their own separate office building now, which is nice because it's easier to find their office and there is plenty of parking in the area. It's not even that much further down from their previous office building that they were in. Drew makes me feel so comfortable every time I come in. First of all, getting waxing done in general already feels uncomfortable and usually hurts quite a bit (if you have a low pain tolerance like me), but I feel like the time goes by so fast every time I come here. My appointments normally are about 15-20 minutes long, which doesn't feel like it at all. Drew is so easy to talk to, and I love catching up with her every time I come in. The technique that she uses also doesn't really hurt as bad compared to other waxing places I've been to before. I was told they would need to find my file but they had moved so they would look. I called 2-3 times again over that next year but was put off and no one would book me. Before making the chop, Kara showed me about where my hair would look the fullest and she cut off about 6 inches and I was on my way in under an hour. TL;DR Overall, I'd come back. This place is charming, has its own parking lot, and I like that it's a group of small businesses/individuals vs a chain salon.
