Been here a few times when I had a wedding and graduation to go to. It's a clean modern nail salon and walk-ins are accepted so I've never had to make an appointment. It's well staffed so I've never really had to wait and I usually get both a manicure and pedicure. I got the chrome nails almond shaped and it's become my go-to. It's fairly priced and I'd recommend it. read more

The pedicure was amazing! I got French tip & they look perfect. They were done by a lady (I forgot her name, but it started with an L) I asked for french tip on my nails also & was NOT pleased. The nails were done by an older guy with glasses. They were originally very thick & I asked for them to be skinnier. I was very polite, but he huffed & puffed when I asked for them to be redone all white. I still proceeded to say "thank you" to which he didn't reply. He was a little rough on the drill also The white nails aren't horrible, but shaping is not as precise as I'm used to. Will return for pedicures only read more

I requested an extremely basic service: clear nails with glitter. When the technician did not know how to perform it, she became visibly upset and raised her voice, showing a complete lack of professionalism and basic customer service skills. What should be a relaxing experience turned uncomfortable and stressful. This place clearly lacks respect for clients and professional standards. I do not recommend this business. read more

My to go lady is Ann. She is always great with my nails/toes and does an excellent job.

Good service and new owner. Very clean.i love this place pink catered flower so beautiful

I went here in a rush and wanted a simple pedicure with nail polish. The lady who did my nails did not make small talk at all. Was in a cold foot bath with no extra treatment to the water but charged for it. She did not show me any price chart and I didn't think anything about it cause I told her what I wanted. I was there early 30 minutes after they opened on Saturday with two other people were being worked on. Not busy so I thought I would receive acceptable service. The quirky stuff only worried about there own conversation not making the customer feel comfortable. I was told you want gel I said no just polish she was very persistent, and said you getting charged $45 dollars - with gel $48. So I agreed but thought it was a little high. Needless to say it was over as soon as it started I was disappointed with the transaction but thought let me leave without making a fuss. I go to pay and she asked how much tip you want to add on. I said $5 and she charged my card and I looked at the slip she added and got mad I crossed out tip on paper slip handed back. Don't be surprised if they adding more money to the bill if you do go here make sure you cross off the tip line. I will NEVER go here again. Over priced and the service is SHIT. read more

Yeah don't chance if you haven't been here. This isn't one of those salons where you try it "just to see". I did that so hopefully you don't have to. I just paid $30 for a shellac manicure and let me tell you. It was rushed- the tech cut my thumb cuticle so deep- I bleed. not neat- the polish isn't even in line and it's already messed up and it's just been an hour. Just leave sis, if you're sitting there reading the reviews believe them. They didn't even greet me right away. I was sitting for 10 minutes before anyone said anything. read more

The only person that you should see at the salon is Lily abs the new older sweet lady there too. All of the men are terrible and so rude. They rushed through your manicure and pedicure and are so damn rough with the process they make you feel like a complete fool and twist your hand almost in a pretzel without being courteous or polite. I have been to many salons and had an extensive number of manicures done but the roughness with these men is unbelievable. Also, don't get me started on all of the trash talk that they do about all the customers that are in there I may not be fluent in Vietnamese, but these men are constantly talking negatively about all of their customers in their . read more

There is no surprise that this place has an overall rating of only 2 stars. However I gave this place a rating of 2 stars because the 1st time on when was great which led me to go back the 2nd time and that is where I did not have a good experience. On February 26 the very 1st time I visited I asked for or a color change in which he told me was $10 then he recommended that I get shellac I ask how much more is that he said only 7 more dollars I said OK great so my total was 17 I left him a $5 to which made my total $22 in which I have bank statements that reflect that. This is the absolute only reason I went back, because of the price. On April 8 I visited the 2nd time Send the lady proceeds to tell me that it will be 28. The shellac is $25 take on this 3 extra dollars. Which is just a loop hole for them to make extra money. As I was On the phone I mentioned I felt like I was getting over charged she then begins to yell across the shop for the manager to come over and made a huge scene in which I threatened to leave because she would not stop yelling. Horrible experience and I would never come back and I hope people take the time to read this review! (I wish I could screenshot my bank statement). read more

First time here and I won't be back. I was in the area and decided to pop-in. Very sloppy job. I didn't realize how sloppy and rushed the paint was until I got home. A waste of $40. read more

