I've been coming to this nail shop for quite some time & I've never been disappointed. I only have pedicure & eyebrow wax service. I don't ever feel I'm rushed through my services. No issue with paint chipping off, too hot wax, cuts or anything. They actually LISTEN to you!! I'm more of a classic style person. So when I ask not too keep my brows all boxed & square like the current trend they get it. I don't wear nails but Miss Tracy must be the shizzle bc as long as I've been coming people will wait over an hour for her. At 1 point she was the only one doing nails here but the young lady recently hired is just as sweet. And from customers reactions she does a great job too. Staffs are really nice and friendly. Free drinks & wine. The new owner and staffs are all family so they are super friendly and helpful and joke around a lot. Only one nail tech so it might take awhile if walk-in without appointment or on weekend but Tracy is really good and fast! On her moody days she is a bit cranky LOL but I've been coming here for awhile and she is actually a very nice lady, she just has a resting scary face so often time we think she is mad at something but turn out she is not at all. I used to drive by this place for years before realizing it's really a hidden gem. You're not going to get a "high end" interior aesthetic but THE WORK? Gorgeous. There's only 4 workers and I would usually get my pedicure done by The older lady that is there . I just got a pedicure from the only man that works there and it was the worst experience I ever had , when I told the Tracey the owner she came over filed my big toe and acted like she did something to fix it and walked away . Prices are cheap but you get what you pay for. Long wait could have been overlooked but then painful rushed pedicure where he scrapped away on the sides of my feet where I don't even have any calluses and then squeezed the daylights out of my calf and finished off with the wrong color. It is a small business but have at least 6 chairs. It was the first time there. Went as a treat for my two grand daughters. They did not soak my granddaughters finger nails. As for me they did not even do my cuticles on my fingers or toes but by then was a little disturbed. Went on a Wednesday at 3pm. Only two people there. Will not recommend to anyone. This was the first time going into this place. It's small. It was a bit busy. Had a very limited amount of colors and they did not use plastic bags on the basins. I also had to tell the lady twice about painting the entire nail and not leaving sides unfinished. A bit frustrating. I did do my pedicure because i was in a time crunch and on the other side of town, but I will not visit this place again. read more

I have given them multiple chances to see if like they were just on a hurry or like anything you know like having a bad day but they are the most unprofessional people .. the guy doing my moms pedi just got up in the middle of it just to go outside and smoke.. and they have always put people before me even when i make an appointment also their work is rushed and their nails never last me more than 1 1/2 weeks 2 weeks the most with at least 2 already on the edge of falling off AND I DONT EVEN WORK like there is nothing that can affect my nails to make them fall off but yeah they honestly dont Even deserve the 1 star i gave them read more

I had my nails done at another place because I was attending a wedding. Afterwards, I wanted to either cut my shellacked nails or take them off. I arrived at KV Nails as a walk in but there was only one other customer. I was waiting when another nail tech came and apologized to me about being late. At first she seemed okay until I told her I just wanted to cut my nails or get them taken off. I asked her what would be faster, what was best to do? She raised her voice and told me it was up to me. I should have left then, but I wanted to give her the benefit of the doubt. I said let's trim. She was so careless and PISSED OFF as she cut my nails. They were trimmed crooked and not proportionate, and she couldn't care less. After she ruined my nails, she said it was three dollars which she was probably mad about. Who gave this place four stars? I was treated horribly when I would have gladly paid for a decent job on my nails. Some people should not be in customer service. Maybe try a solitary job where you don't need to be a monster to people? Start with that. read more

So I came on August 15 to get a full set, she took like 30 minutes to do my nails (usually anywhere I go to it's about 45 minutes to 1 hour) two days past and two nails popped right off at this point while I was washing my hand at work (overnight worker) and then I'm picking up a box of bags and 3 more pop off (kinda odd because I always have my nails done and haven't happened before) then I get home to made some something to eat while washing my hands the other start lifting up from the cuticle and start coming off so within 2-3 days nails pooped off so I don't recommend going here at all. I will not be returning here. SHiT I spent a good amount of money for my nails and they didn't even stay on my nails long. read more
