I first went in for my assessment using their Visia TruSkin analysis - I've never had something like this done before and it was really interesting to see the UV damage and pore analysis. This is my first time exploring aesthetic type treatments and I was a bit hesitant but felt comfortable since Dr. Ali and her team don't pressure you at all and only suggest what's necessary. I ended up also talking to Dr. Ali about a couple of swelling issues I had in my jaw that I have gone to multiple doctors in both Texas and New York about and no one could figure out this "medical mystery" - Dr. Ali had another hypothesis and surprisingly my swelling has gone down! Insane since I've been dealing with this issue for years! Highly recommend visiting the clinic for the free consultation. So far I've tried the hydrafacial treatment (I went with the option for lymphatic drainage) but will maybe try the microneedling next time! I also sampled a few products on their line and so far am liking their SPF, cleanser and moisturizer which I'll be purchasing next time I visit. Thank you for the help and highly recommend everyone check this place out. Everything is super clean as well - will be back!

The middle of my forehead froze totally and I wound up with Spock eyebrows. Had to go back in to try to fix it, which he overdid. For a week I had one frozen brow and one that moved, so I looked like a crazy person. It eventually almost evened out but now both eyes droop. This injector not only doesn't listen to his clients but also has an inflated sense of his abilities. He is too reckless to be working on people's faces. In addition, after my initial injection we had a consultation in which he recommended 8 syringes of filler to me, someone who has never had any filler at all. Eight! This business just wants your cash. I will obviously not be going back here.

But, working in the same plaza, I ran into Jess. After casual conversation, and because of her easygoing vibe and beautiful skin, I gave her a shot. I got her man facial, and added the hydra jelly mask, ingrown hair removal, and pumpkin enzyme mask the 1st visit. She took her time and was very thorough. Her pricing is comparable to other services in the area, and an extreme confidence booster was the result. In addition I purchased facial wash and moisturizer. I didn't love how the wash felt on my skin but would definitely purchase the moisturizer again! I've seen her twice this past year and plan to increase my frequency to every 3 months. *Newbies, extractions don't feel great, but about 3-5 days after the service, pores appear smaller and your skin literally GLOWS! **I book my appointment at least 5 days before a big event.

I have had three sessions here so far and I am seeing significant results. I bought a Groupon for…read morethe full face for 8 sessions. The facility is very nice and the rooms where they do the laser is always kept very clean. The staff is nice and scheduling an appointment is very easy since you can book weeks in advance. The laser itself is a lot less painful than waxing or threading. Update: if you express your concerns with your hair still growing they will raise the strength of the laser, it does hurt a bit more than what you usually get but I say it's worth it. I noticed after the 4th or 5th treatment I was still getting quite a bit hair growth on my jawline/sideburns and the tech increased the intensity of the laser and now my hair growth reduced significantly. I do still get hair growth but it is after 5 or 6 weeks of the treatment. I always had a lot of hair on my face due to my ethnicity and genetics so I knew 8 sessions was not going to suffice. Luckily, they were offering a deal for full body for $800 (original price is $1,300). I bought it because if it's anywhere on my body I want to be hair free it's my face! Also, now my entire body can be hair free! Plus buying a package with them gives your the lifetime warranty so you can come in for touch ups on specific areas anytime after your initial treatments are done!

I started using Prime Laser in 2016 and purchased multiple laser treatment packages over the years…read moreand initially had good results. After taking a break between 2021 and 2024, I resumed treatment this year (I used to visit their Katy location, but after moving, I switched to the Sugar Land location for convenience). This year, I've had four laser sessions, each spaced a month apart, but I've seen no hair shedding or improvement. During my third session, I asked the technician to increase the intensity, and she set it to 20 j/cm2. Despite this, I experienced no shedding at all. So, for my fourth session, I again requested a higher intensity. The technician moved me to a different room, explaining that each machine has a specific intensity setting. When I asked her to go beyond 20 j/cms, she said she needed the manager's approval. The manager informed me that 20 j/cms was the highest setting they would use on my skin type (am black with caramel skin color) despite my explaining that this level wasn't working and I had no shedding at all. She insisted that it simply means I would need to buy more sessions to see results. This left me frustrated, because I am not a novice to laser hair removal and I used to have good results, but now I felt like I was being told to keep shaving and returning monthly for ineffective treatments without any noticeable progress. When I checked other reviews, I saw many similar complaints, indicating a shift in the business's priorities. It seems they're more focused on pushing customers to buy more sessions rather than achieving results. I am writing this review exactly 2-weeks post my last session, my hair is growing back and not a single hair has shed. Overall, I'm extremely disappointed in this business's approach and won't be spending any more money here.
