I looked past her lack of customer service from the initial interaction, but to see that I am in extreme pain and still continue to wax me in extremely large patches and show zero empathy or care is inhumane. I had to give up after the fourth strip and end the session because it seemed as if she was intentionally trying to hurt me. This is absolutely unacceptable, especially for a service that should automatically require extra care. I hope no one ever has to experience what I went through. This was unacceptable, even for Baytown and further proof why you can't use any business in the area.

She talks you through everything and gives great detail. she also tells you what to expect and knows her products in and out. She can tell you why and how she chooses each of her products and how they have responded to people's skin. Each time I get waxed it's like my first time because of how long has rally between waxes. So I was very nervous! But she's so reassuring and she does a great job without snatching off your skin lol she applies the right amount of pressure and and keeps things clean. I was very comfortable while getting my lashes done. What I was not expecting was the lack of quality and way they do lash "extensions". I say "extensions" because I'm not entirely sure what you would call them. The ladies apply clusters of lashes under the lash line, these clusters are the typical lash clusters you use for individual lash applications, the only difference being the glue might be more potent? Because as per the lady that did my lashes- these only last about a week, two if you are "extremely careful". I was not at all impressed with the service, but it might've been because I was expecting Eyelash Extensions not clusters under my lashes with stronger glue... save to say- you get what you pay for ladies. If you want a great set of Individual Eyelash Extensions stray away from this business but if you don't know much & are not picky feel free to save some coin & go to these ladies. P.S.
