Ombré perfectly done

I found my nail salon! After having been disappointed. with multiple nail salons in Baytown I tried this one based on the reviews and I am NOT disappointed. Sarah did an amazing job giving me exactly what I was looking for. I love her attention to detail and her sweet personality. I hope to continue receiving the kind of VIP treatment I got today in my future visits.

I actually come here often however this is my second time within 2 months coming during their operating hours and they are closed. Nothing was posted on the door or any of their social media. Really disappointed and now have to go somewhere else.

The best Pedicure I have had in a very long time! The staff is friendly and ask questions about how you are wanting your mani or pedi done I will continue to keep coming back

On my first visit I came to get my nails and lashes done. I brought a picture of the nails I wanted and Katie was very accommodating! I love how they turned out! I've never tried fake lashes before and decided to give them a try. I got the month long lashes and I absolutely love them! Jamie did a fantastic job and they are beautiful. Can't wait to come back!

First time visiting this salon and my experience was great, definitely going back! All the employees are very nice and professional, plus I walked out spending less than I thought I would. The lady who did my nails took time to check each nail throughout the process, she did an excellent job.

I love my nails! Ben did them and they are so cute! They are pretty expensive though. $52 for my nails. I just want them to wash their hands between each customer! I thInk that is very unsanitary especially if you have sweaty hands. I can't stand to get my nails done by someone with sweaty hands but he still did a great job. I would go back.

The service was great and everyone was more than willing to give exactly what we're asking for. However, I never could find exact prices when looking for places to have my nails done. I got a full set which is $40 and my shaping (coffin) bumped it up to $45. Not a terrible price and it was pretty normal price compared to other salons in the area. I brought two of my friends with me and it was a total of $145. kinda up there but the service and quality of the nails made up for it.

Finally trying out Dip Powder for my manicure! Ask for Linda or Linh. Both Nail techs did fabulous work on my mani and pedi! This new gem just opened ~3 months ago. Definitely going to see me as a Regular here.

Light snacks, like cranberries and nuts are provided along with hot tea options, and citrus flavored water. The space is very nice. There are locker rooms with plush spa robes and complementary slippers. The locker room has two steam showers if you want to wash yourself after your massage. They also provide hair products to try as well as a Dyson hair dryer. I was definitely very impressed with the luxurious feel of the spa, however, was turned off by the receptionist who checked me in - her robotic, transactional nature was starkly juxtaposed against the warmth of the spa. I noticed she was the same with all customers so it wasn't personal but interaction with her was unsettling. I booked the 60min signature hydrafacial and the esthetician was welcoming and willingly customized my facial based on my requests. No major issues encountered but I noticed we started 10 minutes late and ended 10 minutes early so I thought marketing it as a 60min experience was a bit misleading. Also note the 60min Signature Hydrafacial does not include any hand/neck massages nor boosters nor light therapy so the $285 price was much more expensive than my usual spa. I will not return for another facial but may try massage in the future. We also booked pedicures and again the space is beautiful!! We were given a palette to select colors and the ladies were extremely friendly! My toes came out adorable! I found the seating to be very uncomfortable for a short person despite many pillows placed behind me for support so I honestly struggled to enjoy the experience but the space was very nicely decorated and clean looking. We were offered tea and snacks at the beginning as well. Overall, this was a very nice spa. I found it fairly expensive and overpriced, but I recognize beautiful spaces have a cost and that's what I should've expected in the River Oaks area. There is complementary validated parking!

I booked a treatment for my birthday yesterday and maybe my mistake was booking later in the day, it seemed like nothing had been refreshed. No sugar for the tea, i had to get up to find water since there were empty serving pitchers. A gentleman came in right after me and was served champagne while I had to get up AGAIN and asked to be served champagne. The woman who did my treatment was really sweet so that made up for it some but I wouldn't say the front desk was the friendliest. Would not book again and regret spending my birthday treat at this spa.

