I admit I was upset, i didn't mind waiting, but no one said anything to me other than asking if i had an appointment and after i answered yes, i sat for 30 mins without an update. Anyhow, when i did get sat, i got a full set, color powder, the male that works there did my nails (i didn't catch his name), but he finished within 45 minutes. It was fast, but it was good work. He made sure all of the lengths were even, and made sure i liked the shape and color. I would say the pricing here is average to any other nail salon. I paid $43 for my set - i did not need a soak off or anything. ***They do have screens set up to separate customers from employees to reduce spread as much as possible*** Pros: The place is pretty quiet, so pretty relaxing They have drinks: water, coffee, soda, etc. They have WiFi They almost have gift cards! Cons: Wait period w/ no updates Honestly, other than the beginning, i really liked my overall experience, hence why I still gave 4 stars. Yuki, one of the owners, did my manicure, and her attention to detail was exceptional. She showed me several color options, listened to exactly what I wanted, cleaned under my nails, and thoroughly cleaned my cuticles, something I haven't had done at a nail salon in a very long time. She mentioned that she and her husband own the salon, and it really shows in the care they put into their work. My pedicure was great as well. They never tried to upsell me, pressure me into add ons, or overcharge. Their pricing was very fair, and the service was outstanding. I've been getting manicures and pedicures for years, and this was honestly one of the best if not the best salon experiences I've ever had. Don't let the old reviews discourage you. Go and form your own opinion. I highly recommend this salon!

My mani lady has my cuticle look clean and healthy. She did cut my natural nails further back than I would like but they are all even now. Is it worth it you can be the judge of that. But they are worth the stop and try.