Third time coming here and the last two experiences have been horrible, I had a wedding last weekend and had a shellac mani done in a plum color that turned army green the next day. Came back Wednesday as I have little time to get my nails done during the week and explained what happened and had my nails redone a similar color. This time the nail technician cut my pinkie, when I asked for a discount because of the inconvenience of having to get my nails re-done and my finger getting cut, I was told "Sorry, we don't do that". Needless to say I won't be going back and if you're considering coming here I suggest you take your money elsewhere. read more

Another nail shop messed up my nails pretty bad. The next day I visit this nails shop. Very friendly quick service. I had to get the damaged acrylic off first. He was quick at removing it then start on my nails. I chose several colors. They came out sooooo cute. Then I had to polish on my feet fix. My feet and nails looked amazing. I would definitely go back. read more

If i could give this place 0 stars i would . I come here pretty often and it's always a problem. I got my nails done here 3 days ago and literally the paint came off the NEXT day . The guy only put one coat and was extremely rude to me but I was never rude to him . Some of my nails are uneven as well . I came back on this lovely Sunday with no attitude and asked the manager could he fix my nail. He then told me to come back at 3. I showed up ON TIME at 2:50 and he proceeded to tell me that that can't fix my nail and wanted to just give me $20 back because he was not professional and stated that he would not be able to fix my nail . It is now 3 o'clock and he took another customer KNOWING i was coming back . This place is terrible and should be shut down . I would not recommend to anyone to go to this place because it is ALWAYS a issue . I'm not sure if it's because I was black or what but everytime they give me terrible service . read more

Don't do it ! The guy who sits at the front to the left removed my gel polish with a drill bit and filed down my real nails so much now my real nails have no strength and are so paper thin and he left dents in my nail bed ! I hated the manicure he gave me and my gel polish is peeled and chipped after only 3 days ! Felt rushed into picking a color and got something I don't even like. I will have to cut down my nails and regrow them out because of his negligence. Got eyebrows waxed and they made them so thin messed up my brow shape. So disappointed I will never go there again and would not recommend. High prices low quality mediocre service. ! read more

DO NOT GO HERE! I went in to get a pedicure and left with a nail fungus! Literally half of my right big toe nail came off a week after and that's when I learned it was due to a fungus. They literally want to charge you for everything. I had two nails that weren't completely off from my previous nails set and they charge 5 dollars , for two nails. Then I was told I was being charge 5 more because they wore long and to them short was right at the edge of your finger tip. Then was charge 8 dollars for coffin shaped o my to change my mind to square and could save a little I was told it would be the same price for square. WTF. They are all in a bad mood. Never in my life have I paid 86 for a pedi and new set with out no design or rhinestones ridiculous over price and not worth at all read more

Let me start off by saying I arrived at 10:10am and didn't walk out the door till 12:49pm... Shame on me because this wasn't the first time I've been there for hours for a simple service yet I still decided to patron there again Saturday morning. As I said, I arrived it 10:10am and waited about 15 min to be put into a chair at a station. But don't let that fool you, you are put into a chair just to make you feel like you are actually making progress. I waited another 10 min till the gentleman who did my nails walked through the door when he showed up for work. It took him another 10 minutes to gather my manicure supplies and for me to pick my gel color. So 35 minutes in and we are finally getting started. Yay! My manicure of choice was a ballet pink color with about 5 tiny rhinestones for a sparkly effect when I moved my hand. I asked how much I can expect this to cost and he says he'll have to ask. I'm okay with that because I have done this once before and remembered it was $10 extra for nail art on 10 fingers. Different design from last time but same concept. Fast forward an hour and he's finally done with my manicure, that's when he grabs for the rhinestones. I ask if those are the smallest he's got, he says yes. They look a little too big for me but at this point the ballet pink alone is VERY plain. So against my better judgement I reluctantly say fine. Fast forward another hour and he's finally done. My hands feel super baked from the uv machine. The nails are pretty, I figure I can get used to the rhinestone size within a few days. It's comes time to pay, my mani total is $40. So $15 for the nail art. It was a hard pill to swallow and I tried to talk him down to $10 since that's what Leelee charged me last time but he says he can't do it. My fault for not remembering to ask before he started rather than assuming it would be $10 like last time. I tip him accordingly, taking into consideration the time it took got this magical manicure and it's pretty magicalness. It did come out nice (would've been nicer with tinier rhinestones, I think). Fast forward to Sunday, me and my hubby had taken a weekend trip and we left out of town as soon as I got home from the nail salon Saturday. My $15 nail art is popping off left and right leaving behind indentations where they used to be. This nail salon is a little out of my way, but I will be in the area tomorrow and you better believe I will be stopping by! The time it took to get a simple manicure is ridiculous. The fact that your manicure that costs $25 to begin with, $40 customized can't last 2 days? Even more freakin ridiculous. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. read more