This "tip" was for what, exactly? The service was nonexistent. Not one single time in the 2 hours we were using the facilities (BEFORE our massage) did a single staff member check in on us except the initial walkthrough. We had to serve ourselves completely: The cold towels were not stocked. The razors were empty. My wife sat in the relaxation lounge for 40 minutes, but no one ever came to provide her neck warmer. She had to get up and dig through cabinets to find it herself. (As did I) I had to walk the halls in my robe just to find an employee to restock the cold towels and razors, and again just to get our water and champagne refilled. After our massage, the amenities were empty all over again. The facilities are broken. The steam room was dark with lights out, and one of the showers did not work. The staff was rude and incompetent. When we first tried to walk in, we were told it was "too much of a hassle." We called twice to schedule and clarify our order, and they still got it wrong when we arrived the next day. When we finally left, not one person at the front desk acknowledged us, said thank you, or asked how our service was. Our masseuse, Miss Holly, was the only professional person in the entire spa. She deserves to work at a better establishment. This spa is part of the larger Hotel Galvez, and our entire stay was a catastrophe that brought my new wife to tears. The management is rude, the rooms are broken, and the billing is deceptive. We are deeply saddened that a place that was once special to us (I proposed here: https://youtu.be/Ldo23DDiyn4) has completely collapsed. Do not waste your money here. We expect corporate management to take extraordinary steps to make this right.

The pedicure was nice but quick, an hour, which is standard but the price was $101 before any tips. Just for the pedicure. No other services. Nice spa but too expensive for my tastes. A full day or multiple services would cost over $200. They also had a full selection of skin care items, hats and jewelry.

Then they give the option to slip a robe on and start you off with a complimentary drink ina waiting room to make me more curious. I chose mimosas and they were delightful. Got called just like you would a massage and I was taken in a room full of nail massage chairs like a normal nail salon but it was just me and the nail tech and she was super sweet! The chair did not have any pressure style options. Just taps which was a bummer. She did both the pedi and mani so you want to expect you'll be in there a while which I was told ahead of time which was nice so I could make sure I had that time (2 hours). Now, it wasn't a big massage style but the company made up for it and my nails turned out beautiful. She made sure to layer the nail polish to help keep them on longer. Definitely different from a typical nail salon but I definitely don't knock it and would come back again.

I initially booked the facial and massage for them all because I wasn't sure which one they'd want but realized they all wanted massages. We had a few calls back and forth figuring out what the plan was and ultimately came to three massages. I specifically confirmed multiple times because I wanted my wife to be carefree on her day. Fast forward to the day, I dropped the girls off to get their massages and come to find out that they didn't have enough massage therapists available to take all three. As you can imagine this is extremely frustrating because I confirmed multiple times with the spa to make sure this exact thing wouldn't happen and was assured we'd be good. Again, completely disappointed in how this was handled and am baffled that their "scheduling tool" is a notebook with everything handwritten in it.

I was hoping for a little head and neck massage with shampoo, but no such luck here! This is a nice place with good service, but not comparable to the luxurious Trellis Spa at Houstonian!! Same price as real spa, just do not expect the pampering here. I will return and hope this Spa rises to its name! Sweet to receive gift certificates here, since friends read that this Spa Waterway looks and seems so fancy!! I will try again another month- my second time, so maybe three will be a charm! Left sun glasses here last time. We called several times to remind that we will be there to get them. We were told they are saving them for us. . No one knew about them today. Do not leave anything behind!! Receipt for services was a long thin strip of paper, not even an inch thick. Checking out when your friends and family call or order expensive gift certificates for you may be a hassle. Be prepared to find your codes! I am not certain if gift certificates are appreciated here, even when hundreds of dollars are spent to surprise us with amazing experiences at the most impressive places possible.

I've been coming here for a while now on my sisters recommendation and I'm hoping I'll never have to go anywhere else for many reasons: 1. Lee and his wife Lily are so very thoughtful and personable. I love to see them and every other nail tech interaction I've had has been very pleasant. They also are quick to make sure you are comfortable and they offer drinks. 2. Every pedicure/ set of nails I've had here are always top tier and the prices are fair. There have been times (at other nail salons) where I pay a good chunk of change for nails that break/scuff/only last a week. Not here! My nails stay looking good!!! 3. This place practices great sanitation and has patrons wash their hands upon entry and I just love that. 4. My last visit was extra special as I was getting my bridal nails done for my wedding. Lee made sure I was perfectly satisfied and was extra attentive. I paid an amount similar to other visits. That meant a lot to me because in my dealings with other business for the wedding, some people will charge you extra or try to upsell you if they know it's for a wedding. Not the case here. In summary, I'm one of many happy customers. My whole family practically goes here now! Thank you for awesome nails!!!
