It was a little hard to find but her daughter guided me there on the phone while I was lost. Initially it was a little off putting as I thought they might not be as sanitary because the wax was dark colored. I later found out she doesn't use wax but sugar. This process reduces irritation to the skin & is less painful. In my 35 years of life, I have only been waxed once when I was 19 for a pool party. I vowed never to do it again because of all the pain & skin irritation I experienced afterwards. There was minimal pain & absolutely no skin issues after this procedures. I was in & out in less than 20mins. Highly recommend, especially for avid waxers. ENTER FREELY, they've been Approved:)

Also, she has many years of experience and is very good at what she does. I don't know about you, bur I prefer the tv on in the room as opposed to a silent "relaxing" atmosphere where I can psych myself out with all my "ouch this is gonna hurt" thoughts. I expected a Brazilian to be the most painful thing ever but surprisingly it wasn't. She also gets the most painful areas done first so it gradually gets better...and goes super quickly. My advice? Prepare for the worst, but don't be surprised by the best. Also, don't forget to breathe (seriously! If you tense up you will bruise and trust me it's so not cute.)

She's really nice and laid back so I didn't feel awkward at all and I can be sometimes about things like this. Her set up was small but nice and clean. She was so patient but quick too. It was my first Brazilian and I was so nervous. I turned on a raunchy comedy and we laughed and talked while she sugared. She's a great distractor as much as someone can be when your having your pubes pulled out. I actually ended up getting so nervous I started shaking halfway through but she handled it great. She kept asking if I was okay and that made me feel safe. Seriously I'm so happy with my service! I was so nervous and it makes me so happy to know my first Brazilian didn't have to be a nightmare! Also Ndidi offers GENUINE SUGARING!! Not the misleading waxing with sugar paste. She sugars with a ball she mixes herself, and her technique is quick and effective:) Year Update: still going to ndidi religiously, always worth the money she's wonderful and I've never had a bad experience with her. Her new office is nice and in a good location. She still makes her sugar paste herself and as of late she's been heating it more so it's not so cool to the skin, which was a complaint she noticed from her customers and made an adjustment to. She offers little samples sometimes for your bikini line, and she always gets out my stubborn ingrowns. I'm grateful to have found her, she provides such a personal service and she's so professional about it.

From booking to communications after, the whole process was so easy. When we arrived, we were provided a space to securely leave our clothes and belongings, given comfy robes (which were more than large enough to accommodate us), and taken to our therapy room. The full body scrub and mud mask we received left us feeling cleaner than ever before. The therapists very excitedly showed us how much dead skin was coming off our bodies. While my wife's therapist was a trainee who wasn't as vigorous with her scrubbing as mine was, both were still very thorough and attentive to every inch of our skin. When they say your skin will glow after, they don't lie! Our skin looked and felt great after about a 90 minute session. The delicious baklava and tea after the session was a nice way to enjoy a moment more of calm together before we left. This facility is entirely service based, meaning there are no lounge spaces like hot tubs, pools, steam rooms, etc. All the same, this was a great experience to have before our special day.