1st of all, I waited for a long time to be served and there was no one ahead of me so I don't understand why. Nobody greeted me when I walked in and I stood/sat there for a couple of minutes and had to ask if anyone was doing eyebrows. The price is $7 but she did such a sub par job that I didn't want to give her 7cents! I could have done my eyebrows at home and would have gotten a much better result and I'm no cosmetologist. Smh. She coughed with both of her hands on my face so there was no way for her to have covered her mouth. It sounded like she tried to do it with her mouth closed but I still wanted to punch her! The lady asked the girl on the side of me damn near 5 times if she wanted her lip waxed! I am new to this area but will not return here for my eyebrow needs. read more

I love this place!! I moved to spring and I drive almost an hour if Ima get my nails done. I mean I tried! I probably been to 5-7 nail salons here in spring but they are so crappy and expensive. Rude not proffesional. The younger chinese guy was on facebook with his laptop right next to him while doing manicures. Other lady file my nails differently some were rounded some where square tips. What pisses me off more about this place they claim to do shellac manicures they even have a set of shellac polish outside for people to see but when they do the manicure THEY DO NOT USE SHELLAC they use gel polish. When i ask to speak to manager about it he claims is the same that shellac is just a brand and got upset about it wtf. Shellac and gel is not the same the gel messed up my real nail had to be filed out. Shellac is more gentle and comes out easier with out the need of file. Be careful with this place they SCAM YOU. THEY DO NOT HAVE REAL SHELLAC POLISH THEY TRICK YOU AND THEY REALLY JUST USE GEL POLISH!!!! read more

My wife was absolutely appalled at this place. Complained and went to Texan nail and Spa to have them fixed. Both fingers and toes!

If you value having two eyebrows avoid going to Pink on in the Wallisville center off of Beltway 8. I was at the nail salon on Sunday- had a mani-pedi and asked to have my eyebrows and lip waxed. I specifically told the lady that my brows were thin and to just clean the upper and under. Much to my surprise my normal (which I now call my former beautiful brow) was less than an inch long!!! Of course she goes to the manager/owner and he scolds her in front of me but that does not right the wrong. Yes she was sorry and so was everyone else. The sad fact is I am a 52 year old woman who may never have a normal eyebrow again. I will never use the services of any Pink salon. Very disappointed and so sad. read more

So I arrive at the nail salon I ask the lady how much it is for the regular nail polish and she said $8 so I told her I wanted just the nail polish. She began to do my nails and she started adding some type of texture to my nails and she asked me if I wanted that and that it will make my nail polish last longer I told her no I just want the nail polish and she continued to add that texture i'm guessing it was like a second layer to my natural nail it was acrylic so I told her I didn't want it but she's still adding the acrylic and so I was wondering why she completely ignored me so my nails finished drying and I go to the register and first of all she saw me waiting there to pay and she was just outside the nail salon talking on the phone which was rude so I told her co worker that i'm ready to pay and she went outside and told her that I was ready to pay so she finally walks up to the register and told me "debit or cash?" I said "debit" and I was waiting for her to tell me how much the nails we're gonna be and she said it was going to be $30 so I told her "No you told me it was going to be $8" she said "yes but I added the acrylic to your nails" and I said "yes but I told you I didn't want it" and she then started acting plain stupid and said "i'm sorry I didn't understand you" and I said "well it's not my fault you didn't understand me because I made it clear that I didn't want that I just wanted the nail polish" and she said "well too late what's done is done" and snatches my debit card away from and charges me $30. Long story short I didn't let her take advantage of me and I ended up paying $12 which was still more than what I should had been paying in the first place. So yes with that being said I don't recommend anybody to go there and if you are going to go there just be aware and don't let them rip you off because that's all there good at. read more
