I told the lady at the front that I would come back later because I wasn't satisfied, and she was incredibly kind and apologetic. Meanwhile, the nail tech who did my nails just stood in the back sipping her Stanley, watching me -- it felt so petty and unprofessional. When I came back, someone else was at the front. I explained the issue, and the nail tech who originally did my nails came and just stood beside him while I was talking, which honestly felt like she was trying to intimidate me. Thankfully, the man at the front sat me down and fixed everything -- and I was really happy with the final result. But honestly, it wasn't just about the nails. What hurt the most was the lack of care and the way I was treated by the first nail tech. I left in tears. I wish I had gotten her name, but the experience left a really bad impression.
