Ombré nails and French tip pedicure

Tina did an amazing pedicure!! We came here as a group of 5 before leaving on a cruise. They got us all right in and had our manicure and pedicure at the same time. It was amazing!! The atmosphere was great and everyone was welcoming and kind.

Such an amazing nail salon, they take there time and are absolutely amazing at what they do! Definitely recommend them! Bebe did my nails and was so sweet!

I wanted to like this place so much I gave them two tries. I'll start by saying that the place is very clean, brand new, and the staff have all been very friendly. My favorite thing is the drink menu they provide and their frozen margarita. First time I went, I asked for nails to be more on the shorter side for my job. The guy who did them left them super long. I told him again that I would like them shorter and he said that once he filed and shaped them, they would be shorter... guess what? They were not. I didn't want to complain and just let it be. My pedicure was nothing special and the foot massage (THE WHOLE REASON I PAY FOR A PEDICURE) was meh. Lasted maybe 5min and was definitely not what I was looking forward to. I did pay for one of the deluxe pedicures where the massage is advertised btw. They also prefer you pay cash and have a point/reward system which I thought was cool. For a full set and a deluxe pedicure it was $100 even before tip. I thought this was a great price. My second try I decided to get my acrylics removed and go for the shorter nail look I originally wanted. I brought a picture (included in review) and was trying to select the colors closest to it. Everyone comes to try to help and they all chose colors that were way off. I must've said "that's too dark" about 3 times. I had no problem looking for the color myself if they would just be patient. Finally, I gave one of the colors a chance. The nail tech did not ask me if I liked the color until she had finished my entire hand and I wasn't going to make her re-do it but the color was way too dark. The foot massage was also not what I was expecting and again lasted only 5min tops. When checking out it came to $101 which I thought was odd because I chose a cheaper pedicure and did not get acrylics this time. I asked for a receipt and they said because I paid cash, they couldn't give me one (wtf?). Then I asked for a to-go pamphlet with pricing and turns out they don't have one. I flat out asked where were the prices and they responded with "they're online". I checked before going and they are NOT online which I let them know. They acted confused and the chick on the phone answered that the acrylic removal was extra. Understandable, but HOW MUCH??? They would not give me pricing which is super suspicious. I gave cash tip and the my nail tech was right there but I did not see them give her the tip. This place was so close to me but sadly both experiences were disappointing. Will not be going back.

Loved it !! New place to go from now on. And close to home cocktails are complimentary also. Spa day perfect!!

This is not a $35 plus tip job. Dead skin wasn't removed, nor the cuticles cleaned up, and the polish is uneven.

Clean and comfortable atmosphere, friendly employees, but the service doesn't match the price. Cheapest pedicure is $35 and she BARELY TOUCHED MY FEET. It was pretty much a polish change, and that's it. I have a lot of dead skin on my toes, and none of it was removed. I can still feel it, and it's very visible (especially around my toes). Hands down the worst "pedicure" I have ever received.

I thought I would get a little self-care and while on vacation and got a massage. She did a really…read moreawesome job and hit all of my tension areas. I definitely felt a lot better leaving here and it was super affordable nothing fancy, but definitely a low-key spot to hit up for a last-minute massage!

I gave a four because overall it was a good value. I have some feedback both good and bad. First…read morethey got us in right away despite other places being booked out. They greeted us and got us in right away, no waiting. In fact the form they provided we didn't even get to finish so they had no info on sore places we needed worked on, any medical concerns that might prevent some work etc. i would suggest they learn a bit before working on someone. Rooms were clean and its a nice little set up. Soft music but seems its a 15 min track that played over and over for the hour. Can be a bit distracting over a seamless 1 hr track. I never saw my therapist or got a name prior to being almost naked face down. I felt this was the biggest flaw of the experience. Luckily it was a woman and things went fine but they should definitely introduce you to whom will be working on you. It was a bit unnerving. My friend got a male and she is not bothered by that but some females may be. None speak very good English which is no biggie but I would guess they are Thai. She climbed on the table a few times and the stroke intensity was strong. So much so I had bruising the next day. I like a good deep massage but trained folks know how to not damage the vessels so again unclear if these are all licensed therapists. Ive been to many different types of facilities including thai massage places and Japanese. Im not a massage snob by any means, just experienced enough to know the difference. The lady was quiet and polite. The first few minutes were telling as she kinda just launched right in and transitions were not seamless. Once the hot stone part began however she really hit her stride and it resembled a more trained massage. Overall it was a good deep tissue massage sans the bruising. Everyone was polite, timely and the price of $65 + tip was unmatched in the area. They give you a bottle of water when you leave and the owner was very sweet. I would definitely give them a try. If you don't like deep tissue just tell them "light" or "not hard" and Im sure they will tailor. Ive read some reviewers who felt they didnt get deep enough and with the language barrier might be tricky to get the right touch but they are willing and kind so just speak up.
