In the past year, they moved to their own separate office building now, which is nice because it's easier to find their office and there is plenty of parking in the area. It's not even that much further down from their previous office building that they were in. Drew makes me feel so comfortable every time I come in. First of all, getting waxing done in general already feels uncomfortable and usually hurts quite a bit (if you have a low pain tolerance like me), but I feel like the time goes by so fast every time I come here. My appointments normally are about 15-20 minutes long, which doesn't feel like it at all. Drew is so easy to talk to, and I love catching up with her every time I come in. The technique that she uses also doesn't really hurt as bad compared to other waxing places I've been to before. I can't imagine going anywhere else for waxing now, and I HIGHLY recommend coming here! It's a great price and appointments are so easy to book online too.

If you were one of the first to buy a package you were locked into that price from there on so I did. There were only so many available. I had them done and was pleased with the results. When I tried to book again several months later, the girl said she didn't know about it and would get back with me. I never heard back so then we were at a year so I called again. I was told they would need to find my file but they had moved so they would look. I called 2-3 times again over that next year but was put off and no one would book me. I never received a call from Dena either to verify the info. I wish I had saved the email from then. Unfortunately I think it was to draw business but since it grew she conveniently forgot about all the promises made.

I came in pretty much expecting to get a blunt cut and my only ask was to keep as much length as I could- I'm not one to be emotionally attached to my hair, but I like to have enough to curl. Before making the chop, Kara showed me about where my hair would look the fullest and she cut off about 6 inches and I was on my way in under an hour. TL;DR Overall, I'd come back. This place is charming, has its own parking lot, and I like that it's a group of small businesses/individuals vs a chain salon.
